 RicoRico blinked and cocked his head to the side.
"What's wrong? You're blushing again." He said with a frown.
Why was she blushing so much?
It's not like he knew her so personally that telling him anything would be really embarrassing...

"It's nothing. Maybe a story for some other time."
Kewnew quickly shook the questioning off; terribly disappointed now that she would have to build up the courage once again to admit her feelings since the first gigantic hint dropped went unnoticed.
"Wanna' head somewhere else? I think we're probably disrupting some of those who are here to actually do some reading."
She suggested with an innocent smile. Just because she didn't want to continue the conversation at hand didn't mean she wanted to get away from the Charmander in the least.

"Sure! I mean, I don't know any places, but if you have somewhere in mind, I'd go with you!"
Kewnew seemed like a really nice girl, despite her intimidating rage at Aryan.

Kewnew thought over her options for a moment. What place could a Charmander like such before her possibly like more than a library... Undoubtedly the nightclub that she was last introduced to in the city was out of the question; and she didn't really know of anywhere else.
"Well, I hadn't really thought that far ahead yet..."
She admitted.
"I guess we could just wing it~"

 ZoriThe charcoal, gold and green Leafeon trotted smoothly into the library, her delicate paws skipping silently across the smooth, marble floors. She tilted her head glancing around her.
The files she was looking for were located somewhere inside, but she didn't quite know where to begin. She took a few, quiet steps forward, looking at the directory posted near the front desk of the library.
Then, with information in mind, she turned, flicking her leafy tail to her mate, and padding lightly across the library, heading straight for the very back shelves along the wall.

 DokuDoku was already on his way to the manga section when he noticed Zori beckoning him.
"Daw, I heard volume nine was out, I wanted to see it..." He said with a fake pout and a chuckle.
Following Zori, he looked up at the shelves before them.
He didn't even know what any of them said.

ZoriZori seemed surprised. "Already? You only just lent me volume 8. I didn't see volume 9 yesterday when I was in to return it."
She looked back at the shelves, looking for the section they wanted. She walked along them, following it until it turned into drawers. She paused in front of them, looking up. "Missing and departed. I think this might be a good place to start." She admitted to Doku. "After all, if they knew where you were, they would've gone looking for you." She explained.
She reared up on her hind paws, craning her neck to see up to the higher shelves, and scanning down in alphabetical order. "Eevee; there we are." She grabbed the drawer and pulled, squeaking in surprise at the sheer weight of the little drawer. She should've expected that; the whole of the royal family were Eevees, and they were quite abundant in the guilds anyway.
She set the drawer down, and began to sift through the papers with her paws. She pulled out a stack and passed it to Doku, pulling out the other half for herself. "They have hand-painted pictures for each file. Look for anything that looks like you." She explained, beginning to go through her own stack of files.

DokuThe male Leafeon snickered a little.
"I dunno', it was just a rumor, really," He explained, his tail swishing lightly.
Suddenly, he was passed a big stack of papers.
"Alright, whatever you say," he said as he started to look through the papers.
About thirty minutes passed until he found, at the bottom of the stack, a picture that looked almost just like him.
Pulling it out with his mouth, he sat it down next to Zori.
"What's this word?" He asked, pointing to a word under the picture that read "DECEASED."

ZoriZori's heart felt like it had stopped. She choked, looking at the file, and it took a moment to calm herself and remember that Doku was right next to her. It just looked so... scary... to see that written. Although, that certainly wasn't the most shocking part of the file.
"Deceased. As far as the guild knows, you're dead, Doku." She murmured to him, looking rather confused. "Although, I guess I could call you Alexander now..." She continued to read through the file. "...Alexander Eclipse."
She lifted her head, looking into Doku's dark eyes. Her own golden ones were wide with shock, her ears flicked back uncertainly.
Doku was part of the royal family.

Doku"Alexander?"
Doku tilted his head to the side.
"Eh, I prefer Doku. Alexander sounds too preppy," He said.
The Leafeon then noticed the shocked look on Zori's face.
"What's wrong? Do I have a boogie?"
The idiot began pawing at his nose.
Doku was totally unaware that the royal family shared the name of it's Kingdom.
He just thought his last name being Eclipse was a goofy coincidence.

ZoriZori shook her head, reaching out with one paws and catching Doku's, guiding it gently back to the ground and away from his muzzle.
"Doku, Eclipse is the last name of the royal family." She told him quietly, her golden eyes fixed on his darker ones.
She glanced down at the file, flicking through the papers until she reached the page that listed the details on his "death".
"Subject fell from the cliff, causing damage to the skull, and drowned in the river." She read aloud.
"That explains your memory loss." She sighed.

DokuDoku's ears flickered as he listened to what Zori had to say.
His eyebrows slowly raised as he was told he was from royalty, and that his memory loss was caused by falling off a cliff.
The Leafeon remained still for a moment, until he burst into laughter.
"BAAAHAHA! Yeah, right!" He cried, wiping an eye.
"There's no way I'm from royalty! I feel bad for this Alexander kid for falling off a cliff, but he can't be me!"

ZoriZori flinched as the gray and violet Eevee burst into spontaneous laughter. Of all the things she'd expected him to do, it hadn't been that. She felt her fur prickle with embarrassment. It felt sort of like she was being laughed at. She couldn't have made a mistake... It had to be him.
She flattened her ears, glancing down at the file. She studied the picture. It looked just like Doku had before evolution. In her mind there was no doubt, but in Doku's...
Wordlessly, she rose from her spot, and began to walk along the wall of drawers.

DokuDoku sighed and wiped a tear from his eye.
The Leafeon then began to follow Zori around the shelves.
"The river flows up past the kingdom, y'know. It's possible I'm not even from here," He suggested.
There was just no way he was this Alexander guy.
You can't survive falling off a cliff like that!
"Aren't there little villages or something upriver from here?"

Zori"I'm from one of them, and my mother and I were the only Eevee evolutions there." She replied distractedly, searching the labels on the drawers. They were into the living Pokemon now, although she didn't tell Doku that. She spotted the drawer labeled Team Schadenfreude, and pulled it open. Doku, technically being the team leader, had his file at the front.
She pulled it out with her teeth, and raced back along to the older file of Alexander Eclipse. She opened the new file, and leafed through it to find a painted image of Doku in his previous form as an Eevee.
She placed the two pictures together, and stared firmly at Doku with her golden eyes. "I don't see much difference, other than age." She commented.
