Rakutsu winced a bit as he healed her wound, She was really hoping he wouldn't. She was tough, Sure Rakutsu had limits. . .But she could last at least a couple of hours more with her wounds. Regardless she was still very thankful.

''S-shouta?'' Her eyes widened. She watched him carefully, setting her hand on his forehead, She was getting worried, Even though he was smiling. . .He still looked exhausted. Rakutsu's eye's started to water. She slid her hand from his forehead and gently gripped his hand that was placed on her throat, removing it. ''Shouta. . .Please . .listen to Keizo. . .Your going to kill yourself, As your friend I'm begging you, Please. . ''
Rakutsu pleaded, wrapping her arms around his shoulder's, hugging him tightly. She perched her head on Shouta's shoulder and cried. ''Please, Your my only Friend. . .You need to stay alive, For your brother, Keizo, Suijin and everyone else that cares for you!'' It pained Rakutsu to think about loosing a friend. . . .Rakutsu couldn't bare that thought. She wasn't going to just sit by and watch him die. Even if she was in pain, She had enough common sense to see who's life was really at stake here. ''If you die, Everybody. . .All of your friends, The people you love. .will be in great pain. . .And that kind of pain can't be healed with chakra.'' tears poured down her cheeks. At this point she didn't care if it was disrespectful to cry in-front of her piers. She was scared for her best friends life. ''Don't do this, Shouta-kun. . .Please''

Rakutsu had only been in mist for a short while, She still remembered the day she met him. She was confused, upset and even scared. If it hadn't been for her request to get a arm replacement, She probably never would have become his friend. Heh. . She planned to use the debt excuse for a reason to stay in that village. it was ironic. . so many people fear Mist, But the fact was. . .They were just a tightly knit family. . .in a strange way. Regardless, She was glad to have met him and everybody else in that village. She didn't want that to slip away from her. She already had a home taken away from her. . .She'd die before she let anything else slip away.

As they left the Temple, she noticed that the winds had left and the air was now cooler than it was cold.
Over her body, she wore the blanket Hakubo had given her like a shawl or a cloak to wrap around her from the bitter cold of the icy wasteland.
She then looked ahead at the border and sighed,
'... Warui... Zane... Where the hell are you guys...?'
She then looked back at Hakubo and nodded, "Do you see them anywhere?"
Perhaps they should keep moving. Yet be cautious and wary of whatever might pop out.
Something told her things were just... Too quiet here...

Hakubo followed behind Maha, both the Spear and the Samehada remaining on his back. He was about to say something before he paused and took out the spear and pierces the ground with it so it was sitting next to him. "I haven't seem them but I'm sure they are around here somewhere" He said looking off into the distance, seeing that the ground was glowing a molten red. "I don't really think that would be the best place for us to go" He said pointing to the red hot distance which let out plums of stream and tendrils of fire into the cold air.

"Or there," pointed Maha at the giant sphere of winds and snow that resembled something of a storm.
"So... East is no good... Neither is up ahead... Our best choice is West. Let's get moving there until we find ourselves Warui and Zane."
'And Kurayami,' a voice in her head reminded her. She had almost forgotten about her; whether or not something WAS going between Hakubo and her, it was the least of her worries now.
What he saw in her, she'll never know.
'Don't play coy,' the voice teased, 'You know he sees the same thing he does in you; though, what he sees in YOU, you'll never know. Am I right?'

... Right.

"Alright then let's go..." He then paused and looked over at Maha. "You sure your okay?" He asked once more before picking up the spear and starting to walk once more; He didn't want to talk while holding the spear due to it giving its location to everyone; ally and foe.

