"Certainly. The Ruins are the closest and the Lake will be on the way as we head to Dream Valley." She said with a faint smile, "We should get going though. It might take us a while to get to the Ruins and I'm sure you'd like to see it in the daytime."
((I have no idea what the Mirror Ruins look like. DX Also shall we continue rping here when they go to dream valley or will we move to the dream valley forum?))

((That's the beauty of it. We can make it up as we go. And I'd just leave them here. I think it'd be easier that way.))
"I would, yes. Which direction should we go in? I'm useless, or will be, once we leave Nightmare Valley."

((That's great! XP And okay))
Krystelle looked around getting her bearings. "We should head to the West.... a little South-West. I believe that's the way to the Ruins from here."

Errdegahar nodded, "After you, Krystelle." He smiled and bowed slightly to her.

She smiled and chuckled at him. "Of course Errdegahar. If you'll please follow me...." And she began walking to the South-West heading for the Mirror Ruins. "So..... have you told your family you were leaving or did you just leave?"

"I just left. Announcing my leaving would give them too much time to plan to keep me there. They would likely kill me once they learned that I decided to follow you and not the matron as it was." He shrugged and kept close to her, watching the shadows for anything that looked unusual or out of place.

Krystelle nodded. "Understandable." She said, "Is there anything you'd like to do once we leave Nightmare Valley." She didn't much pay attention to where they were going other than the direction.
((So do you want him to leave the Valley without incident or do you want to cause a little bit of trouble for him?))

((Without incident for now. His sister might come to get him later. XD))
"Not really. The only thing I have to hold me here is leaving with me."

((XD Okay!))
She tilted her head a little and then nodded slowly. "Okay then." She was so focused on looking forward and at the skyline that she missed a small hole in her path.

Errdegahar saw the hole and stepped in front of her, blocking her forward path. "Be careful, Krystelle." His voice was a bit harsher than normal as he motioned to the hole. "I am not good at healing, and do not wish to see you hurt."

Krystelle stopped when he stepped in front of her and was about to snap at him for getting in her way. However he pointed to the hole and she paled a little. "Oh... sorry. I wasn't even looking at where I was walking." She hung her head a little at his reprimand.

He felt a small pang in his chest. Was this guilt? Guilt for trying to keep her safe...no...guilt for upsetting her. Errdegahar hung his head, "I apologize...I did not mean to be rough...but it is my job to protect you. And I must do so even from yourself, lest I'll get a beating...I will do my best to be kinder in my notions from now onward."

Her head immediately snapped up, her eyes flashing. "Don't you dare apologize! You were only keeping me safe and I was more in the wrong than you. I wasn't paying attention." She said, "And who says you'll get a beating? I'm not going to do it and your family isn't around anymore to do it either."

Errdegahar nodded slowly, head lowered. She reminded him more now of his sister and the matrons than she ever had before. "Yes Mistress," He whispered, still keeping his eyes focused on the ground.

She growled in frustration and picked up the pace, moving away from him. He was so frustrating! Thinking that she was like his family and the other Drows. She wasn't! Sure she may sound like it but she would never do the things they did. She used the quicker pace and the distance to help cool her head down. She certainly didn't need to snap at him again.
