I've seen a lot....  The clone popped its neck and grinned at the boy. "Alright then lad. I want you to close your eyes and visualize your chakra. Once you have that done, you're going to form a sphere of it in the air in front of you and break that sphere in half. Then, you're going to strike the half-spheres together until you have two smooth, sharp disks in the air above your hands." (Two posts for this bud) and I'll see more even when you're gone.

Cory closed his eyes, molding chakra several feet away from him at eye level, showing a level of chakra-control not present in most weapon-users. Converting the chakra into wind, Cory created a ball of wind, the chakra-infused element taking on a midnight-blue tinge. The ball, split in half, and created two halves.

((Pure wind manipulation, and all it will do is let you increase your blade. It's also what you'll use for all of your wind jutsu. If you were trying to use a different element, I'd have you do something different. It's just how I've been teaching everyone I teach. -shrug-))

The two halves compacted, creating two disks of wind. Cory held the kodachi in his seath, having the disks levitate above his hands.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... "Very nice boya. Alright, now then, we need you to learn an actual wind jutsu. Probably the most useful one for a kenjutsuist would be the Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu. Dispell the wind disks and try to recreate the sharp feeling from the edge of those disks. When you have that, run through these seals and focus the wind chakra through them. Then call out Kaze Bunshin." It demonstrated, creating the wind clone. The wind clone dispersed, having completed being demonstrated. Are you worthy of it? ((By about a foot. And it'll add to how sharp the blade is, letting you cut through normal metals that aren't also being enhanced by chakra. The Kaze Bunshin will take three posts to learn.))

Respect gets you a lot in this world... The clone barely stopped itself from slapping its own forehead and thus dispelling itself.
"Well then, let's get you to know a ranged technique. Create the sphere of wind again, but this time, try to make it unstable. You'll know you've got it right when it explodes upon impact -hurts quite a bit too. That is the Kaze Bakuhatsu." It demonstrated the technique, soon creating a ball of wind above its hand. It flung the ball at the clone that was standing there, looking bored, and snickered when the clone exploded after the impact. Are you worthy of it?

Respect gets you a lot in this world... The clone studied the ball for a moment then blinked and poked it. The ball faded without exploding.
"A bit more practice, but you've got the basics down well." The clone grinned at his student. Are you worthy of it? (Two more posts, sorry X.X))

Cory started to make a ball of wind, first converting his chakra into the respective element. Before long, it looked like a rasengan, but without much of the destructive effect. He molded his chakra around the ball, getting a feel for what it would do when detonated. Feeling good with his conclusion, Cory threw the ball at the ground at Ronnel's feet, sending an upwards draft that would at worst mess up his hair.

Respect gets you a lot in this world... "Very good lad! Alright hten, now to balance out your natural inclination to offense, you need something to defend yourself. To that end.. You are going to learn the Kaze no Yoroi. This is an incredibly useful technique, as it will allow you to escape from combat once you learn a shunshin maneuver, if you needed to. It can also buy you a bit of breathing room, thus letting you plan your attack. These are the hand-seals." The clone showed the boy a short chain. "Visualization is of a cylinder of wind chakra forming around you. Side effect is that anything on the ground -leaves, stones, dirt, puddles of water- will be picked up and added to your shield." Kageko entered the dojo, seeing that a couple people were already training in there. She waited by the door for the man who had offered to train her, watching the other people with interest. she thought to herself after watching them for a bit.
