Annie of the Bananie *vomits* 2 freakin more days of school!!! Then freedom, dear God, sweet freedom... I hope I can survive these trying last two days... Im not even kidding. Oh, you'll live. I've got another week and a half. I get to write two research papers within the next week, take two finals on Monday, and then perform. Really, aside from the research papers, college rocks. o.o;

Yay! Good for you! I'm done school on the... uuhm, 19th I think. But then Grad isn't until the 27 and 28th... But still, it's coming up soon!

I've just spent the last four hours straight writing a research paper, and I'm halfway done.
I think I deserve a break. gonk
Shall resume after my Japanese study session, by the end of which my brain will have hopefully stopped leaking out of my ears. I need it tomorrow. ._.

tonites that last chorus performance whee and i can't believe schools almost coming to an end so fast eek

My final concert is tomorrow. We're doing a 50's theme. So the girls are wearing poodle skirts and a solid colored top, and guys are wearing blue jeans and a white top.. woo! So it should be fun!

Hello!
Everyone's probably forgotten me by now, since I disapeared for so long, but I'm back! For now at least. A few updates on my choral life:
I auditioned for the college choir for next year and not only got in, but got offered a choral scholarship! whee
My choir went to state contest and placed 9th out of 21, 4th in sight reading. A few statistics to put it in perspective: my school is the 56th largest high school in the 4A devision of my state, our of 80 something total. We were the smallest 4A school to go to state, and at 45 people had the smallest choir there. We decided that top ten was a good finish.
We had our last concert last night, the Farewell concert. It's weird to think that that was the last concert of my high school career, and I'll be singing in a college choir next fall. Also, Ben Allaway, the composer of Walking Songs which we sang both at state and at our farewell concert, came out for a few days to work with us on the song, which was really awesome.
Last day of school tomorrow. I should be studying for my Economics final. Graduation is on the 10th, the seniors from choir are singing the national anthem and our senior song "Sieze This Day" which was written by Tyson, one of the guys in our choir. High School's almost over! WOO!

Wow. So our final choir performance was tonight. It was sooo much fun! I think we did a really good job. Before our final song (Stand By Me), our choir teacher (Big Red!) came up and did a little speech. It's also her final year, she's retiring, and so it was all sad. And we gave her a gift. And we were all crying.. It was sad. I can't believe that tonight was my last choir performance, ever. So saaad! crying

Im not even kidding. yay you survived junior year, well i just came back from my trip which was FRIKKIN awesome but quite tiring. well i only have 6 more days of school rolleyes domokun
