The Chiroptera's defense AI emotionlessly detected the buildup of energy in the pursuers weapons, and, following its programed directive of Shoot-If-You-Know-They-Are-About-To, immediatly overclocked itself. to a organic mind, the universe slowed to a crawl, as vectors and trajectories were calculated and refined. The AI primed a pair of missiles, and fired them directly into the engines of the leading pair of contacts. Before the bolts holding the missiles to their racks had even fired, the AI began to fill the air behind the ship with shells, almost like the PHALANX system mounted on a carrier would do to intercept a inbound missile.

Programed to use any and all means availible, it created a smaller, dumber copy of itself with one directive; hack the pursuers ships. the mini-AI immediatly used the Comm system to find, isolate, and corrupt the datalinks between four of the attackers and their base carrier, then uploaded a virus into the channel both ways, infecting both the baseship as well as giving the mini-AI total control of three of the ships. the last, it mearly corrupted every display on board, rendering its weapons useless. the other three, it immediatly locked the controls, activated the ejection systems,then rammed the throttles up to max and piloted them straight into their fellow fighters.one ship managed to turn its target into a fireball, while the other two hit their targets, although not head on; it mearly inflicted glancing impacts on its targets, the impacts crippling the controlled fighters, which it immediatly command detonated, spraying shrapnel throughout the formation. not to say the ships it had hit escaped harm though...

Both ships flipped around, wings or tails crushed, and plummeted towards the ground.

In the cockpit, all Laz could see was a blinding series of shots, puncuated by blossoms of fire as hit ships exploded. He fiddled with a strap, then focused his attention on the screen as the battle continued.

Akira walked up to a gun. "If i may ask why do you guys use such old guns i could make one better if you wish?" She said as she sat down in front of a gun herself and looked around for the other. " It is behind us!" She said shooting the gun to try and make it move into Rockys line of fire since hers couldn't reach it enough to do any real damge.

Akira stood up and walked to the back of the plane. "Get your air mask on i have a idea!" She said not phased by the high gs because of her being part machine. She then put her hand on the door like she was going to open it.

"Shadow long range laser sight set the framing to 180/s that should be enough." Dimitris's silhouette fit into the sights of the rifle quickly as he struggled to brace the stock to his shoulder after removing his glasses. A dim shadow ran out of the focal point onto the targeted aircraft as the fox waited for the signal breathing every few seconds everything around him seemed to become non-existent.

In a sudden moment the shadow squeezed against him signaling a shot pierced through the tail sending the plane into a hard tailspin.

"Phew~." Dimitris paused and placed his glasses in front of his peering eyes slightly blurry. "Burns to do that but at least I got it." After a few blinks he readjusted and gave Rocky the rifle.

"Who said anything about me jumping!" She said looking at the guy like he was crazy. "Some spider bots that got out of the lab as well as a biowolf are on the roof. I was going to have the spider bots hack into it and take controll of the ship. The thing is some of the stuff in there makes it impossable to give the hack command. I was going to open it and say hack plan and they would have taken it over." She said as she saw the plan go down. "That had alot of thing i could use to make weapons and stuff." She said a bit mad they ruined her plan as she walked over and sat down to calm her temper.

Laz coughed as he got his breath back, and wiped the tears of mirth away before turning to the main display. He tapped the screen, waited, then snarledas he realized the screen was still set to work with creatures similar to humans- the screen was currently set to work off electrostatic energy, like the kind a human being gives off, but since his talons were non-conductive, the screen didn't respond. He hit the switch to configure it correctly, then looked at the computers ETA.

"Not long.... Half hour, tops, according to this thing....why? In a hurry?"

Rocky's tail twitched as he growled quite audibly, irritated at the somewhat headstrong attitude coming from the young woman.
"Your ignorance is quite obvious. If you so much as crack the door open, all of us would die. Even at cruising speed, the cabin would de-pressurize, our bodies, unused to the pressure outside of the plane and disturbed by the sudden change in pressure, would completely screw up our internal systems and kill us all, save you probably because f your bio-mechanics. Now, please, leave the planning to the professionals, okay?" He growled, the tips of his hair turning a beet red as he snorted smoke from his nostrils

Rocky stood, glaring at the girl with blazing hot eyes as she pointed her gun to his head.
"You know, being called ignorent isn't always an insult. Now, if I called you stupid, however, this would be a different story. What I meant by ignorence was that you did not know of what I was speaking of before I spoke of it. I didn't mean to insult you or anything of the sort, but if you're gonna put a gun to my head after only an explanation, than I'd suggest keeping your spiderbots and bio-wolves, or as you call them "biowolf" in check, along with yourselves in check. One false move, and you're gonna be missing a limb. Then, you'll have my mother to deal with when you die."
He sat back down in the seats closest to the cockpit.

((Man, that word makes me smile....I feel so immature. XD ))
With a deep sigh, Rocky turned to where Laz was and said, "If you happen to see something large and angry destroying the city, blow it up, kay?"
