She is coloured after a juvenile emperor angelfish. I'm thinking that her tail can be coloured like how the fish's tail is like (and possibly the other fins on her could be like that as well). Her wings and the middle section of her body could be like the middle area of the angelfish and the rest of her (legs/chest/head) could be similar to the head area of the angelfish. But if you think she'll look better a different way than I'm all right with changes =3.

I would like it that from the kelpi lineart she had the kelpi tail, leg fins and back fin. I don't want the fins from the head. I would also like to request the kelpi wings and an editted mane for her. Her mane reaches to about her shoulders but can be a little shorter. Something similar to the ref image though I'm cool with any changes.

Coat: I’d like the body to be red roan, giving him a solid chestnut bald face and stockings on all of his legs, and a pale coat color with tiny chestnut spots for the roaning. As for markings, he should have a chestnut dorsal stripe, and stripes on his legs just above the stockings (see refs). He also has a white star and strip on his face, white sock on his left foreleg and right hindleg, as well as a white paston on his left hindleg. And lastly, I’d like him to have an appaloosa rump (white with black spots).
Eye color: Black where the whites of the eyes normally are, with yellow iris and white pupil.
Mane and tail style/color: Wild/black, but fades to chestnut close to the body, with a few streaks making it down to the tips.
Hooves: Dark gray with light striping of various widths.
Misc. Markings: A few scars here and there, feel free to pick their placement and design. Starting at the tip of his muzzle and ending at his rump should be glowy yellow-gold forked lightning designs, possibly more runic in nature. Basically it should just be jagged lines that interconnect with one another.

*Konzen is Genjyo Sanzo's former past life as a god, according to the Saiyuki series.
Face/Forehead: There is a red dot in the middle of his forehead.
Basic Body Color: Um, I guess the usual pale tan color of a human? See Ref. Images, please!
Eye Color: Dark Violet
Hair/Mane: Colored dark gold; he has long bangs that frame his face, and his mane/hair should come down over his shown shoulder (its length in human form goes past his buttocks, though normally he wears it in a ponytail--as a colorist, you can choose how you see it fits on Soquili form--I just want him recognizable as Konzen from Saiyuki Gaiden).
Tail: No particular edit, so I'd prefer that new 'wild' basic tail for the male Soquili, please. The feathers on the tail are colored dark violet, and of course, the tail itself is colored dark gold.
Cosplay Clothes: *See Ref. Images - allow your artist imagination to fit his clothing accordingly, please. At the very least, I would like his arm-socks (those separate sleeve clothing articles) to be on his front legs, and then you can use what you wish for the rest of his clothes.
Accessories: If you could put his necklace that he wears in the pictures--as well as the gold choker "thing" (I BELIEVE it is a choker) that he has around his neck that is attached to his clothes.
