”Give it back!” the woman hissed, clearly angry at the stranger for taking her new child. ”Give me back my child!”
The woman started towards the man, seemingly unafraid of the man, her hurried steps kicking up the bottom of her dirty yellow clothes. Red stains were visibly lining the bottom of her dress that dragged across the ground. She’d killed quite a few of those green soldiers, she wasn’t afraid to kill this man that was keeping a baby from her.

Once the two were gone, C.C. lept from Edel’s sholders and onto a nearby table, making the two of them visible again. With a wide smile sewn onto his face, he gingerly made his way over to the boy and carefully sat down close to him. ”Soooo….” he began. ”About this Salem character….”

Edel glanced over at the youth, then over at the doorway. After a moment, she let her attention wander around the room.

”Don’t worry, if someone busts in, I’ll vouch for you.” C.C. said to Edel, not looking away from the boy. ”Unless it’s your mother. I do NOT want her to curse my tail.”

Edel looked at the cat a moment, then smiled slightly as she began to nib around the large room. She didn’t want to touch or take anything. She just….wanted to look. This man was on a higher level of magic than she was. She wanted to see what treasures and spells he had that she could, with any luck, learn quickly.

Meanwhile on a Road Far Away From Camelot.......



Grad held a finger out towards her, his other hand still holding the baby. He looked her over more closely now."My such a lovely hunchback you are, I'd suggest you answer me, I have power to do what I wish before you could lay a finger on this child, let me demonstrate."He explained, casting a quick spell. The baby grew a tail and started to laugh, but with another cast the new body part dissappeared."Well looks like much is still the same Grad, threatening children? Now that is indeed a delight."Deliah uttered appearing with a puff of smoke as her usually fangs glinted in the light.

The dark elf was sadistic as she was fierce in power."Have you no shame, if you put them both out of their misery there won't be any trouble."An armor clad warrior clanked from out of the forest and stepped to Grad's right, his sword gleaming with dark magic, the deadly Black Knight. Bellatrix the witch and Dongu the ice orge also appeared from the forest. Everyone one was here now, The Five Devious Dark Arts. Each making way for Camelot.

Meanwhile in Camelot



Skuld nodded, "I will do so to the best of my abilty, Merlin. Though this isn't my time, this is my country. Grad needs to be stopped."

The mage looked across the landscape, "It's funny, you know? Growing up I've always dreamed of Camelot," then turning back to Merlin, "Of course, I accept."

Skuld grasped Merlin's hand and was nearly overwhelmed by the power surge. The redhead gave Merlin a confused look as she momentarily lost her balance. She steadied herself with her other hand on Merlin's shoulder and stared into the wizzened wizard's eyes, "What did you do?"

Gossamer finally managed to fall asleep after nearly an hour of trying to numb her mind to the pain. Once she did manage to fall into unconsiousness, she would stay so until she had her energy back. Which, given her injuries, could take the rest of the night. It woud take quite a bit to wake her up until then.

Grad rolled his eyes when the hunchback threatened him."I don't rightfully care how much of a brute you are, your still quite lovely, a tad stupid mind you, but lovely. Now tell me, do you truly think the infant will survive if you take on five of the fowlest magic users by your lonesome? If not, I suggest you learn your place."He explained, his tone turning from non-chalant to dead serious as his wand began to glow with a powerful fire.

It reacted to his mood as soon as it shifted, unfortunately the target was an innocent offspring."If this is your child were's the father, if there is none.....ever considered finding one? I always wanted an apprentice of my own and who better to teach then my own son. I'd also get a fair reward with your flesh I'm assuming, as I said before, its quite lovely."He told her, truly serious in every intent. His followers didn't say a word, but it was clear as day on their faces that they couldn't believe what they'd heard. He actually wished to not only have relations with the hunchback, but be the childs father, possibly bear even more with her. A thought, most revolting.

The woman stood there and stared at him a moment. Her face was hidden, but she was obviously confused. Was he....was he just taunting her? He couldn't be serious. No one looked at her, let alone wanted her.

"The child's father is dead. Along with it's former mother. I wouldn't let those green devils poison such an innocent creature with their light." she replied.
She decided to simply answer his question than inquire about the rest of what he had said. He was just being cruel and try to make her think he was bein honest. He had to be.

The cat thought for a moment. "In a way...she was born around this era. So she herself isn't from the future like I am. But, after a little spell she preforms with her so called 'soul mate', they both gain a form of immortality, so she's alive during my time. She's had to be reincarnated a few times, but she's alive. Though...it's really not a happy life I'm afraid. Her mother can be a total bi...erm, very, very scornful if you go against her wishes." C.C. replied. He had no idea where her mother was at right now, and he didn't want to risk her overhearing him.
"Her mother wants her to marry into a higher level of status. She has her eye on someone...who doesn't have the status quite yet. Heck, he won't until about the fifteenth century when he actually starts commisioning artists and gives out his wealth."

Skuld took a few moments to recover from the power surge, "Hmmm, 'Beware, Romans bearing gifts.' There is always a price for power. What the bill for this one?"

Meanwhile in The Old West, a few days later........



Life works in mysterious ways, Alucard had finally died for his crimes, his servants turned to ash and a few days later Billy came home. Though he still had some vampiric powers, he was able to face the sunlight again. A portal opened in front of Selicia's house, where her comrades took up rest for their wounds to heal. Due to the vampiric disease having been virtually wiped out, the bites the recieved never turned them.

"Well now, looks like its time for you cow polks to skiddadle on, ya'll come back now ya hear?"Billy told Arell and Jonah as he waved to them. Selicia's hair, which she shaved as a testament to exterminating Billy, had finally grown back and she found herself also waving, happier then before considering the big weight that had lifted off her chest."Be safe ya darn igits, don't want to find out your being thrown in a casket anytime soon."She joked, joining Billy in a wave of goodbye.
