Ken Raite - Genin -- Raiton -- Raikou Hira -- Kumogakure no Sato -- Mechanical left leg. - Clunk, hiss...clunk, hiss...Ken's leg made noises that were magnified in the utter quiet of the library. He walked up to the librarian, the girl that had saved him from the boulder. "Riaka?" he asked. "I need your help. I'm already in your debt but I think I'm going to be a little bit more in your debt." he said. He pulled out the rough old black notebook and opened it to a page bookmarked by a threadbare cloth strip attached to the binding. On the page were jutsu written out by his father. Specific ones, only by name however, with notes written under it as to effect and possible uses. "Kinobori and Kabenobori no jutsu, Nagare Isou no Jutsu, Raikou Boruto no Jutsu, Raikou Henge no Jutsu, Seiteki Chikara no Jutsu, Denshi no Jutsu, Kumo Bunshin no Jutsu." he listed. "I need you to teach me these. It's going to be a hell of a training regimen but I need to learn these." he said. Riaka turned to face Ken as he approached her and spoke about wanting to learn some techniques. "Okay!" she replied rather cheerfully.

Ken Raite - Genin -- Raiton -- Raikou Hira -- Kumogakure no Sato -- Mechanical left leg. - Ken grinned wolfishly. "To the training field then." he said, his voice clearly excited. "I'll need some chakara pills though...I want this done as soon as possible, and I lost quite a bit during my fight in the cave." he said. Riaka slowly shook her head no as she turned and began walking to a door off in the distance. Once reaching it she opened it and entered, waiting for Ken to follow. The room wasn't like any other you would find. It looked like a place someone would spar in and that's what it was going to be used for. "In here is where we will train!" she exclaimed.

I think it's like one less or two less...] Ken nodded and walked inside. He looked around...odd, but he should have expected a place like this in a place where lots of jutsu knowledge could be found. It's a bit cramped to do wall walking in here." Ken said. He readied himself for what he was about to learn...this was going to be a brutal next few hours. "Well then. I want you to constraint your raiton chakra into a weapon of choice. From there I want you to attack me." she explained, readying herself for his attack.
Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

When in a training ground at a home village: The area is very familiar. It is easy to traverse, and is very appealing to the needs of the ninja. It is advantageous in many ways, making training far easier. This allows for -2 learning and -1 teaching.
Lance says villages can have more then one training field as long as the training field is in a public place. So the "dojo" would count as one. }

Ken Raite - Genin -- Raiton -- Raikou Hira -- Kumogakure no Sato -- Mechanical left leg. - Ken drew his Katana, and started to concentrate his chakara into the blade. "Nagare Isou no Jutsu." he stated simply. The first attempt was an utter failure: he felt the chakara flow through the weapon, but arc back right at him again. Sighing he tried again. This time the chakara stayed, and he went in to swing at Riaka. Riaka smiled as Ken came at her with his weapon ready, pulling out a kunai she blocked his attack. A small spark of electricity entered her weapon through his attack but of course it was weak so it didn't cause much pain, also a big thanks to her resistance training, it felt like a simple n** on the hand. "Come on Ken. I know you can do worse." she urged.
Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

He was going to be tired, sore, and altogether worn out after this, but it would be worth it. He preformed the jutsu again. "Nagare Isou no Jutsu." he said, letting the chakara flow. It passed into his weapon and he ran forward to her, swinging hard with the katana. This time he was confident that it would work. Riaka smiled as Ken came at her again, only this time he did have enough strength placed into his attack. But thankfully for her resistance training she was once again able to dodge the sting. She allowed his katana to make connection with her kunai allowing some of the electric charge to go through her arm. "Good. Much better. Now what one is next?" she asked, taking a step back and putting her kunai away.