Shouta wanted to push her arms off him, tell her he's fine and keep healing her, but he was too weak to even keep up his jutsu. The green glow on his hand went out and he let his body sag in her arms. The ninja of Snow's arms brought him much needed warmth, he felt at peace in her embrace even as her tears slid onto his shoulder. His breathing was a bit labored and small tremmors shook his body....still he smiled. He wrapped one arm around her weakly, hugging her back as best as he could. "heh....ever since you......three showed up.....I've....been getting sense....talked into....me....by a kid...that's a good ten....years younger than I am...." he laughed softly. His body convulsed slightly, Shouta turned his head away from Rakutsu and threw up again. The hand he had wrapped around Rakutsu tightened as pain seared in his throat and chest. He spat out the bile and leaned against his friend. His breathing became raspy, but he tried to keep it steady. Not wanting to worry her too much. His eyes were half closed, at a quick glance one might think he was already dead. But he would live. Shotua knew the extent of the damage in his body; it was bad but he would live.....he hoped. If he had kept trying to heal her, he'd probably be dead already. So he decided to just rest in her arms.... not that there was anything else he could do! Her words....meant more to him than she would ever know. "Thank you..... Rakutsu-chan...." His voice was barely above a whisper, he figured he was going to pass out soon but he wanted to stay awake as long as he could....

Rakutsu simply smiled at Shouta's comment. ''Sorry about that'' He was right. She had a horrible habit of lecturing people. But her smile quickly faded when his condition seemed to be worsening. ''S-shouta!'' Damn. . .this wasn't good.

With a worried look she quickly unraveled her scarf from her neck, Holding him with her free hand and wrapped it like a blanket around Shouta's body. She was no Medic Nin, But she knew enough about her lands conditions and the measures you must take to stay alive. She needed to keep his upper torso warm. She kept her arms wrapped protectively around him. ''W-what are you talking about, Silly. . .It's going to be alright, Shouta-kun. . Just try not to move too much.'' Rakutsu gave him a reassuring smile. It was the least she could do for him. ''I promise i won't let anything happen to you or Keizo.'' Those were big words for a Genin. But if she was determined enough, She could hold her own very well. Originally she'd be a Chunin, due to the events she never got to graduate as one.

The wind stopped blowing, it was very quiet. Rakutsu perked her head up and gazed up ahead. Snow storms were frequent this time of the year. Though, It was never the cold that killed you, It was getting lost and dying of either thirst or starvation. Only distant travelers froze to death due to the lack of equipment and knowledge to endure freezing conditions. Her arms tightened slightly around Shouta as she kept a close eye on it. She hoped everyone else was holding up alright.

The warmth Rakutsu provided put him at ease. Though, he still had slight tremors and his breathing didn't improve much. He remained nestled in the young girl's arms, just wanting to stay warm and alive. He felt his heart beat slowning...not a good sign! Maybe he'd need a medic after all.... and fast! But he was too weak with fatigue to say anything.

Keizo looked over at the two, a bit frustrated. God damn he wanted to do something! But he was dying and he couldn't move so much as one muscel without hacking up blood again! But he was thankful for what Rakutsu was doing for Shouta. These winds were terrible. Even stumbling through the Mist where you couldn't see so much as half a foot in front a ya was better than this! Then it hit them! A great wind that knocked over most everyone on that shore swept across the land. Keizo had to bring up his arm to shield himself from the harsh wind, but he just barely managed to stay upright! "Urrrrgh!!"

Shouta winced as the great wind hit them. Then his eyes opened as best as they could. That was no natural wind. That was the after shock of the Divine Wind. Sure enough, looking up over the line of trees was an enormous sphere of wind chakra, slowly dispersing as it died down. There was nothing that could have survived that. Shouta smiled weakly. "She won..." he murmured, mustering up just enough energy to speak at a whisper. He couldn't stay awake any longer....his eyes closed and he began slipping into unconsciousness. He would need a medic soon if he wanted any hope of living to see tomorrow.

