xx__k a w a ii A N G E L We are basically discussing about the possibility of creating an entirely new guild for a Shinigami Academy, to boost both our numbers and the literacy of new people.
Anyway, once everyone basically agrees, who wants to start formatting the guild?
Who's actually in charge of it?
Is it Kit? She's just a teacher, isn't she? Haha...She's not gonna like this. sweatdrop

It sounds promising but it's actually pretty difficult to maintain a respectable "Academy" guild. Though if the others are able to provide a nearly full-proof plan then I don't see why not.

Kitsune-tono Why in Hell would we need an entire guild for this!? Because it can serve two purposes, one is to help people become Literate RP'ers and the other is to spread the name of Bleach 12 by other more varied means.

I don't really need an entire guild to teach someone something, a sub-forum would suffice.
And uh... how could another guild, which would be just as not-famous as this one, possibly help us spread our name? neutral

Damn, I actually skimmed through your discussion.
I have a question, would the student be required to take all four classes? Just two? Or even just one?
I think going through five classes is too much of a hassle and it just might cause members to leave the guild since they have to go through all of the classes. It would be nice if we depended it on their n00b level. If, say, improvement is seen in their RP after two sessions, then they should be able to graduate already. If they REALLY just suck in RP-ing after all that, that's the time when they go through all four.
Just an idea. All the ideas coming out from my brain right now is s**t.

I don't know about the guild.
I don't mind doing teaching in a sub-forum, but I really don't mind either way.
A guild might be a little more organized, though...

Let's flip a coin then. *flips coin* *coin falls into a sewage drain* ... Why don't we just have it as a sub-forum first then let it evolve into a guild if it proves to be necessary. Oh and about Zique's suggestion, yeah I think we should just let Kit decide if they need to take all 4 classes or not.
