 Nyx: Youngest Princess of Astra
Nyx watched her feet the best she could, her other hand on the wall directing them through the darkness, Marcus' pack hanging from her shoulder. She was starting to get dizzy and light headed, but was still able to move. She wasn't in any danger yet. She kept part of her attention on the sounds ahead and the voice of her friend next to her.
Sighing softly at the impossible sounding words her friend gave her, she nodded. "That abandoned stronghold in no man's land, right?" she asked, her voice automatically taking on a softer tone in the darkness. Her violet-grey eyes flicked over to her friend as she heard the passion in his voice. "You are right. We have to. Not try, but absolutely have to. If my father and brother even suspect that someone is doing magic, whether they are or not, they will be put to death. Nothing they can do anything about it."
Feeling the wall end, she stopped abruptly. "The path turns, Blaze," she said, hoping her sudden stop didn't throw him off. "Do you know how to get out of the city through the sewers?" she asked. "This is a maze down here."

=|Echo Iselsi|=  Echo didnt know what to do, right now the inn was his best chance but with his armor he would be seen so he would go with out it. its not like anyone would recognize him he hoped. he covered his armor hiding it in the alley. he was wearing his normal cilivian clothes. it took him a good 20 miuntes going a different way to the inn, but he made it unseen, though it was hard to miss a small trail in the halls of the inn. ok...im not doing so good anymore...argh...this isnt good... echos thoughts were becoming blurry and so was his sight as he stumbled into his bathroom to try and make a better wrap on his back

She kept her eyes closed for appearances and opened them after she felt his lips retreating. He apologized and backed away, her feet hitting the floor again. The blush was still on her face and she could only nod. This day was moving too fast for her liking.
I-It's alright...
When he asked about an Inn, she smiled and walked in front of him, standing on her toes on a feeble attempt to see him eye to eye.
I know an inn. I'm currently staying in one if you'd like to come to my room and rest. You wouldn't have to buy a room then. It's the least I can do for you pulling me away and all...

 †I am Noseraia... "I wasn't going to let my new friend be torn to pieces.." Noseraia leaned down a bit, just so she could see into his eyes, before he grinned. Placing a soft kiss on her lips then stood back to full height, having stolen one kiss, and having given her two. Though now he was looking around, rolling his shoulders, so that the large beads were more comfortable. Then he hissed, and let the beads curl around his arm, becoming the small snake. The snake was much lighter than the beads, and so he just held it there, as he smiled some.
Then he looked into the girl's eyes, raising a brow, at the thought of staying and resting in the same room. "That would be nice..Please, lead the way.." He made a slow gesture with his hand motioning her to lead on, as he had no clue where he would be going. Though his hand stopped in a mid air as he smiled. He held out his arm for her to lead him about. It was gentle-manly gesture, holding out his arm for the woman to take. Whether it would be he or her leading it didn't matter. ...I am the wind†

• • • | | = ή ї ĸ ǻ = | | • • • < °°° questioning authority °°° >Nika was taken aback a bit when he kissed her again and she giggled. Now he was just teasing her, but it was good to laugh a little. Seeing the beads transform into the snake, she watched the little thing wind around his arm. She thought it was beautiful so graceful and speedy, kind of like her.
When he accepted her invitation she smiled and nodded. She took his arm in hers and lead the way down the streets that they had walked coming up to the small inn on the corner. She opened the door for him and lead him up to her room. At the stop before her door, a trail of blood was seen trickling down the hallway. Nika's eyes sharpened. That man from before must have been back in his room. She wouldn't alarm Rai though. He was tired and so was she. A rest was going to be needed soon. She took out the key and opened the door, happy to see that house keeping had cleaned her room.
Well, here we are. What's mine is yours.

 <..:::Ira:::..>Ira had seen the commotion with the man in the armor. Seems this city was very lively today. But whatever. She was sick of this place now. She saw the man run off. A sudden urge struck her and she followed him, sneaking along after him. he went into an Inn. "How...quaint." she said looking at the inn. She looked both ways along the street. no one had noticed her. It was like she was invisible.

†I am Noseraia... "I am such a perverted monk...I wouldn't say what's all of yours is mine." The first part of his sentence was to himself and the snake upon his arm. Though the last part was addressed to her, his eyes having left the girl, to examine his surroundings, looking for ways out, and in. He wasn't alarmed by the blood that he saw, he knew that the man had to be staying somewhere, he'd have to get himself patched up.
Though when he was inside the room he pulled Nika into a hug happily. Then released her and looked about, Leviathan dropping from his arm with a thud on the ground, coiling up, and resting it's head between her coils. Such a sweet little thing it really was. Or rather, she was, Leviathan being a female snake, or serpent.
Putting a gentle finger upon the animal's back he stroked her, before she became beads just laying on the ground, making the floor-boards creak, and double over. The boards groaning in protect to the weight, almost as if they would snap at any moment. In which case, he hoped nobody was under them.
Then he was standing back to his maximum height, looking down at the girl. "You have a very cute giggle, you know that?" Then his eyes moved back to look at the blood, if the guy didn't get help, he would bleed out, before Noseraia could ever get to fight him. Though, he didn't point that out, and just looked back to the girl, staring into her eyes. Then sat down on the edge of the bed with a soft satisfied sound. ...I am the wind†

=|Echo Iselsi|= Echo heard a door open and foots steps. his neighbor was back but right now fighting wasnt on his mind, surviving was. he needed help but what could he do? go up to to someone and be like hey i got stabbed can you help me! it doesnt work like that. he was pretty sure the girl would kill him on sight after the incident. he was alone again. "i must have abandonment issues or something... i-if im going to die... i atleast wanna go out with... with a show... argh! ....n-not like this."