Erkamina was in a bit of shock, mainly from the power of the wind-attack she'd just seen and the blood that now covered her face. The girl that was talking to her friend now had saved her. And yet Erkamina felt no thankfulness to the girl. She was wrapped around her friend for warmth. "You know... I have an extra couple of supplies..." She said distantly as she rummaged through her pack, bringing out a large blanket and massaging its material with a finger. "What time we have before the next wave should be spent resting. No use trying to fight them with limited strength..." At this, she left the blanket within arm's reach of the girl and her friend before jumping off in another direction. As she moved she berated herself about her weakness. "Dang, having to be rescued was not my idea of proving I'm strong. What to do." She sighed and began to pace in the snow and blood covered paths the battles had worn. "What to do... What can I do? I can't do any attack Ninjutsu, I can barely fight. The experiences in that tomb taught me that. Wait... That's it. The Exploding Kunai!" She took out a kunai from her bag and attached an explosive tag to it and jumped back into the fray. She jumped up above another Tengu's head and threw the kunai at its face, hitting with a resounding 'boom', revealling a hole in the beast's face- or at least the mask. Beneath was the crimson of blood, she'd made damage. "Progress without sacrifise is worth nothing..." She said as she charged in with another kunai, digging it into the wound, hitting bone then feeling the weight of the Tengu fall beneath her. "Ah, hit a vessel in the face. Lucky me..." She said as she collapsed onto her target, exhausted from pushing herself so hard...

Rakutsu turned her gaze to Erkmina and smiled brightly. ''T-thank you. . '' She was glad to see she was alright. She was quiet, Almost too calm. She reached out, gripping the blanket and tossed it to Keizo, He looked like he really needed it. ''Please. . Keizo . .Stay warm.''

Rakutsu was almost toppled over by the wind, Luckily the weight of both her and Shouta kept her in place. Her mask ripped off , blowing away with the wind current, Even her hair ribbon was lost. 'Damn, that wasn't normal!' She thought to herself. She gazed back down at Shouta when he spoke, Tears dribbled down her cheeks, She nodded revealing a crooked smile. ''Thank god she did.'' when he closed his eyes she knew he was going unconscious. ''No! c'mon Shouta, Stay with me, please!'' Her bangs fell in the way of her tear-filled eyes. her bottom lip was quivering. Rakutsu closed her eyes, hugging her friend tighter. 'Dammit' She had a rather defiant look. . .She refused to give up on Shouta.

There was only one last option for her at this point. . .It may not even work. . But she'll sure as hell try.
Rakutsu rummaged through her pocket, pulling out a silver whistle. It wasn't normal, It had a purpose.
When people get lost in the Villages treacherous lands, they would blow a whistle to Alert people that may be near by for help. This whistle was so loud it could be hear from MILES away. ''Keizo, If you can. . Cover your ears, this might hurt.''

Keizo didn't even look at it, just tossed it back, it landed on Shouta. "Save it for someone with a chance. Don't waste it on a dying man." he said simply. He didn't bother covering his ears. There was no sound that could bother him- no matter how loud or how shrill. He just watched Rakutsu curiously.

Shouta was meekly fighting to stay conscious, but it was a battle he would soon lose. Between the war, saving as many lives as he could and Rakutsu's healing he had completely drained himself. Now he wasn't even aware of anything that was going on, though he could vaguely hear Rakutsu's voice yelling something.

Rakutsu gazed at Keizo and nodded slowly. She pulled the blanket onto Shouta, adding it on to the scarf wrapped around him.

''Alright. . Let's hope this works'' She said with the whistle stuck in her mouth. She covered Shouta's ear with one hand, pressing the other side of his head into her midriff, covering the other ear. She took a deep breath and blew as hard as she could.

''PHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEE.''
Rakutsu paused for a second, Her ears rang. It was like sticking your face in-front of a ship's Horn. Not. . .really. . pleasant. . Just loud as hell. She took a deep breath and repeated the process, Each time she winced as she blew on it.

''PHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWEEEEEE.''

She didn't stop, Not even for one second. She was determined to find some Sort of Medical help.
Chances are, though people were too busy to Aid them.
But she wasn't going to give up. The area around her eyes had been colored a light pink from crying, Tears continued to run down her cheeks as she continued on. Hoping that somehow. . .By some miraculous force that Shouta would be saved.

