Character: Ronmaru Hatake Technique Name: Fuzen Hiraishin (Incomplete Flying Thunder God) Rank: E rank - S rank Type: Jikukan Ninjutsu (Time/Space Ninjutsu) Element: Yin/Yang Description: Use of the Fuzen Hiraishin is rather complicated. In order to gain access to the technique in the first place, the user must have encountered some sort of unusual chakra, which can be considered Yin-Yang (Curse Marks and Demons are the most effective sources). After they have found this source, they must undergo 5 posts of training to duplicate the chakra type. It is at this point that--if the Yin-Yang chakra they encountered was a Curse Mark, it is destroyed. From here on out, the character will be able to use all forms of Space/Time Jutsu at the cost of their previous Yin-Yang chakra source, forcing them to make it on their own. Until they master the Yin-Yang chakra (A collective 20 posts of using Yin-Yang techniques), all Yin/Yang techniques cost 15 points more to use due to their imperfect mastery.
Now the hard stuff is done. Time for the technique itself. As the title says, this variation is an incomplete Hiraishin. As such, it has one major flaw over the typical technique. In order to teleport to a location, the user must have an object there that is saturated with their chakra. This could also just be an area that's heavily saturated with their chakra.
Either way, the user focuses on that chakra and teleports to it. Another 'incomplete' portion of this technique is that it travels at only about 3/4 the speed of the real Hiraishin. Though it's only a very faint 'blip' of intense speed, it still gives warning to the opponent of which direction the ninja using it is moving. The ranks below show the distances in which it can be used. After learning the E-ranked variation, the rest is just placing more chakra into the technique. Thus, learning after that is three posts per rank to get the new distances limits down.
E-rank: -- Within two feet.
D-rank: -- Within five feet.
C-rank: -- Within ten feet.
B-rank: -- Within thirty feet.
A-rank: -- Within one hundred feet.
S-rank: -- Within five hundred feet. Keep in mind that only a sensor ninja would be able to accurately appear next to an opponent from 500 feet away.

Character: Ronmaru Hatake Technique Name: Shitai Hiraishin (Body of the Flying Thunder God) Rank: C-rank Type: Jikukan Ninjutsu Element: Yin-Yang Description: Rules from above apply if learning this technique first. By using Yin-Yang chakra that they've learned to harness, the user can endow parts of their body with space/time capabilities. This would allow them to move parts of their body at horrendous speed. However, usage of this technique repeatedly can easily tear muscle. Depending on their mastery of Yin-Yang chakra, one of two things would happen.
Not Mastered: -- The user's body part is still visible, though only a blip of movement like the last one. This version can be used three times in battle before it begins to tear muscles. This version also takes 15 more points if the person using it has not mastered the ability to use Yin-Yang chakra.
Mastered: -- The body part fades from view due to the speed. This technique can only be used once before the muscles tear. This version can only be used when the practitioner has mastered the use of Yin-Yang chakra.

Character: Minoru Ibuki Technique Name: Tetsu Suna no Tate (Shield of Iron sand) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: the user could fully or partially cover his/her body with a thick and compressed spherical formation of Iron sand. It that could withstand considerably strong attacks and could also be used as a counter attack since it could generate multiple sharp spikes on it's outside layer that would easily penetrate the flesh of anyone standing too close to it.
Character: Minoru Ibuki Technique Name: Tetsu Suna no Manto (Cloak of Iron Sand) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Iron Sand Description: the user could engulf his body with compressed Iron sand that acts like an armor to deflect or neutralize attacks. It blends with the user's skin ton making it hard to tell if they have it on or not. In addition, when the user's uses any part of his body thats covered with the Iron sand cloak to attack, It increase the damage dealt of the user's physical attack.