<..:::Ira:::..>Ira walked into the inn. A woman who was on duty came up to her and asked if she'd like a room. She signed a registration book, paid for a room and was shown one that was close to where the man was. But Ira didn't know what room was his, and really didn't care right now. She wanted some rest. She turned to the girl that had led her in. "Tell me, is there a problem with noise here?" she asked in a serious tone. Ira hated noise when she was trying to relax. It made her irritated. The girl shook her head and scurried away. Ira smirked after her.

Thank you I guess. I don't usually act like that...
Nika was still enticed with the leviathan that Rai was petting. It was just gorgeous. So elegant and deadly. She reached her hand out, but took it back. No...It probably wouldn't like her. Someone with so much blood on her hands was the antithisis of a monk like Rai. But by the fight that he was going to start with the armored man, he didn't seem to peaceful and monk like.

†I am Noseraia... "Go ahead...Leviathan won't mind.." At her name, the beads shifted back looking about with lazy eyes, like she'd just gotten to sleep. Then moved up on the bed, curling upon the stomach of Nika, letting out a low hiss of contentment. Though this time the serpent didn't change back to the beads, it was for her own protection.
As he looked at her, he smiled, and moved further upon the bed, before turning, and laid down next to her, his eyes closing slightly, to mere slits as he looked about in his small area of view. "You don't have to thank me, I was telling the truth...and if you don't act like that usually, just another thing I'm to be special for..Hearing that giggle, and seeing you blush." Then he turned propping his head on his hand before the snake would move just between them coiling up, allowing Nika to do as she wished once more.
Though Noseraia's ears twitched slightly, hearing another woman come in, and the voice of a man..It was his voice, though it didn't echo off the walls of a helmet. As for the woman's voice he didn't know..Then he looked to Nika. "Apparently you've got a new neighbor Nikki." ...I am the wind†

=|Echo Iselsi|= Echo heard voices in the inn now. as long as it wasnt Zellana he was okay with that. anything but her. echo stumbled out of the bathroom very light headed. the bleeding stopped but the bandage would only maybe a day if he was lucky. "I-i need to rest...ill find ...h-help later.." echo walked to bed and went to lay down on it, but because of the blood loss his sight wasnt staright on and he missed by about 4 inches landing with a decently loud thud. ".....oooowwwwwwwww.....i missed...god damn..."

<..:::Ira:::..>Ira heard a thud and turned to where it came from. She raised an eyebrow and walked over to the door. She heard someone who seemed to be in pain. Going against her better nature she knocked and said. "Hey, you alright in there?" She didn't know if she'd get a response, or if whoever was in there was already dieing. But at least she could say that she tried to help.

Hearing his statement about him being special, she blushed against her will. It was true, no one had ever made her act this way. She was always so rigid on accomplishing her missions, she never relaxed with anyone before. Everyone was always afraid of her.
I suppose you're right...you are different than everyone else and that's why...I'm going to protect you with all that I have.
Nika turned on her side to face Noseria when Leviathan had gotten off of her stomach. Her head was laying on her arm easily in a laxed position. She had heard the door had slammed a while ago with the woman walking in and she could hear everything the man next door was saying through the thin walls. She hoped that he'd get help soon, but she wasn't a healer. She would have helped him, but she had decided against it. After all, she wasn't a healer, just a soldier to the highest bidder...
I know Rai, I'm not liking this...

†I am Noseraia... "He'll be fine, if not I'll hunt his soul down and rip it to pieces.." It was a dark statement to say, especially for a monk. But for the most part he would actually try to accomplish it if the man didn't start healing soon. Though he put a single finger to the girls lips hushing her, before putting his fingers to her cheek, speaking lightly. "Go to sleep Nikki...you need your rest.." Noseraia grinned, and almost as if he was talking to himself, he yawned.
Then he slid his palm to her blushing cheek, feeling the warmth of her skin before he moved his hand away, and let his head rest upon the pillow under his arm. Looking at her still through his slitted eye lids with a lingering smile upon his lips. The snake stretching out between them soon after, almost like a jealous little barrier, trying to keep the two apart. though that only made Noseraia laugh some, letting his hand stroke the scales, before putting his hand upon the hip of the young woman. "Sleep well Nikki." Then he closed his eyes completely and tried his best to rest upon his side, facing Nika. ...I am the wind†
