Hibiki looked at Lee as he mentioned his name, he listened closely to Lee's observation and nodded in agreement "Yes, I suppose you have a point there Captain Lee. Then again, if this is indeed the second Exaequere, perhaps we should make a tactical retreat? Not all of our forces are at their peak fighting capabilities, even with 4th Squad's healing capabilities." he then turned his attention towards Tsukiko as she approached Aurelius, for as near as the barrier would allow. He listened closely to Tsukiko's explanation of Aurelius' cryogenic state "I see, so this is indeed a new opponent." his grip tightened even more at the thought of fighting someone more powerful than Aurelius. He looked towards Tomomi, waiting for an order, fight or flight? He himself was more than happy to retreat from the area, regain their strength and come back for another battle, but if Tomomi's decision was to fight, he wasn't too much of a coward to disobey orders and abandon his allies, then again he wasn't too foolhardy to charge in first either.

 Silence prevailed throughout the entire area as the Shinigami exchanged theories and guessed as to the exact nature of their supposedly new opponent. However, all of their questions would soon be answered, as a deep and audible laugh broke out, echoing throughout the entire area. The crows squawked in unison as the laugh continued, they flocked above Aurelius' frozen corpse, their bodies slowly disintegrating as their black feathers covered the being that slowly began to come to form. "My, my, such intelligent creatures you are, Shinigami." the voice came out once again, its origin was unmistakeably clear as it came from the yellow-haired youth, dressed in a Victorian like attire, adorned with a black cape over his shoulders. He smiled a wide mocking smile, and bowed towards them as a whole "Greetings, Shinigami. I am Corax, master Aurelius' servant, a Fraccion if you need a comparison." his reiatsu bore a similarity to Aurelius, a bit weaker but similar nonetheless "If you don't mind, I shall be fetching him as it seems you are done with him, if it's alright with you." he lifted his head and looked at the Shinigami in general, suddenly his face seemed to look more and more like Aurelius, an illusion perhaps?

He nodded as Tsukiko addressed him, implying that she was very correct in her deduction. Tomomi's word were met with little more than a smirk, as he could just feel the hatred towards him growing, something he welcomed with open arms. As everything unfolded, the raven's appearance, the return of Aurelius' voice, and the discussion between the other Shinigami, Hei remained silent and perfectly still as if none of it bothered him at all. Finally, after the newcomer had spoken again, Hei cracked an arrogant smirk, then parted his lips and spoke. His voice no longer carried anger, but it was simply chilling to the bone. It was like his words were able to penetrate the very soul with their accuracy; as though he was able to creep inside the head of anyone.
"Servant? That's a lie. Too many contradictions exist in your speech and actions, and your overall being here. First things first; Your energy is just like his, just slightly less apparent. You then compared yourself to a Fracción of an Espada, yet anyone who has fought an Espada knows that the difference between an Espada and his underling is comparable to the physical strength of a Giant versus a Dwarf. Aurelius himself told my daughter that he traded an adult body for levels of something he called Spīritus that surpass even his superiors. Why then, would his subordinate carry a level just under his, that is over his superiors, yet still retain an adult body? That's like saying little Tadashi or Eriko down there could have Reiryoku levels that are comparable to mine. It is simply preposterous. The difference is like Heaven and Hell. And my final point; Why then, if he is your master, did you not refer to him as such when you spoke the very first time?" He remained calm, keeping his signature indifferent look plastered on his face.
Then he was next to the newcomer, facing the opposite direction and so close in fact that their shoulders were nearly touching. He looked as though he was half way between the first and second strikes of Senka, or that's what it would look if one could slow the move down. Long black hair and his cloak trailed behind him as his right foot gracefully touched the ground, signalling that he had jumped down from his prior post. It had taken him a tiny fraction of a second to arrive there, and up on top of the church there still remained an image of the Captain still being held by his sister that disappeared within a few seconds. He wore a distant look layered on top of his indifferent outer shell as he stared towards nothing in particular. There was something to be said about his careless, relaxed state; mostly that he could stand so close to the one he reasoned was stronger than Aurelius. Of course, that was just how Hei was; he feared nothing. Hei, instead of looking directly at the man who called himself Corax, kept his gaze trained on the scenery, or lack thereof, that remained behind the man.
"Or am I wrong, Second in Command of the Exaequare Army, Dolor?" He asked the man in a tone just loud enough for only him to hear, managing to put a slight amount of interest into his tone that was barely noticeable. Being an observer of many things, he had already once heard the name Dolor mentioned, actually it was a name many of the Shinigami that were present should have heard as Aurelius himself had mentioned his name when he first arrived in the Soul Society. By this, he reasoned that Dolor was the second in command, due to the fact that no self respecting organization would send their most powerful out to fight right away, let alone collect a fallen comrade.

