sistergoldenhair I've been posting here for a while, decided to stop taking the long away around to get here and actually join. I'm 25 years old, an out-of-work school teacher, and an Episcopalian. If I don't know something about church history, I can find out, so ask away. Weird questions amuse me. I am a history teacher by training and an English teacher by alternative cerfication (that means I passed a test). I'm the vice-captain of a guild for empaths and other assorted psychics, so if you're religious and have those issues, lol, that's somewhere you can go for help too. (I've noticed a very bad reaction in some of the other guilds to Christianity in general when it comes to the ones focused on the paranormal.) If you have issues with me having those issues myself, I suggest you a) blame God, I didn't ask for this and b) pm me, I will NOT discuss it in here. welcome my fellow episcopalian

Hey!I'm RAWR.im.a.LION, but you can call me anything from Erin to RAWRR. I ALSO live in Minnesota. I just got back church camp where I was having some trouble because I think God was withdrawing from me so I had to realized just how much I really need Him. Which I do, a lot. So after I realized this [with help from a super cool counselor named Jess] I became way closer to him and things just began to click. Since then I have been asking Him what he wanted me to do next to glorify him, and I've gotten a few things ranging from simple things of buying a devos book to getting off my butt and practicing my drums and maybe starting a chrisitain band. I saw a banner for this and it just seemed right.

Wow! You live in MN too?! Crazy!! @.@ You didn't by chance go to Trout Lake Camp, did you? eek Cause if you did, that's awesome cause I'm going there in a week to work! But anyway, welcome to the guild (again)! I'm glad you're getting serious about God! blaugh And yeah, I used to think that God was withdrawing from me too, but then I realized that I was pushing away from Him. Yeah, so it was all in my head, and I know that He will never leave me. 3nodding

The Original Zeroh Hey everybody, I'm Josh, I've been part of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod for all of my life and I'm proud to say that my relationship with God is very strong. I was confirmed last year and am eager to further my life in the church and continue to strengthen my relationship with Christ. That's awesome! Welcome to the guild. I'm Mary, I'm an artist. I paint and draw with pencil mostly. I play alto saxophone and bass guitar for a band I'm in! I'm going to learn how to ride a dirtbike my uncle just gave my family, and I'm really excited to meet new people in this guild, but I may be a bit spacey with posts because my summer is packed with day camps and vacations.
