Sand ninja/genin havik showed up shortly after his kage and said "What would you have me start with kage"havik was eager to learn new justu after mastering all the earth at his level in just a hour he was exited to see what else he could do

(You should have the Lightning Element Release,and you have only earth,so you can learn only Earth based techniques.You didn't know that?)

Tyson Kurochi Kazekage | Sand | Hachibi Host Tyson stood up and then did some hand signs."Alright...Bunshin no Jutsu(Clone Technique)"he said,and made a weak clone,he then used Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique),the clone grabbed Tyson's hand,and got shocked,and then poofed."Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique)...A basic technique."he saidHeki no Jutsu Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. Sand ninja/genin/7 tailed host havik watched and then tried to mimc he created the clone then tryed to perform the Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique) when the clone grabbed havik's hand but only a faint static charge jumped from his hand the clone poffed then nothing happened. "Well this isn't as easy as the earth style"havik said a bit surprised.

Sand ninja/genin/7 tailed host havik tried once more creating the simple clone and performing Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique) this time havik could feel a small current of electricity but knew it still wasn't enough

Sand ninja/genin/7 tailed host "Third times the charm"havik said making his third clone, he performed Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique) one last time putting all his concentration in to this atemp, when the clone grabbed his hand havik felt the current run threw his body and knew he performed the justu correctly this time proud of himself havik said "How was that sir?"

 Konaga SaiAkatsuki | Konaga Clan | Special JouninFrom a distance, Sai was able to see too figures as jumped from shadow to shadow in stealth through the Sand Village, avoiding coming too close to anyone before finally stopping about 50 yards out, off to the side of the training ground, where people coming into it would not typically walk by. Hiding behind a rock nearby, Sai carefully peeked around it to take a good look at the two training ninja. Immediately, he recognized the Kage, much to his chagrin as it was exactly the person he desired to avoid in the training grounds. Sighing with disappointment, Sai decided to use this circumstance to learn more of the Kage and isolate his elements of control for future reference. Using the rock as a shield, Sai stared forward towards where the Kage was and activated his bloodline ability of Chakra Sight as his iris morphed from a speckled glowing light blue sparkle to a solid glowing iris of bright light blue as his perception of the world around him shifted.
Seeing the world solely through chakra signatures and patterns, the rock in Sai's way was no longer an obstacle as the inanimate object bore no chakra signature of it's own. Sai had a clear view of the Kage and the student he was training, and as he focused on them, hey began to grow larger in his vision and their signals were amplified to his sight...but whereas he expected to see the strange chakra pattern in the Kage, he was not ready to see the same thing in the student as well. "Man...how many jinchuuriki are in this village?" Sai studied both the young man and the Kage carefully, learning their primary elemental abilities, and could easily recognize that the Kage's power levels were far beyond the students. "Definitely a Genin of the village..." "You can never know my pain..."
