Description(wing/eye color/hair color/hair style etc): He's a flutter with the unicorn horn and cloven hooves. Regular lines, but with the optional draft leg feathers (if that's possible?). For all of the below, feel free to take some liberties and tweak things a bit. ^_~
Body: soft/pale blue, with white shading on his ankles/lower legs. Also a tiny purple flower on his nose and some wispy green vine patterns around his eyes (or somewhere on his face)

Hair/clothing edits (if any):Mane/tail: is long (upper leg to knee length, or longer), slightly wavy, and somewhat tousled/windblown. The mane has some sort of bangs/fringe, so that most of his eyebrows are covered, and some pieces of the mane are coming over the neck on his visible side.
Plant Matter: He has purple flowers with some attached greenery in his mane and tail. Also, he has vines twisting up his back legs, with vines with a flower on them "bracelets" on his front legs. Can be elsewhere on him too, colorist's choice here.
Necklace: a small, delicate vine-like silver necklace with either flowers or colored jewels; see reference. Or if you can think of a different necklace that would look nice then by all means, please do whatever you wish instead.