The Kage from the Village hidden in the Falls walked over to the one that the others called Shouta. The Young Kage's Long Neon red hair pulled up into a pony tail with a wilted rose holding it up. He then looked at Rakutsu "No need to make such a ruckus" He said kneeling down next to the injured Shinobi.

The Kage's chest was bandaged and one arm was in a sling; on top of all that his left eye was bandaged most likely missing. The Kage Let out a slight sigh and quickly made a few hand signs and placed the palm of his working arm and placed it on Shouta's chest, placing a seed on top of him i the center of his chest. With a blinding aura of chakra that surrounded the Kage the single seed on the Boys chest quickly grew and wrapped around his entire figure, almost looking like it was suffocating him; but upon closer inspection it was slowly pouring chakra all over his body healing his wounds. It was clear that this Kage had been placed as the Kage of the Falls not for combat ability but for simply his ungodly amount of chakra; seeing as how he was letting out a blaring inferno of chakra and seeming to not even be effected.

As the aura faded the kage stood up and the plant wilted off of Shouta; every wound healed it appeared as though he was in better condition now then when he had came to the snow; however he would be sore as all hell. "Better?" The Kage asked looking at Rakutsu with a smile.

Rakutsu stared at the Falls Kage in complete shock, the whistle dropped out of her mouth. She couldn't believe it. She watched the Kage Heal him. It was amazing. . He saved Shouta. . .in the back of her mind she didn't think there was any hope. A few more tears dribbled down her cheeks. But they were tears of joy. She tried to speak to him but she was at a loss of words. She quickly whipped the tears from her eyes and gave him a bright smile.

Rakutsu took a deep breath and gazed up at the kage, Finally able to speak. ''Thank you so much, Thank you. . .Your a Life saver.'' Her voice sounded serene.
She was VERY grateful to him.
Her whole body was shaking, She didn't show it, But Rakutsu was very scared that she was going to lose her dear friend, Shouta. . .It eased her mind to know that he was going to be alright after all.
She also noticed that the Kage looked like he was injured too. She tilted her head slightly Observing his bandages it made her wonder if he was alright.
As she smiled she bowed her head to him respectfully. ''Ah! Sorry. .how rude of me.'' to Rakutsu it was a custom to show respect to those that were higher rank than her. That also included staring. . .
Rakutsu continued holding Shouta in her arms. After all, She was the type that would sit there and
wait for you, Even if you never woke up.

All the shinobi of Mist came spilling back to the shore where the injured were gathered. There were still some more Tengu left over, but they were being taken care of. As the last of them came, the entire border of Snow was hit with a powerful gust of wind, so strong that many were knocked into the snow! Devonte, who had been air-born when it hit was flung into the snow, dropping the injured shinobi and the corpse that he carried. "WOAH!-UFF!" Once he righted himself, he called- "I need a medic-nin!" he rolled the injured shinobi onto their back. "Easy, easy. I got ya. You're not too banged up." the shinbi groaned. He would live, but he wouldn't be standing for quite some time. Looking up at the man's headband, Dev saw that the ninja was from Sand, as was the corpse. A medic-nin rushed over and immediately began healing the Suna-nin. Dev left the nin to their duty and scanned the border for his brother and Keizo. the old man was dying, last he saw him. Shouta was most likely healing as many as he could..... so where was he? .... and was Suijin alive? The water clone Suijin landed right next to him, dropping two corpses. One a Mist nin, the other a wolf. Devonte just stared at the clone for a moment. If she was dead, it would disperse right about now.... and it looked a bit shakey... it was about to fall into a puddle! Devonte's eyes went wide with shock! He knew she shouldn't have tried that! ******** he knew it! He looked horrified! Was this the last image he would ever see of his dear friend? If she was dead, her body had definitely been obliterated! 'NO! ...NO! NOO!'

