It had snowed for almost half the night and into the morning, even with the sun out it was had to see through the clouds. Having walking most of the night it seemed safe now to rest for the time being, Hitomi finds an area of snow melted down from the lava's heat next to it a small pool of water that was heated up from the volcanic activity. Taking time to settled she looks around find many animals gone but manages to catch a small rabbit not too far and discovered some root plants untouched by the fires. Using her mask collects the water dripping from the cavern and takes in plenty of it, walking most of the time left her nearly dehydrated.


"Well its quiet and I think some are hiding from the snowstorm, rest is absolute." Hitomi eats the ration she caught and decided to warm up in the pool from the cold, it was just roomy enough she takes of her cloak and shorts then sits in the warm waters watching the snow. "Seems funny about this, swimming in the snow, maybe fire and ice isnt that bad if it could make this." Hitomi let her mind wander, thinking with so many competitors gone she didnt have to worry so much. Just as she opened her eyes she sees the kitsune woman staring at her, panicked Hitomi held her breath and went under.

Only able to stay down for a minute she rises up gasping for air and realized she had vanished from sight. "Alright now this is getting pld and out of hand." Hitomi looks around but sees nothing and goes back to wandering in her head.

Hitomiu sees Azelus a few feet away with his bow drawn but as well sees the kitsune woman again. Quickly she puts her shorts and mask on ready to attack, soon being spotted she moves up to a ledge under a shrub,"Looks like it just me and him now, all this time but now its here." her eyes narrow to him as he tried to find her. "Not a simple way to kill but this is enough, this Quell has done too much damage as it is." Hitomi takes out her whip and puts it to her belt for easy acess, next she decideds to try the acid trick again from the previous fight, it did decent damage to him but perhaps it was different with this one.

Like the last time she takes out the longer needle lacing the edges with the toxins and then her blood, waiting for the right moment she find it and lunges out of hiding. Hitomi was about mid jump and tosses her needles right at him,"This is sad to do but the game and this chaos must end." As they got closer to him a black figure moves swiftly in the path and the needles go missing,"What the hell?! what was that-" Just before she lands she looks up to see the kitsune woman almost five feet from her and between her and Azelus.

The woman looks up to her and shows her needles caught between her fingers. "Why the hell did you do that It would of been over quickly and easily, I wanted to show you and the realm what I can do, I wanted to prove myself to you sister!" Hitomi gasped as she spit out the word sister out loud, looking to her she sees the woman didnt budge but drops the needles to the ground and continue to block each other way.

Hitomi felt something touch her but was blinded by her mask to see what was happening, once she felt herself drop she removed her mask to see she was moved along with Azelus. Looking around there wasnt any terrain to be seen but just walls,"What is this another trap? what the hell?!" Hitomi scans around and sees no sight of the woman it was her and Azelus glaring at each other. "Guess this must be a fight to the death match since were the only ones left, eh Azelus? such a terrible way to end." She reaches for a dagger but notices they were missing, alarmed looks for anything but sees that her needles and daggers were missing and the blades in her boots and wrist protecters were removed. "This isnt funny now my weapons,....they been taken how."

Hitomi looks to Azelus and sees his bow is missing as well, somehow they both were disarmed. "Guess this is either Sara's doing of that kitsune woman, either way were both without her weapons," She looks to him as he the same, they didnt know what or why they were put there but it seemed it was ment for them to be there together.

Hitomi became enraged soon as the door slams,"Dont you dare lay a finger on Yuki! she'll kill you with her power of the dark and everything out in between," she screams not knowing if they were hearing,"She will kill you and who ever helps you hear me?! Your not going to destroy the shadow realm!" she runs into the door and tries to pound with her fist but couldnt. Thinking it was useless to even try bends to her knees and starts crying,"This was all a set up, while I lay here and fight the shadow ream....and Yuki....this cant be happening." She starts to think about the destuction and watching her sister fight off the enemy before if goes too long and sees her death.



The quell Didnt matter to her anymore, having been told her realm was going to be nothing but ashes killed her inside. She would survive the destruction but all the innocent people and further more Yuki being killed in the crossfire. "I'm sorry Yuki, all this time I could of told you the deep secret but it looks like you'll never know you had a sister, I'm truely sorry." Hitomi's eyes showed anger and pain all at once, failure wasnt an option was what she lived by but in her mind now she has already failed.

