Firstly, I would like the "leg down" pose. He should have a black undershirt, peaking out from the blue overshirt, with the symbol on his chest and the two silver stripes around the wrists. Then, the black pants and belt w/ phaser in holster. The expression should look passively condescending, like this, and alter the eyebrows to look more Spock'ish. I am also wondering if you can change the ears, so they look more pointed and curled, like on a baluchi horse. They are technically still equine, but if this is too difficult, it isn't needed. Lastly, the hair should be as similar as possible to Spock's hair. The rest of his mane should follow the "short" style, and his tail should be the "short" style as well. Maybe pieces of it tied together with gold, maybe some beads and feathers (colored natural with feathers from African birds) (see Facial ref, wavy like her hair)
Coloring: Main body color is a very dark grey, almost black. Markings are painted on roughly (can see flecks of mane body color underneath) Head is painted white with red and black markings. Body is painted in a similar way. See references. < Facial Reference > As for the bodypaint, there are some suggestions in the full body review but the colorist is given permission to edit or change the design to make it look better :3 Though I do asks the wailing ghosts with outstretched fingers still be on her body.
Edits:
Gold hoops, two small and one large on each ear. Large hoop had chain of beads (matching colors to the soquili) leading down to gold nose hoop.
Brown string tied around portion of neck (looped around several times). Hanging off it is a african mask. < African mask ref >
Below string are layered golden hoops around her neck. Mixed in with that are several long draping necklaces. Lots of beads, some feathers and sharp teeth from animals. Last and longest necklace has a small crocodile skull hanging from it. Skull should be old looking < Croc skull ref >
Each leg has stacks of gold hoops on them, below the knee. Above the knee, on the left? (shown leg) is more brown string and several satchels tied to it
Base of tail has 3 skulls lined on it, the middle being the largest. Can be decored with beads, and feathers. Should look dirty and old. Perhaps cracked.
Expression would be a scowl.
((If possible, I'd like two versions of her. One with the following edits and one without. The above edits can stay on both versions))

I imagine him naturally colored in some way with short/medium custom wild/unkempt hair. As for accessory edits, I do NOT expect a full suit. I don't want to kill you. I leave it up to the colorist on how similar she wants to make the horse to the original form. It can be as little or as much. I'll pay for heavy edits all the same. **If he ends up with his head covered in a helmet, would I be able to get a naked version of him to have as well?

Legs: On all four legs, I would like her to wear fluffy leg warmers; and if it is possible, I would like the fluffiness of the warmers to cover over her hooves. If not, then i would like them to cover half of her hooves so a little bit is showing. On both her front legs I would like the colors to be like this and on both her back legs, I would like them to be like this. The coloring of both front and back leg warmers should be in neon colors please.
Necklace: Around her neck, I would like her to be wearing two necklaces. The first necklace has a short thread chain with a neon purple and pink glow stick attached to it. The necklace necklace is a slightly long chain with a neon orange and red glow stick attached to it. I would like the colors of the glow sticks to look something like this. Also, I would like a glowing effect to the glow-sticks as well.
