((you should use quotes when your character is talking, just changing color is normally something people do for thoughts. Also, if i am being to mean wuth NAgisa say so and i'll tone it down. she seems to be developing a really bitter personality though...))
((sosay, do we have to get scrolls from an rpc? I kinda feel bad, since you are having to basically do 20 different things at once...))
Nagisa ignored the raikage's obvious dislike for bugs, but Arcus didnt seem to care. Heartless worm she dug her toe into the ground, and timidly said. "so i guess you don't really have any Aburame stuff do you..." it wasn't really the answer she was looking for. ""well, my element is raiton, and i prefer genjutsu, i'll have to settle for something else for now." She felt bad, since the raikage seemed to have a lot of annoying stuff to deal with.

acadamy student ------------------ ((actually i use italics for thoughts and color for words. But if anyone else finds this method confusing, I'll be more than happy to take your advice. And no worries about the girl. Arcus isn't one to hold grudges, at all. Oh and for the bug thing, if the Raikage will allow it, we can just learn the moves together and that constitute as our teaching. Like, instead of taking 3-4 posts a piece, if we each do two posts saying we're helping each other learn the technique. something like that would work.)) Beneath his jacket's collar, Arcus was grinning widely. Her words were just what he wanted to hear. He turned around as she tossed the scroll his way. His bugs leaped from his hands and spiraled around the scroll in midair, stopping it and holding it floating there. He was already walking away when they brought it to him; complaining that he wasn't going to be using them, but happy that he was going to get stronger. Thanks. I'll get right on it. I'll get back to you when I've finished. If you need anything, I'll be in the training field. Erm....have fun... The last remark being directed at the man who'd been hugging on her. Sosay nodded at Nagisa's comments."No. I currently don't have any thing for your clan. Sorry!" she apologized. Reaching back into her pouch she pulled out a scroll and tossed it to her. "Here. I would give you the Raiton scroll but it's being put to use at the moment, so for now you'll have to settle with the Raiton Genjutsu. You can learn the basics and then the genin ranks as well." she explained, giving her an assuring smile.
{OcC: I'll give you the scrolls you need and then you can go from there. ^^ It's okay. I've been putting up with this for a while now so I'm kinda used to it. }

"thanks! I owe you one your awesomeness!" Nagisa could feel her cheerfulness return once more as she held the scroll. It was time for her to develop her strength, finally! She bowed several times and then ran off towards the training field. After a moments thought however she realized just how hungry she was. "ramen first..."

He would have been knocked down had he not watched her handsigns closely an anticipated another practical joke. The fierce winds blew his hair wildly and his fragrance spread throughout the park like a vanilla hurricane. He took a comb out of his back pocket and brushed his hair back. Ukiyo then walked over to the lake, taking some water in his hands as he place it in his hair giving it a slicked back look. Before he walked away he looked in the lake to see his reflection and made sure everything was in proper order. He stood as he walked over the Sosay, putting his hands in his pockets as he smirked and looked at Ken. "Well Miss Sosay, if you need some time to yourself, I guess me and Ken can do a bit of sparing. I do need to take my genin test first though I assume so I can get my rank." His smile grew wider as he raised his eyebrow and began walking a bit closer to her. "Unless of course...you just wanna give it to me, but either way I don't mind working for it. Though I'm sure you'll find that I can...satisfy any requirements you have."

Sosay returned the hug Ken had given her, as she gave him a quick peck on the cheek. Sosay let her head drop. "You have no clue as to how busy I am Ken!! I just tested three genin! Then Raiden, Aoi and Sarukin volunteered to do a mission involving replanting the forest. And now I have to train you and Ukiyo." she spat out, man was this job getting harder by the second.

He watched what happened with the other Genin, then looked at Ukiyo. Seeing him step closer to Sosay finally made him snap a little bit. He was getting tired. He met Ukiyo's eyes. "Could you back off of her? She's taken." he said, remembering how he'd seen him hugging Sosay when he arrived at the park. He was really getting irritated with people flirting with his girlfriend.

Sosay quickly stepped between the two boys. "Ken! That's enough! I know your ticked off but he's not worth the fight. Ukiyo! Your test is like it was originally. Your to fight with me. But just long enough to show me that you've got what it takes to become a genin!" she coldly stated, her arms stretched out.

"I'm not going to fight him..." Ken said, still a little irritated. "I'm just...annoyed, that's all." he said. He sighed. He'd have to get used to guys hitting on her. He'd have to buy her a necklace or something...a nice gift for her because he really did like her, and something to tell everyone else to back off if he wasn't there. "Sorry, Sosay." he mumbled.

He looked at Ken, halfway disappointed that he didn't want to fight him. Ukiyo looked deep into Sosay's eyes with strong concentration. He licked his lips slowly as he wondered what she could possibly be thinking. Ken seemed to like her very much, but it was odd because Ukiyo did as well. This could get rather...interesting. He wondered how close Sosay and Ukiyo would get as they spent all that time training alone. "Well, Sosay...I'm ready for you. I'll try to keep up with what you give me."

Ken noticed Ukiyo had drawn his sword, and looked at him. "I'm not going to fight you. I just want you to stay away from my girlfriend, that's all." he said simply. He hoped he would. If not, Ken would be forced to hurt him. Simple as that.

It was like he could tell what he was thinking. Ukiyo studied animals for many of years back in his day. He knew that Ken was growing very protective of Sosay and that he wanted Ukiyo to disappear. It probably wouldn't be too much of a stretch to say that he felt threatened by Ukiyo's presence. He shook his head and looked at Ken. Ken's posture and facial expression was screaming that he was ready to fight right now and Ukiyo loved it. Ukiyo disregarded what he said as he responded more so to what he thought his thoughts were. Ukiyo's voice grew darker and deeper. "Right...sure you will buddy. Though I drew this sword for my genin test, if you want to follow through with that threat of yours it will have to wait. Next time if you're thinking something about me, you might as well just say it." Ukiyo flashed a fake smile at Ken and looked back at Sosay. "So I take it you want me to make the first move?"

Ken held his arms out to his side. "What threat?" Ken asked, a little nervous now. Could this guy read minds, too? Great. Just what he needed.
"All I asked was for you to stay away. When I came by here to see what Sosay was doing, and saw you hugging her." he explained. "Not exactly something every boyfriend wants to see, you understand." he said, stepping aside a little so they could continue their test, just knowing this guy was going to do something to piss him off.

I wonder if I spooked him a bit. He noticed that Ken's voice was a bit shaken but still firm. He would be ready to fight Ukiyo to the death right now. He watched as Ken stepped aside. The fact that he was going to stay here meant that he did feel threatened by Ukiyo. "You know you don't have to stay to babysit us. I'll take perfect care of Sosay, I assure you." He winked at Ken as he smirked. He knew that he was getting under his skin. He looked back at the Raikage, as a slight breeze flew past him and caressed her nostrils. "So, are you ready for me?"

"I'm not babysitting you." Ken said truthfully, leaning up against a nearby tree to look at the two of them. "I had planned to get some training in with Sosay, so I'm going to wait here while you two duke it out. Besides, I like a good fight." he said truthfully. He enjoyed watching two people fight. It gave him a good idea of how others handled situations, and he could observe and use their ways to handle situations and use them instead of how he would have done it.