Hitomi didnt believe what was happenening till the screen shows the shadow realm,"No not my home Lokchaos, the palace Yuki!" she watched as she sees the enemy come towards the gate, it was too much to bare but continued to watched. Watching the gate she sees what is left if the dark imperial army and the dark rose assasians, her friends from the beginning stand by to fight. Once they got closer the fighting begin, one by one Hitomi watched her commrades fall as they are nearly torn apart,"This cant be happening why this theres so many innocent people who did nothing and now they'll-" Hitomi went lower to the ground trying to block the sounds of screaming.


Looking up for a glace she see Sara appear,"This realm has it fair share of fighters but its not enough to stop these guys, such a great place to just be turned to ashes." Hitomi was enrage and growls,"Enough! there are innocent people there who are defenseless, stop this theres no need." she shouts but doesnt get an answer, feeling the guilt of being hopeless her eyes look to the screen showing a bright purple glow. Hitomi was amazed by the light and wondered what caused till she looked at Sara's face who showed shock and anger.

The light dimmed out a but and Hitomi nearly gasped, surrounded by the bright was the realm lady Queen Yuki in her more powerful form. She looked like the queen but had the features of the kitsune and her eyes were a crimson red, listening close she could her Yuki speak,"The law still stands Sara you have broken not only the law of Immortality but the promise you told to keep to the departed Queen Scarlet." Hitomi was amazed at her sister's determination,"You have destroyed most of this universe but I will not tolerate you trying to destroy the land I rule over, You shall not destroy The Shadow Realm!"


Hitomi watched in amazement seeing Yuki and how much power she had gained throughout the years, going back to the screen she watches her summon her sythe and see her dark power infuse into the weapon, the aura deminishes and she sees the sythe's new form. Black thorns wrapped around the handle and Yuki's arm with nightshade blossems blooming to it, Yuki leaps and with one swipe she blows away the intruder down to there feet. Hitomi hears her speak again,"I'll make this easy spare this realm and I'll spare your lives. Looking up to Sara she started to show fear to Yuki's growing power and growls in anger,"She has gained more power then last time..too much this time, I'll deal with her later." she then vanishes and the eneny vanished, Hitomi's realm was spared. Sighing in relief Hitomi sits down nearly watching the end of her home.

Amazed and shocked Hitomi was happy to finally go back, the fact that she was able to leave with her life was overwelming. "I get to live.....I actually get to live and all the people I killed just to keep mine, this..." she couldnt think of what to say but looks to Azelus and nods. She looks as they head their way out but she stays for a moment thinking now what was next, Hitomi thought she was going to die in the Quell and would only be an memory not this time though. Now that she was coming back alive would she be able to tell Yuki about being her sister, it would be a challenge.

Hitomi reaches to her neck and dangles her onyx locket and opens it,"Yuki....my little sister, I was able to live and soon I'll get to see you again." tears form in her eyes,"Perhaps one day I'll have the strength to say my secret but for now I'm glad I'm alive." Hitomi lowers her head crying happily letting her tears hit the locket, the warm emotion of being able to live on and go back was all so much for her. This was the only time she was actually happy, Hitomi hears her name being called to come one and as she looked up smiled and ran out with the others out of the room.

She looks at him staring at her as they walked, he had the look that he wasnt sure of something,"I can see it in your eyes, your questioning if Yuki is my sister arnt you." looking back she gets a nod from him, she huffs,"I know I know, its sounds odd but its the straight fact, its just that I never had the chance to tell her." Hitomi takes out her locket and hands it opened to him showing the pictures."Those were taken of us when we were very young, you see when our mother died father had to take care of us but he was angered that I was born half, knowing that and seeing Yuki born full blood he took her in and left me to live with our aunt and uncle." she pauses but continues,"Since then I've watched her grow up each day and it hurt me to tell of us while father was alive, since his death I just never had the courage to confront her."

As they get further she grew silent for awhile but takes out a small red moon on a chain, "We were given these on our birth, Yuki carries a black moon like the one on her head, they glow when theyre connected a sign of togetherness." Hitomi was getting anxious coming back, she started to have doughts she was able to pull it off, shen then looks to him again worried,"I dont think I can do this, its so much."