"KAH-HAH-HAH-HAH-HAAA!!! OHH MAN, DEV! AHAHA! YOU SHOULD SEE THE LOOK ON YOUR FACE!!! AHAHAHAAAA!!!" The water clone of the Mizukage pointed at Devonte and doubbled over in a fit of laughter!!! Devonte didn't move. He was still too shocked! his eyes blinked a few times, but even the Land of Snow's winds didn't seem to stirr him. The first sounds uttered from his mouth were jumbled up nonesense.

"H- wh- b y- Itho- you..... YOU b***h!!!" he shouted, punching the water clone of the Mizukage square in the face. She just staggered back a foot, laughing hysterically! "YOU NEARLY GAVE ME A ******** HEART ATTACK!!! WHAT THE HELL'S THE MATTER WITH YOU!" He grabbed her and shookey roughly by the shoulders. She just kept laughing till he stopped.

"Ahee...aheh heh... I'm sorry! I couldn't resist!" she chuckled as her laughter died away, placing a hand on his shoulder. As she did, a half-nervous smile cracked on his lips.

"Heh... you crazy b***h I thought you were dead!" he laughed. They were both panting lightly. No doubt Suijin was exhausted; and all of Kiri and Suna had just made a mad-dash to clear ground zero. "Some party huh?"

"Yeah... I'll say....Just summon me back here when you're ready- alright?"

"No prob." he said to her, but his eyes wandered all over the place. Where the hell was Shouta....and Keizo... and....Nyirei came rishing over.

"Suijin.... are you....?" she panted. She looked as if she'd just recieved medical attantion for whatever hell she'd gone through. There were bandages on her head, arms and legs but she seemed to be all in one piece.

"A clone. But yeah, I'm alive" she said with a reassuring grin.

She let out a sigh of relief. "Th-that's great!..uh- You did great!" Nyirei panted out. Smart as she was, she wasn't too good with words; half of everything she said came out a bit awkward. Hence, why she mostly just stood back and took in information then speaking/spewing out the information where she felt necessary. Dev and Suijin just smiled. Just then- The Mizukage's triumphant cry rang out over the winds.

"Haha! Sounds like things went well!" Devonte chuckled. "Well you're probably exhausted. We'll summon you here in a minute. We just gotta find-" Devonte paled. "Shouta" He pushed past the water clone as it fell to a puddle and bolted to where Keizo, Rakutsu Shouta and the Falls Kage sat. Nyirei turned to see what had worried him. She saw Keizo, wounded as she remembered, Rakutsu seemed fine, that was good and Shouta was lying in her arms, unconscious. "SHOUTA!!!" Devonte skidded to a stop as he approached them, then knelt by his younger brother's side. Shouta looked alright now, but Dev was never one for thinking rationally. "What the hell happened to him?" he babbled out. For a moment, he swayed a bit in his kneeling position. He was feeling a bit light-headed from blood-loss, and continuing to fight like he did after losing his right arm probably wasn't his best idea. But he shook it off.

"The idiot doesn't know his limits! That's what happened!!!" Keizo barked. He was still leaning against his rock, guitar in his lap and a bottle of sake in his hand. "The first damn thing they teach ya as a medic-nin: YA CAN'T BLOODY SAVE EVERY ONE!!! Does he take heed to this? ******** no! He exhausted himself into the most sorry damn state I ever seen anyone!" He continued to rant like that a bit longer ending with- "You damn kids are just gonna end up six feet under ground if you keep this up!" Devonte just laughed a bit. So that was it- Shouta had tried to heal a few too many people. But he'd probably saved many lives in the process. That was just his nature. But Devonte desperately wished Shouta wouldn't push himself so hard like this. One day, it would be the death of him! And Keizo's rant- just his way of saying he was worried half to death for Shouta!

Nyirei ran up to the group after finishing a set of handsigns and held out her right hand as if she were holding the hand of someone else. There was an ornate 'S' on the back of her hand that glowed a dim blue as she sent out a chakra signal. She was waiting for a response from the woman who's name that S stood for.