Michael came out from where he was making taking cover so he wouldn't be in anyone's way. He looked around and saw his Captain had finally showed up to the battle. He didn't know what to do. He took two more steps forward and turned his head toward the kid in his shield.

Tadashi was decidedly very impressed with Captain Hei's abilities and demeanor. Cool, analytical, and frighteningly powerful. The comment about his comparitively weak reiatsu levels was taken in stride - he knew such already, and also that he would never reach Captain Hei's level without such a mask and intense training. He did briefly wonder how Hei knew his name, thinking it unlikely Hei looked up Third Seats for other squad's in his spare time. Then again, he was very intellectual and may have been privy to whatever happened in the Gotei 13's squads. He'd heard rumors that the 12th Squad had surveillance all over the place...
When Tadashi was done with his reverie, he saw that Hei was seemingly in the middle of performing Senka on the alleged servant of Aurelius.

As conversations continued and insults were thrown Akiri continued with his normal activities which were basically nothing but silent observation. Moving his muramasa style katana over his head he placed the sheathed weapon onto his back where it would stay secure until needed. When the captain commander began his speech about Hei and the permission the 12th Squad Captain received to undergo such a transformation, the only response he gave was the folding of his arms. His eyes then trailed from shinigami to shinigami as he observed their reactions to the statements. Most it seemed did not care or already knew while the one or two that did not know were shocked or still in awe of Hei-Taicho's ability. Akiri however showed no emotion as always, a master of the muscles in his face it was rare to see anything but a blank stare from the boy captain. The birds though quelled the talking even if only for a moment and the voice that came with the odd gathering of avian creatures prompted panic in those around.
As the bodiless voice continued to speak the only reaction from Akiri was a raised eyebrow and a sidewards glance to where the sound was coming from. Although it made the effort to sound identical to Aurelius' and succeeded quite well it was obviously not his for numerous reason. Most of which were voiced though ignored as Akiri said them to himself regardless. Cryopreservation, just like the Sanseki of Hei Squad said rendered it impossible for it to be Aurelius. Not to mention the voice was not mentally projected and it was a normal enough voice, not a scratchy sound of one that had not been used in decades. When the man behind the voice eventually did show himself and introduced himself as Corax all ideas of it being the frozen boy vanished though ideas were still ambient in the air. It did seem highly odd for a servant to come out after his master was killed instead of trying to save him before it occurred though Akiri did not have to dwell on speculation too long for Hei filled in all the blanks. Much to be expected by the man at this stage. Unlike most of the others it seemed Akiri held no point of view of the captain, it was obvious enough not all if any liked him most hated him one could surmise but Akiri held no caring towards the man or his ego.
When Aurelius arrived in Soul Society first it seemed he had made mention of others of the Exaequare race though it seemed that was before Akiri had arrived. The Boy Captain had arrived late to that shin dig so it was reasonable to think he would not know this fact himself. Now that he did however it seemed this would not be good at all. Turning to face the man he now knew as Dolor he kept his arms folded in a relaxed manner not taking the same defensive pose as the others, cockiness perhaps or maybe he knew something the others did not. Either way Akiris demeanor remained neutral, neither defensive or offensive. Though looks had often proven misleading so perhaps the boy had more going on in his head then one on the outside might think.

 Dolor's figure and expression remained perfectly still as Hei addressed him, he listened to Hei's observation, to his reasoning, and to his conclusion that Dolor wasn't who he was telling them. In a blink of an eye he found the 12th Squad Captain next to him, so close that he could reach out and tear his head off his shoulders. He spared a glance to his previous location, just in time to see Hei's afterimage, seeming still tangible as his sister, Yuki, was still seen holding him. As Hei called out his true name and title, his body began to shudder as he tried in vain to control his joy, before it eventually broke out and a loud maniacal laughter was heard throughout the area. The form of the man called Corax then slowly disintegrated before the Shinigami, his flesh seemed to turn to dust before it reformed inside its own shell, a dark and mysterious metamorphosis as a new figure appeared after the transformation. "Brilliant observation." he spoke, as he clapped his hands "Then again, I suspect it wasn't that hard to figure out, oh well." for the first time, Dolor turned to face Hei as he solidified the flesh and blood that enclosed the limbs of his arms and legs. He didn't know if this was enough to bind him, nor did he truly care, he looked down at the frozen corpse of Aurelius and shook his head "I had guessing you'd get screwed here, but not this badly though. Honestly, kids these days."

