i can't see why ruby is easier then emerald because that thing eliminates my charaters by that quick sand attack (he always aims for my most valuble one first) crying

Yes I have, but I wasn't able to do it alone. I had to go online and get some advice but when I did I made them both look like pathetic weaklings.

Emerald-
Cloud- Master Summon=Mp absorb; Final Attack=Phoenix; W-Summon=Underwater
Cid- Mime=Hp plus/absorb
Vincent- Enemy skill (must have White wind)=Mp plus; Final Attack Phoenix

You can switch around characters if you want, I just used them. Make sure you are level 99. First have Cloud W-summon Knights of the round. You won't run out of MP because it will use up 500 but you will get around 900+ back.

Next, have Cid mime this. The reason he has HP plus or absorb is to keep his HP up and if he has 9999 hp when Emerald uses Aire tam Storme it will knock Cid down to 7777 and then you can say good bye to Emerald.

Vincent should use White wind to recover the damage they inevitably took. He has MP plus to enable him to have as much MP as possible for the fight.

Rinse and repeat. You will be surprised how easily he falls.

Ruby Weapon-
Kill off two members and enter the battle (I suggest Cloud but it's up to you). Equip the Ribbon because one time I fought him and he confused Cloud and I ended up losing.
Cloud-Master Summon=MP absorb; Final Attack=Revive (you can use Phoenix, but I don't); Enemy Skill (must have White wind)=MP plus;

I'm sure I had more materia then that, but I forgot what they were. Anyway, simply W-summon Hades and Knights of the Round. Because Hades paralysed Ruby it won't counter attack Knights of the Round with Ultima. White wind is just in case you get hurt and don't feel like using up a Final attack.

Using this strategy Ruby should go down about as fast as Emerald.

W-Summon is the 64000 Battle Point prize in the Battle Arena of the Gold Saucer.

Lets you summon any summon materia paired with it twice in one summon.

Ruby:
Not much to do here, just make sure you got everyones best weapons. Attack and keep your health high. Cast regen 'cause youll need it. For beating Ruby weapon you get the fabulous Desert Rose! (i forgot if thats the real name, or whzt it does, please correct me if im wrong sweatdrop )

Emerald:
Alright, if you wanna make this battle a bit easier, start off by casting quad magic on someone who has Demi, this way for the first turn you'll hit him for 20,000. Keep using demi until it's useless and attack away! as always make sure you keep high health, have everyones best weapons and regen on.

I would recommend being lvl 75+ when fighting em, and make damn sure you got Knights of the round table, W-Summon materia and possibly Cloud's Omnislash (Omnislash is helpful, but not needed if you are strong)

i beat ruby it was a hour (very hard ><) and i fought emrald and got game over with cat sith 4 mins 3nodding
