She nods and closes her eyes trying to concentrate her anger and energy in her fist.
Nothing happened
"*sighs* I suck at this"
She was sulking staring in to her fist
"I don't have that fighting urge I guess... Dammit"

She relaxed and thought of K and how she would give her life for him and an overload of energy engulfed her fist.
"Wow! That's amazing!"

She looked at the dummy and did as K instructed.
To her surprise she actually did it
"WOW! eek I did it!"
She looked at K happily
"That was so cool... it gave me such a rush!"
The energy she used made her transform in to he neko form
