"ITADAKIMASU!!" The voice seemed to simply appear from beside Kurocku from a customer whom at this point, he wasn't even sure was there a second ago. The man had a bowl of ramen though and was about to dig in before turning to look at you with a smile. It was Cobra, who was simply smiling with his head tilted slightly. "Well if it isn't Kurocku, whose last name I shall not mention! I must say, I enjoyed your portion of the pedestals exam. while Reitenmaru was causing a distraction, you were solving the puzzle. I'm not quite sure on whether or not it was purposefully done in this way, but regardless, you were one of the few to search before attacking... an uncommon quality!"

Reaching into his sleeve, Cobra quickly produced a scroll from a hidden pocket as he put it down next to Kurocku's bowl of ramen..."Congratulations! You have PASSED! You may now call yourself a Chuunin! That scroll there is your official notice of the promotion. That scroll contains the details of the test and what the correct answers to each challenge was, or at least what the best answers were and what they were designed to test... so feel free to take a look and learn all about it. You should be proud of yourself, you did a good job, but I must now be off. Your ramen is on me... call it a reward for independent and analytical thinking." Cobra put the money for both of their meals down on the table and walked away calmly as he watched him disappear into the crowds, his image quickly lost within the streets. Turning back, you would be surprised to see that his food was completely gone... the bowl emptied and eaten despite the fact that you never saw him actually eat it.

Kurocku leaned back in his chair holding his stomach gratefully "Ohh my free food is always more tastier," he said smiling. Climbing to his feet Kurocku looks around for anything strange, or stranger than what just happened "Well I better give the Hokage the good news," he said walking off to the office.

Kageko couldn't help but sigh a bit to herself mentally, To tell the truth, this kind of treatment felt a bit awkward to her. However, she did say, "Thank you," as she entered the ramen shop ahead of Havik. Spotting an empty booth, the girl walked straight over to it and seated herself on the side that was farther away from the door.

Kageko had completely missed the smirk as she took out the menu on the table and looked over it. "Huh?" she replied at first, seeing how she hadn't been expecting a question, "Oh, umm... I guess. I'm not a pig but I do like to eat when I'm hungry. What about you?".

Kageko simply stared at Havik for a bit as he reminisced, resulting in a stretch of silence before the waitress came up and asked what the two would want.

"Hello," the waitress greeted, her name tag revealing her name to be Amu Rei, "May I take your order?".
Kageko quickly responded with a simple, "One small bowl of the pork ramen and a glass of water for me please."
After jotting down the girl's order, Amu then turned towards the older shinobo and waited for his order.

Kageko couldn't help but c**k her head to the side and raise an eyebrow in surprise. She had been listening and could tell that Havik liked to keep his meals simple but... she hadn't really expected it to be so simple as to order only rice and milk, which wasn't exactly a tasty combination either the last time she checked. At least, not with just rice. However, she didn't say anything so as not to be rude and quickly returned her face to its usual position. "Are you looking for someone?" she inquired curiously after noticing that the Sand shinobi was looking around the restaurant for some reason.
