jr2054life A huge boom accured a few yards away... Otaku and the rest of the team rushed to see what all the comotion was about. They ran as fast as they can, but then a brutal fireball was lunged at Aura. Otaku rushed in front of aura and made an earth tent. Otaku said to Aura bluntly, "You've got to pay more attention to the surroundings aroung you!" Otaku bursted through the earth tent and then they saw Dural with Hou and Lyra. They then got ready for battle! "Get away as far as you can!" yelled Desislav. "I'll keep them at bay!" Desislav tackled Dural to the ground. Dural yelled and kicked the man off. "Anytime now Commander! Get that Bison out of the sky!" Hou shook her head. "It's too far and fast, my Lord." Please find your way to safety and deliver the Fire Nation from their unjust Lord, thought Hou. Desislav slices his sword at Dural; Dural deflects again.

Lyra watched the bison fly away, over the tree line, totally being missed by Hou's fireballs. Lyra growled at the commander. Jealous feelings consumed her. Why, she's missing on purpose! Hou is a professional firebender. She would never miss
Jyai stuck her head over the side of Appa. The wind whipped at her hair and the searing heat of the distant fireballs still tingles her skin. her father leaned on the saddle by her side and followed her gaze. "That's Dural, Commander Hou and Lyra." he explained to her. Jyai frowned. "I know. We saw their faces before in the previous towns. But," Jyai pointed to the fourth figure, "What about Desislav?" Sokka wagged his head, "I don't know. Perhaps our paths will cross again some time. We can't go back." Jyai nodded and turned back to the rest of her companions and quietly listened to Aura and Otaku's conversation . . .

Lyra tore her eyes from the far bison in the sky and ran towards Desislav who was attacking Dural. Lyra pounced onto Desislav, and wrapped her arms around the man. Her arms then were smothered in hot amber flames. She heard Desislav howl in pain and gave a satisfied smile. She then threw him away, far from her master.

Dural wiped his mouth. "Get rid of him, Lyra," he ordered. "And as for you, Commander Hou"- Dural pointed to the small speck of white in the sky-"Do not miss that Bison again."
Hou bowed her head. "Yes, my Lord."
Dural slapped his hands together. "Good."

Aura smiled at Otaku, and tugged on the reins a bit. Appa went higher, into a safer elevation.

"Yes master," Lyra said and turned to the groaning man on the ground. She walked over to him, purposely making her footsteps loud and solid. She grabbed his hair and pulled his face close to hers. "You should have stayed as one of the gang Desislav. Now your precious friends are getting away," she whispered and made her voice mocking at the last line. Her hand turned into a ball of flames and she thrust it at the man's face.
And everything went dark for Desislav.

[[I won't make a profile for this person if you don't mind]]
In another place . . .
"AHHHH! Desislav!" cried Catherine, kneeling before her dead husband. "What have you done!" she demanded. Tears ran from her eyes. Her black hair were dead tangles around her face of anguish.
Desislav lifted his hands. He didn't know what was happening. He didn't understand his sister's words. A surge of fire erupted from his hands- aiming at Catherine.
"CATHERINE!" yelled Desislav. He jumped from his sleeping position. "Catherine!" he cried, panic seizing hold of him. He stopped his frantic search- this was not the open grass plain he last saw. He gingerly touched his face. Smooth skin. "What?" he exclaimed. Lyra. That Lyra had for sure punched his face with flames. But how . . .? He should be dead by now!
"My sister-in-law found you almost dead not far from here," said a voice. It was old and slow but wise and full of experience. An old man approached Desislav. "Someone injured you then dropped you off here, in Ba Sing Se." The old man gave Desislav his sword. Desislav gignerly took it from the stranger.
"But- how . . ." he looked at his reflection- there was no injury.
The old man smiled. "I had some good help from a friend of mine. He comes from the Northern Water Tribe." The man picked up a wet cloth from a bowl filled with water. "Waterbenders can heal," he explained, squeezing the cloth. Desislav watched the water pour from the cloth. "My name is Iroh," introduced the man. "What is yours?"
"Desislav, sir."
"Ah, I've heard of you. Aren't you a bounty hunter?" Iroh gave Desislav an quizzical look. "Or something changed your mind?"
Desislav explained everything.
"Well, Desislav," began Iroh. "We might have another war on our hands. But I will not back down." Iroh paused. "Because there is another Avatar around and he will make peace again like the previous Avatars before him. And the rightful heir of the Fire Nation will rule."
Desislav frowned. "But, Princess Zerafina is dead. She was the eldest child but her brother Prince Dural murdered her and the family."
Iroh tapped his temple. "I have a feeling that is not true."
Desislav froze. What was not true?
Iroh returned the cloth back to the bowl. "Now, would you like some tea?"

Lyra walked through the Fire nation camp. Their scuffle with the Bending brigade didn't end nicely. After killing Desislav, she and Dural left back for their camp. Leaving Hou to track the bison. She returned later to report that the bison had disappeared and she couldn't track it. But Lyra sensed a lie.
Hou must've done something. Something she doesn't want anyone to know about.
Lyra turned a corner and paused by a tent flap. A flame design was imprinted on the front. "Master," she addressed herself loudly, "It's Lyra. I have something to tell you. It's about Commander Hou . . ."

Dural opened the flap of his tent. He gave a quizzical look at Lyra. "What about the Commander? I already noticed she's been dawdling and acting like a nuisance." He crossed his arms. "But if you have something else at least a bit interesting then speak up!" . . .

"She's on their side Master." Lyra whispered quietly. "I've noted how she reacts in battle. She doesn't seem to be giving her all. She's been pulling back. She's been letting them get away."

Dural simply nodded. "That makes sense. The traitor! She must be working with Desislav!" Dural began to close the flap of his tent. "You know what to do, Lyra."

"According to the map, we're going North!" "
"Yea the northern watertribe!" Otaku Said to Aura "When we're clear from Dural we should set up camp for the night; I've got a gut feeling that we'll need our strength."
