 ~In the arms of the Angel~
"I guess," he replied slowly moving over and pulling his guitar up to his hands, pic handy already. He strummed once across all the strings to check that it was still in tune before he let out the first frets. It was moderately fast paced as he fingers slid over the metal strings, nodding his head slightly before words started to slip from his lips.
"L-l-l-light! at the end of your tunnel! Blind to that you'll never see. In the Night, wont you take my hand and follow me...
Wont you take your head out of clouds and come into my world. Wont you open your eyes and see what really hurts! Noooo-ah!"
His voice sounded just like it always had in all the recordings and live performance.

 Makayla smiled a little as he sang, she loved it when he sang his music. She felt kind of bad almost though. All of the other fan girls died to see him..and her, someone so normal...someone who wasn't that special at all, was first to hear whatever he wrote. Was it fair? she wonderd. She didn't dwell on it much and listened to him sing.

He continued through the song up to the point where her lyrics started. She apparently also had a guitar part that was in it from the start.
"goes something like that," he said with a bit of a smile and a laugh, "and if Gray heard that he would freak on me for still being in here..."

Makayla looked a little surprised. "I'm surprised you put my parts in their so much. It's a wonderful song, and I love the lyrics. But if you were to put it out, would the others agree? I mean they don't know me very well, and that girl seemed really close to you. I wouldn't want her to get upset with me" she thought aloud.
"I'm a bit flattered though still. Thanks" she didn't know what to say, she kept blabbeling so she shut up.

"The write isn't up to them," he replied, "I was the glue that kept the band together... and that girl you're talking about is Kali... and she wouldn't be upset because our relationship is nothing like that..." Everyone liked to think that something was going on between the two, but if either of them were asked about it, they generally just cracked up laughing.

Makayla looked a bit embareesed. "I didn't mean it like that, you look like really good friends, i'm not exactly the most wecloming person" ahe picked up her guitar and began strumming her own parts

Bryan walked after Shasta, but he stopped. He turned around and looked at the asylum that they had just left. He smiled, happy that they left that Hell Hole of a place. He then turned back around and began walking after Shasta again.

Makayla took a deep breath. "well you said you were a bit indesisive of what you wanted to do...maybe you should put on a concert here..maybe if you tried that again you could really figure out what you wanted" Her voice was low and she hopped he didn't get mad or upset with her.

Makayla looked really surpised. He wanted her to play and sing too? She had never even talked in front of so many people, let alone let them know she was there. She didn't know if she could. But if it would help him she had to atleast try. She sighed and nodded. "Alright..I'll try" she answerd him giving him a small smile.
