He's a flutter with the unicorn horn and cloven hooves. Regular lines, but with optional draft leg feathers (that is, if that's possible?). For all of the below, feel free to take some liberties and tweak things a bit. This is more of a general idea than anything. ^_~
Body: pale blue, with white shading on his ankles/lower legs. Also a tiny purple flower on his nose and some wispy green vine patterns around his eyes (or somewhere on his face)
Hair: pure white, see edits
Hooves: silver
Eyes: silver
Horn: silver
Wings: Edited, fairy-type wings; see reference for type. Coloring is up to you. <3

Mane: is long (upper leg to knee length, or longer), slightly wavy, and somewhat tousled/windblown. Has some sort of bangs/fringe, so that most of his eyebrows are covered, and some pieces of the mane are coming over the neck on his visible side.
Tail: long. To match the mane.
Plant Matter: He has purple flowers with some attached greenery in his mane and tail. Also, he has vines twisting up his back legs, with vines with a flower on them as "bracelets" on his front legs. Can be elsewhere on him too, colorist's choice here.
Necklace: a small, delicate vine-like silver necklace with either flowers or colored jewels; see reference. OR, if you are inspired, feel free to CC the necklace instead.

Breed: Gypsy Vanner

Eyes Golden-brown
Mane Her mane is like that of a Gypsy Vanner - thick and long. There is colourist choice when it comes to the design, though we would prefer if it wasn't incredibly impractical when it comes to length but we would like something original in design. Something feminine, thanks. Colour-wise her mane is a rich honey colour with thick streaks of cream and a darker brown running randomly through it. The cream matches Bella's pale coat colouration.

Tail Her tail is also thick and long. The colouring matches her mane - predominantly honey with thick streaks of dark brown and cream.

Body Her colouration is similar to that of Bella's, though not so much an exact design/pattern. A predominantly rich brown with various splotches and spots of a cream. I'll leave the markings up to the artist - there will be reference pictures of vanners further down in case you want some inspiration.

To put her on draft lines would be lovely, thanks!

Legs Feel free to do what you'd like with them though I am going to be asking for Gypsy Vanner Edits to her hooves. Like Bella's - long and poofy, keeping her hooves mostly hidden from view. Very thick. Colours can be whatever looks best - possibly even tipped in the dark brown found in her mane and tail.
Hooves If any can be seen beneath her thick fur, I'd like them to be honey coloured or dark brown please. Whichever you think looks best.

Body: Dark gray, almost black. Markings in orange and yellow here and there~kind of a tribal/flowery/henna/wavy design. CC markings, really~My reference is very, very general. So, if you feel like tribal or flowers or random wavy bits~anything is cool.
Hooves: Black (darker than body)
Mane/Tail: Edited~Exact style is up to the colorist. I would like at least mid-lengthish. Something pretty~maybe a bit flowy and girly? Black, like the hooves, with some tips orange, possibly.