Character: Meran Miyamoto Technique Name: Kuchyose: Soul Stealing Golem ( Or for a nickname: Woody ) Rank: C-S Rank Type: Ninjutsu Element: Doton Description: After performing the necessary hand-seals, Meran will summon a golem that's about the same size as him, carved into a humanish shape. The golem is able to steal small amounts of chakra ( about 10 CP and optional ability) to keep him out longer. If not, he will turn into a pile of dirt. The golem can hug Meran, transferring chakra over to him instead or storing it in itself, making it's chakra pool expand along with it's size. It also has one special ability that let's it release an absorbed element, sending it straight back at the opponent in a breath wave as an offensive attack. However, if this offensive attack is used, half of it's chakra will deplete and it's weaker by one rank. (Ex: It absorbs a B-Rank and it's released as a C-Rank.) It has a chakra pool of 100 (unlike any other summon) and can NOT absorb any chakra of a higher rank. It's chakra pool expands by 20 with each rank up. It uses the same ammount of chakra each post as required to summon.

Meedle, make both of those techniques B Ranks and they're accepted. The first one is basically the same as Cocoon of Sand and the second is basically the same as Armor of Sand.
Rawrmen, I'd prefer if another mod took a look at yours. I don't like making the verdict on a tech like that, those are generally a higher up's call, sorry.

Technique Name: Water Transmutation Style: Acid Pool Rank: B - S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water - Suiton Range: Direct Touch Required Description: Heihachi performs the necessary handsigns and then places his palms on a body of water. By pumping his chakra through it and using the Rokubi's acidic nature, Heihachi is able to change the molecular structure and add maybe a couple different properties to the molecules that turns the water into a pool of acid. Because the Rokubi grants immunity to acid and poisons, Heihachi is able to make contact with this acid without it burning him.
If Heihachi were to use this on a large body of water or moving water (a lake or flowing water in a stream) then this jutsu would cost a lot more chakra to use and become an S-Rank Technique.

This poison is the same that Heihachi uses in his Black Bubble Jutsu.
If Heihachi were to use this on a large body of water or moving water (a lake or flowing water in a stream) then this jutsu would cost a lot more chakra to use and become an S-Rank Technique.

This technique was suggested by someone, based on Mephis's Yggdrasil.
Character: Meran Miyamoto Technique Name: Mokuton: Yggdrasil Rank: S+[?] Type: Bloodline Element: Mokuton Description: This jutsu can only be used three times per lifetime. If attempted to use more than three times, it won't activate. The user of this jutsu makes the proper handsigns and slams their hand into the ground, Meran must wait a post before the great tree is fully formed, as it will take longer periods of time. Once formed, the tree will last for the remainder of the battle, and heal all injuries the user sustains the post after, as well as help the use by sending massive rods of wood in all angles. It does not re-attach limbs. However, this tree's healing chakra doesn't have to be used for healing. It could be used as Nature Chakra for a Sage Mode as well. If used for a Sage Mode, it disappears. Should it be used to heal a whole village, it disappears after usage.

Character: Shi Otome Technique Name: Shoryuken Rank: B Type: Taijutsu Description: A powerful spinning uppercut used to demolish her foes. First Shi will bend low and then fire up with her left fist, attempting to drive it into the chin of her opponent. This is the start of a combination technique. If it hits, the next technique used will hit as well.
Character: Shi Otome Technique Name: Agiel Rank: Variable Type: Weapon Description: A simple, red leather rod in design. It is about the length of the average forearm and completely blunt. In the hands of the unskilled, it's a useless waste of good leather. But in the hands of an accomplished medical shinobi, it can be a deadly weapon. Holding it in ones hand causes pain similar to the D Rank ability. The Agiel is generally used as a last resort in combat, due to the difficulty in wielding it...as such, it is more of a torture device.
D - With just the slightest touch, it causes a shooting pain that sends a mix between a burning and tingling sensation through the nerves of the touched location. The pain is so great that extended and prolonged exposure can cause temporary lapses in sanity. Bruises are a commonplace.
C - Pressing a bit harder, the Agiel can now cause thick welts and cuts...depending purely on the angle she presses the Agiel against the skin.
B - The cuts are now considerably deeper, causing considerable blood loss. If used in the right location, death is a possibility.
A - The Agiel is now able to break bone if the body is struck with any bit of force beyond a simple prod. Even the strongest of bones buckle beneath the power of the weapon.
S - With careful precision, the Agiel is able to cause ruptures in internal organs by placing the tip above the organ and then twisting it against the skin. It can cause hemorrhaging of the brain, even instant death if used on the heart. Accuracy is key in the use of this skill, making it virtually useless in combat.
