"It is alright," he said as he held out the one he had in his hands, "place your hands under and over the leaf and I will help you, for it is a difficult process to heal the leaf," he said as he looked at her waiting for her to get ready.

Shai took a deep breathe and got into her position again, waiting for more helpful tips before her second trail at healing the poor, lifeless leaf.

He placed his hands over hers and they encased her small hands that were tiny compared to his pawed hands. "Alright I want you to feel the leaf with magic, not using the healing power," he said as he would make sure to help direct it, if she fell off course.

"Magic..Alright.." Shai mumbled as she closed her eyes and concentrated. Soon, a red glow from before began to appear around there hands, this time, it was just her magic and not her healing abilitys add to it.

His hands were over both of hers and they were glowing green and they were there so to make sure she did not turn the magic on to early, or put to much into it. "Alright once you feel the leaf and feel where it needs to be healed at, make sure to add very little healing power to it," he said as he made sure to protect her hands so not to let her burn her self and also to make sure he removed anything that would be to much on healing the leaf.

"Alright..." Shai mumbled in reply as she began to studie the leafs body in her head. Aha! There, the stem, the leafs back bone. Concentrating on adding little magic to the leaf, Shai bit her lip and tighten her eyes, she really wanted to make a impression on her teacher.

He felt something strange as she seemed to add it slowly but she seemed to keep adding it, but he said nothing as he removed what was added into it so that it was not to much, for he had done this so many times. As he tapped her hand to stop he removed his hands from hers so she could look at the leaf.

Shai frowned, she felt something..Unusual as she added her magic to the leaf. Flinching when Wild Fox tapped her hand, she quickly stopped the magic flow between the leaf and herself. Opening her hands, Shai squinted one eye in fear of it being burned again. Quickly opening both eyes and smiling, Shai sighed in relief at the sight of a living, plant.

"Don't think to hard on it," he said with a smile as he looked at her, "You put a bit to much into it like all people do when they are learning," he said as he looked at her, "Be glad it wasn't a forest you were trying to heal," he said with a smile as he scratched his head. "I did that once and set a forest on fire on accident, but I eventually healed it back to its original state and further from that, to the point of where it is now a living forest of life," he said as he looked at her with a smile.
"Now then lets go again," but try with out my assistance this time," he said as he handed her another leaf. "Just don't use to much power think calmly and slowly like a slow moving river," he said as he put the dead leaf in her hand.

Shai frowned, "A whole forest?!" She questioned the thought, remembering a time from the past when a large group of animals drained magic from her, it was terrible. "I hope i can do this.." Shai murmured as she let go of her stiffened shoulders, trying to relax. Shai took the leaf, and put her other hand on top, like the beginning. Closing her eyes, Shai imagined herself floating on a calm river. Slowly, Shai began to press her magic into the leaf, connecting their life line. As slow as Shai began to add magic, the soft red glow began to flicker and appear.

"Good, now just keep steady and calm," he said gently so not to disrupt her. And he watched and got at the ready if anything was to happen.

Shai let out a deep breath, then opened her eyes. Slowly, she pulled apart her hands to reveal the lead, just as alive as the one that Wild Fox helped her heal. "I-I did it!" Shai squealed in surprise.

"Good, job," he said clapping hi hands together as he looked at her, "Now it will get a bit more challenging," he said as he looked at her and he walked over to a dead plant, "This process will take longer but I want you to try and heal the plant," he said as he pointed to the dead plant that was almost fully dead.

"I will need to add more magic flow into it, correct?" Shai asked as she kneeled down infront of the plant and looked at it with pity.

"Yes you will, but it will take a little while to figure out the right balance for it will be different from a single leaf," he said as he looked at her, "I want you to make your magic to encase the plant so that it is felt for all the pores of the plant that need to be healed. Once that is done then imagine a slow stream that has its own course that winds around a mountain, but it goes as slow as the drifting clouds do in the sky." he said as he looked at her, "Any bit of the plant that is not even on healing power will make the whole bush ignite," he said as he looked at her calmly, knowing he would need to help with this for not all students get it the first time, not even the first time but he would like to see how well she does.
