Lucas looked to the attendant and waved childishly. At times like these, he couldn't help but act like a kid again.
"Hey! I'm Lucas, this is my mom Sandra, and this is Alex!" he said happily.

The man looked over at Lucas and gave him a polite smile and nod. "Henry" he replied. "Nice to meet you all. You let me know if you need anything."
Alex just stood in the corner of the room and carefully looked around. She really didn't want to be here. She was almost dreading meeting the woman in charge. She hadn't seen her mother since she was...two years old?

Lucas looked over to Alex and punched her arm lightly. "Aww, come on Alex, cheer up!" he said. "You always seem so down in the dumps."

Alex glanced over at him, then rubbed her arm and looked away. "I'm just....not in the mood to do this I guess." she replied.
Though he was right. She'd been in a sour mood more than she'd ever been back in her own universe. Maybe she needed to go out and try to do something she normally would. Shopping, movies, clubbing, training, just...anything to get her mind off all this crap.
It was at about that point, another noise distracted her. A knock at the door. A rather...low knock. Towards the bottom of the entrance door.

Lucas raised an eyebrow, and opened the door, looking down to see a red-headed child, only like five.
"Hi there!" he said to the girl. "I'm Lucas. Come in, come in!" he said to the little girl, stepping away for her.

Rosie looked up at Lucas as he answered the door. She smiled at the man's friendliness and walked in. "Hi!" she replied. "My name's Rosie."
Alex blinked and moved so that she could get a better look at the child. "Rosie?"
The girl blinked and looked over at her. She opened her mouth as though she were going to answer her, but stopped when she took in the look on Alex's face. Uh, oh. This woman knew her. Well...one of her anyway. She didn't know anything about this woman.

Sandra smiled and nodded to Rosie. "Hello, little one. I'm Sandra. Lucas is my son. And this woman is Alex," she said, gesturing to the younger female.
"So, Rosie, what brings you here?" Lucas asked.

Rosie turned her attention back over towards the others and smiled, happy to have a change of subject. "I'm here to see my grandma." she replied happily.
Alex just looked at the girl. She didn't act like she knew her...

"And who's your grandma, Rosie?" Lucas asked. "We're here to see someone too, actually. What's her name, Alex?"

Alex's attention flickered back to Lucas. She frowned a bit and looked away. "Edel Condulmer." she replied.
"Thats it!" Rosie exclaimed. "That's my Grandma's name."

"Ah, interesting coincidence," Lucas said with a smile, placing a hand on Alex's shoulder reassuringly. "So, Rosie, do you wander around normally? Or do your parents look after you while you do it?" he asked.

Alex blinked and looked back at Rosie. Her...grandmother? That meant that...
Her attention went back to Luke as he put a hand on her shoulder. Ugh. This was all just...ugh. She was definitely finding a club after all of this.
Rosie's smile turned sheepish and she looked away a bit. "Well...I'm..." she began uneasily.
Alex looked back at the girl. "Are you still lost?" she asked gently.
Rosie blinked, then looked up at her and smiled. "Yeah..." she replied quietly, then brightened. "That's why I came here! Grandma can help." she said with a smile.

Lucas nodded. "Ah, I see. So, what do you like to do?" he asked, getting on his knees to get closer to the girl's level. He was certain he probably looked a bit intimidating, and hated the thought.