Clinging to Hei's arm tightly, Yuki watched as Tsukiko explained some things to the Shinigami. "My baby girl is so smart. Just like her father." Yuki beamed and put the side of her head onto Hei's shoulder as he began to speak to the man who called himself Corax. When Hei moved away, she was aware of his movement, even though he moved so quickly. It was easy for her since she had a Sixth Sense and an afterimage felt different than the actual thing. Not to mention afterimages had no depth, so her arms went right through him just as her head did. Her body jerked a little due to the sudden lack of Hei's support supplied by his frame. She felt a little empty when he moved away, partly because she wasn't ready to leave his side yet. Yuki did, however, get butterflies in her stomach as she watched him calmly and cooly approach Dolor and confront him. As Dolor laughed, a foreboding feeling washed over Yuki. Something just didn't feel quite right about the situation at hand. She felt something was going to go wrong, horribly wrong in fact. Perhaps it was women's intuition, or perhaps it was just her instincts. Regardless of why she felt this way, she rose to her feet and shouted to Hei, because she knew what he was going to do. "Hei, don't toy with him! He's dangerous!"

If he was trying to spook Hei, he was doing a very bad job of it. In fact, the more he spoke and acted, the more it became clear to Hei that he was not all that smart. "Hardly. You aren't very deceptive, as it stands. It also appears to me that you have ability similar to the kid's." By that, Hei meant the fact that he knew his name without having to hear it. Hei spared him an indifferent look as he felt his body tighten and stop him from moving, not that he had intended to do so in the first place. His Kuromijin, which had been lingering in the air, flew down to his body as shadow from any area took on a wind-like quality and flew through the air, attaching to his body and crawling across it, spreading their color. The Kuromijin followed suit, layering themselves within the shadows and activating Mōra's suppression ability. White runes inscribed themselves over his body, shining brightly and showing up on his clothes just the same as his skin. With Mōra's activation, he found he could move again and just to prove it to his adversary, he twitched his right hand.
Upon hearing Yuki shout out to him, he turned his gaze back as far as he could, but he was still unable to see her. He seemed like he ignored her pleas, but in reality he didn't, he was just putting up a façade. He actually did listen to her, not only because she was his older sister, but also because she was usually right about such things. "So, Dolor, are you here to complete Aurelius' task or are you merely here to toy with the rest of these idiots? I of course leave myself out of it, since you can't mess with my head like you can the others. Or are you perhaps here to kill me because of what I did to him?... Well, I am waiting, whatever your choice may be." As he finished speaking, Hei lifted his right hand and in one lightning-quick, fluid motion, moved to spear it through Dolor's heart, keeping his fingers stretched out so that he could use his nails to pierce his skin. "Or not."

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko was on board for Hibiki-Taicho's vague suggestion of a tactical retreat but then, the birds moved and a new figure made itself known, all the while the voice speaking to them. Unfortunately, she was not adept at reading the reiatsu of other beings as yet and so foolishly considered believing the peculiar stranger until Hei spoke. The deduction was simple enough to make when the Junibantai-Taicho explained everything. She respected his power level and the gap that separated theirs. Everyone else seemed as cool and collected as one could be under normal circumstances. She breathed and watched the scene between Hei and Dolor, the Second in Command of the Exaequare Army, play out. Suddenly, Hei was in Bankai and attacking Dolor. Her hand had never left Cho as well as her standing had not relaxed at all. They did have a new opponent but what was his exact purpose here? Had he not mentioned simply coming for Aurelius?

Lee simply shrugged at Tsukiko's words not really bothering to comment on them since she obviously wasn't looking for any kind of comment. At least not from him. Shrugging in response to Eriko's thanks Lee rested his right hand on the hilt of his Zanpakuto a little way of getting ready. Lee listened to Hibiki's words shaking his head no ever so slightly at the idea of a retreat. "I do not think we would be able to retreat in enough time if he truly wanted to fight us. Perhaps getting the lower ranks out of here then slowly leaving one by one could be acceptable. Anything else I do not think would be organized in time." As the new arrival who named himself Corax took form and began speaking Lee narrowed his eyes ever so slightly. Before Lee could make a comment about his doubts of such a thing Hei decided to reenter the conversation in his little way of proving he was smarter than everyone present. At least that was the way he appeared to Lee. Then came Hei's last sentence saying who this Corax was and causing Lee to sigh slightly at the thought of having to fight the second already. Sure it had been expected but it still wasn't going to be easy. Then Corax slowly disintegrated then reformed into the new form of Dolor who then spoke. Lee got a very bad feeling from the man though for what reason he didn't know.
Yuki yelling at Hei not to toy with the man that he was dangerous made Lee get a worse feeling. It wasn't fear it was simply a feeling that things would not end well if they went to battle with this man at the moment. Then Hei had entered into Bankai and after a few more words being exchanged attacked the man without hesitation and with the intention of killing him. "And there he goes taking the choice for even trying to retreat from us. Whatever." Looking down at Eriko Lee continued to have the serious look again dropping his voice for her ears. "Listen to me Eriko-san. I have a bad feeling about this and if this becomes a full blown battle I ask that you do not jump in without first thinking things through carefully. If things turn for the worst the first chance you get to escape do so okay?" Without waiting for a reply he turned around and with a small bit of shunpo was standing next to Hibiki speaking in a calm voice. "Hibiki-taicho we will need to come up with some type of plan for attack because the same thing will not work twice. Hei-taicho is obviously too absorbed in his own agenda to care about anything else. Any thoughts?" Without another word and in one fluid movement his Zanpakuto was unsheathed and held at ready just in case.
"Sacrifice through Danger and Pure Love. That is what the Lily of the Valley symbolizes."

