Luana turned to see who just walked in and suddenly realized that her stack of bean bags wasn't all that stable. She stands up before she hits the ground, as if she had meant to all along, and even saves the pizza in the process.
"Oh, hi Cora."

My thoughts won't let me sleep... I keep trying to figure out some sort of strategy, but there's just not enough information. :::She looks miserable as she says this, but it subsides for a moment as she thinks of the next thing:::
Really our only defense thus far is to develope our abilities... :::She knew Luke was aware, but she wasn't sure that Luana had been, so she looked at her to see if the girl gave signs of recognition:::

Well, technically Luana, it is something inherent to those who appear here. Each of us have some sort of relationship with the distrotion the Brink causes...we must. So while we're here, I suppose we're able to control something in it.
But... :::She looked at Luke, holding her chin::: spacial distortion, that's fascinating. I mean, that's something new. You say it doesn't work?
