Niel kept fighting and fighting, only to be shoved out of the way repeatedly. Fatigue began to kick in as Niel's attacks got weaker until he collapsed to the ground.

"Why are sorry? You're only trying to help...." Aster asked her slightly blushing, he leaned in closer to her and whispered in her ear." I love you too." Valencia sighed looking at Aster and Neomi.
"Umm you guys...? Jared. Neil. Remember." She asked trying to bring them out of their moment.

Neomi heard what he said and then her face widened into a grin, lost in her own thoughts about it. Then she heard what Valencia said and blushed. "Um, right. Niel, and...Jared." She nodded. Shaking her head, she avoided looking at Aster because she would get distracted again. Sighing, she walked forward and jangled Valencia's chains angrily. "What else are we going to do? That's all I've got. Jared is the most..I don't even know what he is. But he is VERY powerful." She winced, and looked down, remembering when her and Jared were together and he was only human. Times had changed.
Jared laughed, getting a kick out of it. He knew Niel was about to give up, and he couldn't wait. 'Another slave, perhaps?' he thought to himself. He was delighted by the idea. Then he frowned. He would have to keep Neomi away from Niel though. That could be dangerous. And anyways, what were they doing? It was awfully quiet down there..

Jared came up with a plan. He started tying Niel up. He put him in a rope, so tight he couldn't get out, and made sure he didn't have any weapons on him. Then he taped his mouth, and put the oxedyn thing over his mouth. Satisfied, he threw him into the water, making sure he sunk. Then he jumped in after him. He didn't need a tank to go in. Smiling, she started swimming him down the the cave.
Neomi stiffened and then listened. "He's coming back, Aster! What do we do?" She whispered furiously, growing into panic.

"We need more time to think! Come on let's go. We'll be back Val, promise!"Aster paniced, grabbing Neomi's arm and trying to pull her toward the cave opening.
Valencia wanted to stop them but her voice wouldn't let her, she could only sit there silently watching, but her eyes could tell more. They were terrifed but knowing, pleading yet pushing them onward.
"Go." Valencia said, "I'll be fine." She didn't want to say that but if she didn't they might all die.

Jared gritted his teeth, sensing mermaids. He pulled onto Niel even faster, almost to the cave.
Neomi, terrified, shook her head wildely. "No! He's coming that way! We have to go somewhere else." Then she looked towards Valencia, but all her friend could do was sit there helpless.

He'll know we're here if we stay here. We really need to go! He dosen't know me and he will be preoccupied with Neil. Come on before it's to late." Aster tried explaining it, he hated to leave Valencia alone just as much as she does but all of them being caught wouldn't help anybody. They need a plan and more help!

Neomi looked at Aster. "Fine, we can try." She continued on, concentrating on the warmth of Aster's hand. She got distracted and grinned, looking down at it. For a moment, it was just them in the whole sea.
Jared grinned, seeing movement coming out the entrance. He sped up, and saw a guy pulling Neomi out. He screamed in anger, and threw Niel along with the rope into the cave, along side Valencia. "You piece of crap! Why are you touching her!" He growled, swimming closer and then looking at their hands intertwined.

Aster heard him, boy was he pissed. He sped up, soon draging Neomi behind him.
" Hold on!" He said to her as they sped off toward the city.
Valencia whimpered and tensioned up and Neil landed beside her. No! No ..... Neil.... She saw his beaten body and started weaping....he was one of her only chances to escape now she could only wait, wait for Aster and Neomi. If they didn't return who knows what would happen to her and Neil.

Jared gritted his teeth furiously and started swimming after them, almost as fast. He almost caught up with them once. He could almost grab Neomi's hand...10 feet...5 feet..1 foot...He had it! He pulled her back, growling at Aster. "You son of a-" Neomi screamed in irritation. She was fed up with Jared. With strength she never knew she had, she threw him against the wall of a building, smashing his head into it. Jared spun wildely, then rubbed his head. "Huh?" He seemed to forget where he was, but then remembered. "You B*tch!" He shouted. He swam into Aster, knocking him around. Neomi's eyes turned red. She was pissed.

Niel tossed and turned in his bonds. The feeling of water surrounding his body even though he was breathing confused Niel. What is going on? Why can't I move? Niel panicked.

"Neil stop." Valencia whispered to a struggling Neil, " You need to calm down." She didn't know what else to say but he needed to stop fighting his restaints. Valencia knew all to well that it would only lead to weakness and vulnrablity.

Aster fought to keep his grip on Neomi but let go only to jab Jared in the ribcage. He pulled Jared off Neomi, and punchedhim in the face.
"Neomi go get help! I can take him. Go,... hurry!" Aster called to her hoping she wouldn't delay. Jared was strong and both of them knew it but there wasn't time to ponder on what to do next.

Neomi looked at Aster, worried about him. "Are you sure..?" She trailed off, and when she saw his expression, she gulped and nodded. She started swimming away, but looked back and smiled. She went up to him and kissed him on the cheek, only to whisper, "My hero." She swam away fast, then went into the city of Atlantis, where Triton, her father, was waiting impatiently.
Jared got up slowly, then winced when Aster repeatly hit him. Angry, he got up slowly, faking it hurt and he couldn't move. Then when Aster wasn't paying attention, only to Neomi, he hit him with all his power, sending him flying off miles away. When he was to a distance that Jared could barely see him, the evil guy, satisfied, got up and swam away after Neomi.

"Neil really stop! This is going to get you nowhere." Valencia said getting no reply from Neil.

Groaning Aster rose slowly, seeing Jared in the distence swimming after Neomi. Aster bolted off as fast as possible quickly catching up to Jared, grabbing him by the shoulder and turning him around punching him in the face. He wasn't going to be fooled this time.
