Amy looked at the native. Didn't she hear what was said earlier? Then again, she didn't remember seeing the particular native while they were explaining why they were here. "Yes. Earth is a place far beyond the stars. It's the planet we come from," she told her. Elisa looked at Isel. She noticed that he had taken one of the wrenches, but didn't pay it much mind. They were easy to come by on any other developed planet, and she didn't think he would attack. "Technically it's a spaceship, but I don't really expect you to know that. It took a couple thousand years in order to make these ships as well as they are now. They aren't as advanced as some others we have, though. This one's just a recon ship. You should see the war ships!" she said.

Mina stood still, looking around. All the stuff in the...What did Gin call it? Engine room? All the stuff in it was so different and strange. She was hesitant to touch anything, seeing what happened to Isel. Deciding that nothing will be learned if she didn't move, she started flapping her wings. When her feet were off the ground, she flew over to what Gin had called the fire and looked at it from above. The top of it was capped off, probably for reasons she would not be able to comprehend.

Isel looked at Elisa. "Interesting...so there are ships bigger than this?" he asked, looking at it. But this one was huge! He tried to imagine something bigger, and involuntarily, his ears flattened against his head and his tail lowered. That would be huge. He turned to look at her again. "Is there any possibility of getting it airborne again?"

Gin sauntered in and saw Mina flying, near the core, "you might not want to touch that, it'll be hot, as in very." She noticed the `normal guy` had left but took no heed, "anywho... I'm going to have to ask you to go outside, it is just I have things to take care of and need to have a word with the captain."
Green giggled and licked her nose, "you sound nuts, I like nuts, I have nuts, would you like some nuts?."

Kira looked up at Gin as her ears flattened against her head. She had just made a new friend and wanted to be with her longer. "Do I have to go? I'd like to stay if that okay with you..please?" She tried to give her best kitty eyes, hoping she would fall for them like other adults usually did. Well, the peaceful ones did. The others just bopped her on the head and told her no.

Elisa couldn't help but smile at his reaction. If she had been in his position, hers would be no different. Especially since they had nothing nearly as big as this. "Yes, there are bigger ones. One warship I was on once was about six times as large as the Arcaius, that is, the ship before you," she explained. At his question, she shook her head. "We won't be able to get it up in the air, not with the limited resources on Sylvanus," she said. Suddenly she realized that the Sylvians probably didn't know what they had named their planet and added, "Sylvanus is the name we have given this planet." Amy was unaffected by being called nuts. She had figured that they might believe they were crazy. Their story would sound nuts to these people, who have never been in the ocean of stars their planet was surrounded by. At the last comment, she had to admit to being a little confused. She couldn't help but wonder if this girl was alright in the head.

Mina had actually been reaching her hand out to touch it as Gin said not to. She instantly pulled her hand back. Then she flew back and landed on the ground again. "This is...fascinating. I want to learn more about the stuff your people have!" she said enthusiastically.

"Six times..." Isel repeated, looking at the ship again. He gave a soft whine. That would be massive. He looked back at her, and nodded. "Sylvanus..." he repeated, looking at the ground, then at her. "Why did you name it Sylvanus?"

Elisa was a little surprised by the question, but had no idea why. It was perfectly reasonable and should have been an obvious question, but it never occurred to her that it would be asked. But how would she explain it? "Hm...Before I can tell you, you'll have to know a little bit of the history of our planet. In ancient times, there was a great empire called Rome. Even today, 3,000 years after its fall, it is considered the greatest of all the empires in the west. The Romans had...about the same level of technology that's on Sylvanus now, with the exception of the airships. They conquered all their enemies with their mighty army. They extended their empire across a large territory, consuming almost all of one continent and parts of two others. They were truly the mightiest of empires. "The Romans were polytheistic. Many of the planets in the universe were named after Roman gods and goddesses. We have named Sylvanus for the Roman god of nature."

"If these Romans worshiped gods like us... does that mean they had priests and priestesses as well?" Filia asked suddenly. She was getting a little bored just sitting there and looking at everything, and this topic was really interesting. It was exciting to get to know the cultures of the ones with no animal features.
((Man sever writers block... no one has come in contact with my character for a long time -.-))

"An appropriate name." Isel said. He looked at himself. So that would make him a Sylvanian? He liked the name. It seemed to fit, especially now that he knew the history. He looked up and had been about to ask a question when Filia, t he priestess, did. He let her speak, as she had a higher rank than he.

Elisa looked at Fillia as she spoke. "I'm not entirely sure, but most likely. History isn't really my specialty," she said.

"You can ask Amy or Elisa outside, they know more about it, I just fly the thing, come on Kira, we'll go ask if you can stay here," Gin promptly span on her heels. "If they say no I can always smuggle you aboard, not like anyone would notice, you being so tiny and all."
Green gave up in the end, understanding was hard, and the prettiest ones had left, so she flew up to sit on the ship, it being the only feasible option while the nice people were inside.

A happy smile formed on her face as she was told that she didn't have to leave. Following Gin, she said happily. "I promise I'll be really good." She intended to keep that promise too. This was the coolest thing she'd ever seen in her life. She wasn't going to get kicked out for being bad. She finally found a place she could possibly call home.

Status: Cryo-Stasis Disengaged. Initializing systems check... Accessing memory... No errors found. Initializing physical check... Motor Funtions: Active There was a small amount of movement within the storage area of the Arcaius. Testing sensory... Contact: Active A little more movement now, a jerk at the feeling all around. It was abnormally warm for just leaving the cryo-chamber. Sonic: Active Motion stopped for a moment as listening began, hearing the faint crackling of dying embers made the movement begin again, but slowly. Olfactory: Active The movement returned again in a jerk as the scent of smoke was in the air. Something definately was not right. Palate: Active Movement calmed a tiny bit for the moment. Mouth was dry and there was no taste at all, even though it was slowly returning. That, and there wasn't much to taste. Optic: Active At that moment there was alot of movement as everything came into view. A male looked around the storage area , pushing himself up from being sprawled out on the floor, looking around before looking back towards the chamber behind him. It was busted open, and with how everything else looked, it looked like the ship had either been attacked, or crashed. But with the state the Arcaius was in, and the fact that there was still air to breathe, he figured that they had crashed. Terit stood up a little wobbly, still getting used to being awake. All systems review: Optimal Warning: Nurishment needed within next 57 minutes 29 seconds. Hunger set in, and his stature slacked a little bit, his energy a bit low... He looked around a little more, his eyes adjusting to the dark lighting around him. He blinked twice before turning towards the door that lead out of this room. However, when he reached it-finding it just a crack open-worry sunk in as he found that he could not pry the doors open. He peered through the crack in the door, and did the one thing that came to his mind at that moment: he called out. "Hello? Is anyone there? Can anyone here me? I can't get out of here!" He shouted as much as his still awaking lungs would let him. Now he began to wonder if anyone had survived...
