Lloyd ignored the awkwardness and clung onto Vito's arm with a victorious smile, casting smirks towards Lucy and Leon to show he didnt give a damn about their feelings
Arukas mewled as he was lifted, but upon spotting the notes he lifted them in his paws and scanned the page with his eyes that can apparently see past his lids. [D; Magic]
"SUGOI, DESU!"He squealed happily.
"OH, it was easy. I just had to alternate between shifting my only front leg back and forth. It was a little difficult crossing that chasm of death, and sea of despair but...no big deal, right?"
Someone was pushing his luck.

      Vito---&--- Lucy---&--- Leon---&--- Jessica---&--- Opal---&--- TommyVito held Lloyd with one arm, and brought his cigarette to his mouth with the other.
"Kids these days..." He said.
Lucy coughed and decided to make things a little less awkward by acting interested.
"So, umm... H-How long has this been going on?" She asked.
Opal gasped again.
"Chasm of death?! Ohmygawsh, that must have been scary!" She squeaked.
Jessica raised a fist in pride.
"Dunno what that means, but ALRIGHT!" She exclaimed.
She was about to go write down some more notes when she was suddenly brough to the ground by a pink and white blur.
"HI JESSIIIIIIE!~" Tommy squealed as he nuzzled Jessica on the ground.

Lloyd snickered.
"Eh, dont freak out. It hasnt been 'going on' at all. We just decided at this moment to be fu-"
The sound of the Lucario next to them being tackled cut the rest of his sentence off, thankfully.
Xavier flashed his teeth in a smile and nodded ecstatically.
"Oh it was, but you know...nothing I cant handle." He raised his only front leg to examine his claws all casual like.
Arukas let out a squeak when his yaoi fangirl friend was suddenly thrown down. He peered off the stool, little rump wagging in the air.
"Kyyaaaa! Lucario-chan! Are you okay, Desu?!~ Dont worry! Aru-chan will save you, desu!~" He leapt off the stool onto Tommy's back with a little battle cry.
"Hey now, enough of that."
Seconds later he was plucked off the Delcatty and Lucario by a slender lion-like tail.
Anthony set the Skitty to the side and scratched the side of his head.
"Boy, ya'll are all hyper today." The Smeargle commented with a smile.

He then turned his head away and let out some smoke.
"Doubt it'll last long, anyway..." He muttered very quietly under his breath.
Opal looked at Xavier with shinging eyes.
"That's so cooool!" She said.
She then hopped up on the stool next to him and pat his back.
"It's too bad you totally made it up!~"
Hearing a familiar voice, Tommy immediately parted himself from Jessica and ran over to Anthony, where he began to nuzzle the Smeargle's leg.
"Anthonyyyyyyy! Where've you been?! I missed youuuuuuuuu!" He cried.

The orange Weavile did, in fact, catch that last comment. His silver earfeathers swiveling to the side to hear better.
Well.
A Spring fling?
HA. Not likely.
"You'll have to do better than that to get rid of me, old man." He hissed under his breath back at Vito.
The Umbreon began to laugh, "Ha! You caught that? Guess I'm not as good of a story teller as I thought. You should have heard the ones my dad use to tell me. Now HE was good."
Xavier stretched out like a cat and smiled at the Chimchar.
"I'm Xavier, by the way. Whats your name?"
Anthony reached down a hand and pat the Delcatty on the head.
"Yes, yes. Hello Tommy. You know me, I've just been locked in the room painting. Been on a bit of a spree for the past few weeks. The walls now smell highly of acryllic, luckily they had no intoxicating fumes or I'd be high as a kite right now."
Arukas watched the two, the pretty Delcatty and Smeargle before something clicked in his head.
Kyaaaaiiiii~ <3 That Delcatty was a boy! Which meant only one thing!
Yaaaooiiiii~
"Sugoi! Can I be your friend, desu?~" All the better to take pictures of you with, my dear.

"I'm sorry... I'm not trying to get rid of you..." He whispered.
He then cleared his throat and hopped off his chair.
"I... need to get going... You kids behave," He said before whirling around and heading out the door.
Leon and Lucy just blinked for a moment.
That was... odd.
Without another word, Leon teleported them both out.
Opal just giggled a little.
"Yeah, I stopped believing you after the little Chasm of Death scene~" She said.
She really liked this Umbreon.
"I'm Opal. It's nice to meet you," She then replied with a grin.
Tommy smiled and nuzzled against Anthony's leg some more before looking at the Skitty.
"Uh, sure! New friends are always great!" He said happily.
Looking back up at Anthony, he smiled and giggled.
"Really? What were you painting...?" He asked curiously.