Tadashi, from the other side of Hibiki, felt more out-of-place than he already was when Captain Lee came over.
"Taicho...I do not want to be a burden on you, all the more so because the enemy's powers are unknown to me. Please tell me if I can help you in any way - otherwise, i'll have to leave for fear of simply getting in the way of the Captains."
Of course he didn't want to leave, but what else could he do? He was fairly certain he was as strong as Eriko was, especially since he'd started training rigorously with his Shikai, but Eriko wasn't even that strong anyway - that is, in comparison to anyone else on the battlefield. If the sole thing he could do to help was to leave, then so be it.

A Senkai gate opened in the sky near Lee. A few seconds later Asami Yamamoto, captain of Squad Eleven stepped through. Though her Haori was absent as she didn't wear it normally due to her releases destroying any clothing that is not skin tight. After a moment of standing in the air, simply observing the surroundings Asami slowly lowered herself to the ground, standing to the right side of Lee. "So the kids already been defeated?" She asked in a curious tone. "Guess I took to long to get here." She sighed as a frown fell upon her face.
"So Lee, has the new guy shown any of his abilities yet?" As she spoke she turned her head towards him with a curious look on her face. She wanted to get in on the battle, because she had missed the first round. However she wasn't so stupid as to jump into a fight instantly if there was any information on an opponent. Regardless she knew he was strong and she would end up using her bankai, but for now her shikai would do.
"Kyooka." with the single word her entire outfit was completely changed. Bandages wrapped themselves around her feet up to her knees, destroying the clothes on her body. She was wearing a pair of skin tight biker shorts and left momentarily topless. More bandages spawned from thin air as they wrapped around her right hand, covering her fingers and wrapping the entire length of her arm. The same bandages covered her chest, leaving the top of her left breast exposed and the bottom of her right breast. Her left hand was also covered from the fingers up to the middle of her forearm. Finally a black mask that was obviously battle damaged formed over her face, almost making it seem as if she was a Vizard, which would be untrue. However her voice did become metallic when using her Shikai and Bankai, but it still sounded vastly different from that of a Vizard. From behind the mask her eyes were invisible as they scanned the battle field. After one last look around she stood and waited on Lee to respond to her question.

Akiyama Eriko, Gobantai Sanseki "Freedom comes at the cost of your fearful ways. Pay it." Eriko calmed herself while listening to her Captain's instructions. She did not have to rush in. Take your time. The second part disgruntled her a bit because she still felt bound to protect him, even if it's to return the favor. Nonetheless, she nodded when he left to be at Hibiki-Taicho's side and pull out his Zanpakuto. That meant that they could really be in for worse fight than that with Aurelius. Her mind began to work through the possible abilities were of Dolor. Illusion was a high probability. The Sanseki was playing the enemy's entrance over her mind during the arrival of a woman, a Captain, at her Taicho's side. Insitinctively, she wanted to interrupt with her own negative response but that would be rude. The woman was addressing Lee. Eriko continued her mental analysis of what could work against illusions while trying not to be distracted by the female's Shikai release. Her cheeks blushed involuntarily at the brief exposure of her chest, as if it mattered. Eriko began pacing. She had no authority to order anything but that should not stop her from contributing and like hell, she was going to leave her Captain if it came to that. Her eyes flickered over to Dolor and Hei's squabble. Currently, observations were key.
"Ah, you're learning," Cho said, a translucent and floating image of herself.
"Shut up," the girl responded, "I can't make any mistakes and I think that I might want that promotion. Unfortunately, this is my second chance. Lee is on edge."
"Are you going to do Shikai?"
"No, not yet especially with your auto-ability. We do not need overconfident enemies..or Vizards."
"Understood." The sprite did not allow herself to be seen by anyone besides Eriko at the moment. Someone might mistake it for an unnecessary Shikai release - not good. Jesus is my Lord ♥