Lloyd frowned, well golly gee guys. Thanks for teleporting him out too.
Assholes.
The Weavile downed another drink before running into the door and then out the door.
"Really? That was my favorite part." He gave a fake pout before nodding in acknowledgement of her name.
"Opal, Opal...like the gemstone? Lovely name."
Anthony wagged a finger scoldingly with a grin. "Ah-ah. I can not tell you yet, for I have found my muse and to reveal the painting now would be bad luck, but when it is finished I will show you. I dare say it is quite honestly my best one yet.""YOUR A PAINTER, DESU?!~ Can you paint Aru-chan?!~WITH PINK AND SPARKLED AND DOKUDOKU GLITTER?!" The Skitty stood next to his evolved countpart and gazed up at Anthony with huge sparkly eyes.
The Smeargle glanced to the side and then back to the cat.
This thing was...kinda creepy. Nothing like Tommy was.

That cat was nuts about Anthony, she could tell.
Opal looked down and blushed a little.
"It's short for Opalescence..." She said softly.
"I-It's stupid, I know..."
Tommy pouted a little.
Awww, he wanted to see the painting!
"Oh... Well, can you tell me what it's of?~" He asked.
His eyes flickered over to Arukas.
This Skitty was nice, but he was getting a little too close to Anthony for his comfort.

Xavier shook his head, disagreeing.
"I think its a great name, very sophisticated. I'm not too big on Xavier myself. Most of the time others call me X. Its much cooler."
The Umbreon lifted a back leg to scratch at one of his ears, puppy style.
Anthony gave a smile and tried not to freak out over the weird way this Skitty was talking.
Was it possessed?
"Well, to be honest it is a painting of you." He said to the Delcatty.
"THATS SO ROMANTIC, DESU~"
...
It was really starting to annoy him. The Smeargle gave a distinct frown in Aru's direction.
"THERE YOU ARE YOU STUPID b*****d!"
The door slammed open and a black and red Eevee stomped in and snagged Arukas by his tail.
"WE HAVE A MISSION TO DO!"
"Aru-chan is sorry, Fire-sama! Please dont hurt me, desu!"
"Dont chan, desu me you little ******** stain!"
She violently dragged the Skitty out by his tail, Arukas whining loudly the whole time.

Opal looked up and frowned.
"Xavier's a really cool name!" She exclaimed.
She then watched as he scratched his ear like a puppy.
Awwww, that was so cute!~
When Anthony told him what the painting was of, Tommy's face above his nose went bright red.
"Y-Your best work is of me?" He repeated.
This was great!
And it really helped that a foul-mouthed Eevee got rid of Arukas for the time being.

Once his itch had been attended to, the Umbreon sat back down normally and shook his head.
"Naw, its too...stuck-up sounding. I like...street names. Like..my dad was named Gisco...and his pal was called Scarface. Tough sounding names, you know?"
Anthony nodded slowly.
"YES! When you gave me the idea for how to incorporate white I tried it by drawing you. It came out rather nicely but...is not yet done."
Yes, thank the legendaries for bitchy Eevees.

Opal knew Scarface?! Scarface was still alive?!
"YES! THATS HIM! How do you know him?!"
His tail wagged with excitement. His mentor was alive!
"Yes, yes. So dont..." He reached out a paw and poked Tommy lightly on the nose. "...leave again, muse. Or I shall have to hunt you down."

Jessica's ears flickered as she listened to the conversation.
Opal blinked a little.
Xavier was really ecstatic about Scarface, wasn't he?
"He saved my life once. I was attacked by these bandits and he showed up and roasted them all," She explained.
"Where'd he get that robotic paw from? Do you know?" She then asked.
Obviously because Xavier had a robotic arm, he must know where Scarface had gotten his!
Tommy's face went bright red, and he quickly turned away to hide it.
"Uh, umm... S-Sure, I won't go anywhere..." The infatuated Delcatty stuttered.

Robotic claw?
Very slowly some key pieces of the puzzle fell into place.
Hadnt Lucy said he was the second Pokemon she'd gotten a metal prosthetic for? And Scarface had lost his paw when that crazy Kabutops had attacked them a long time ago.
It all came back to mechanics, but...
Who did he know was good at-
The Umbreon raised his only front paw to facepalm.
OH, he was such an idiot! Of course it was Spike!
"He...he lost it in a fight and his claw came from...the same place mine did. That...Absol in the Moon Guild."
Anthony smiled, wondering what Tommy was so nervous about. He had figured the Delcatty as the not shy type.
Mentally shrugging the Smeargle swung his tail around, the paint at the end changing multiple colors.
"You may have it when I am done."
