Valora could feel that Althenna was still feeling a bit woozy and kept helping to support her. Val also continued to stare at the new one called Nalken, rather unhappily - he acted as if he knew the stupid elf who poisoned Althenna, thus officially being in the bad books for Val. She also didn't like how his smile never dissapeared, no matter how stupid that reason was...
Val moved forward with Althenna, her arm still over her shoulder. "Don't move for a while. The antidote needs to settle in" she said.

Althenna couldn't help but smile. Valora made it even more impossible for Althenna to understand why so many hated half breeds.
"I would much prefer to let it settle in away from here. We may be relatively safe while the sun is up but the forest still has many shadows and I would much prefer to hunt him down with a meal, some sleep, and less poison in my veins. And the sooner we get out of this little bit of forest, the sooner we can gather our wits and numbers."

āIām with you on that one,ā Kayn grumbled to Althenna. She wanted to get out of this bit of forest as soon as she could. Maybe then she could figure out who she had seen following them, and maybe hunt down that filthy shadow mage that was toying with them- although it seemed as if he only came out at night.

"Are you coming or not?"Anduril asked, looking back at everyone."We should get as far as we can while the sun is up."

"That you should. I must take my leave but I do hope to see you all again later tonight." The voice cried out as a black shadow jumped from behind a tree onto a branch overlooking the group. The figure stood there for a few moments before jumping back into a shadow of a tree and dissepearing into the forest's darkness. "So long my guests." It cried out before the animals of the forest began to awake, the birds singing and the other animals slowly begining to stir.

"Alright, elf boy, lead the way!" Althenna said, starting forward, "I don't want to be anywhere near these woods when the sun sets." She feel in line behind Anduril, still needing Valor's help to keep herself stable.

Selce had stared at the new 'Nalken'. She knew this did not bode well for Anduril's and hers mission. She stayed behind Valor and Althenna, she had seen the effect the poison had on her. She stayed silent as the shadow mage had left and Selce was ready to be rid of this troublesome forest. She kept her hand on the hilt of her sword. ----- Aisha swore in her mind. She had strayed to close to the group as she went past. She had been following a game trail but had been forced off it when she saw the group closer than she had expected. She held tight to her plan to 'meet' the group later when things were more acceptable. She hoped she could slay the three she had been sent to investigate.

Valora just nodded and continued to be Althenna's support as they followed the elf. "So...." she said breaking the silence as they all walked out of the forest. "Where are we off to?"

" In the Pershna woods there is group of rebels," Anduril told them all."We might be able to convince some of them to join us."

"I'm sure my winning smile will win them over." Althenna said with a cheery sarcasm, "How far is this place?" she began seriously, "I don't really have to sleep in these woods. No telling what our shadowy friend considers a breaking of his rules."

Nalken smiled. "I happen to know the way there. But...I warn you. They're not as simple as they are made out to be. Those men? They're...complicated." he smiled widely. "Perhaps I can...make an introduction?"

"We can use all the help we can get... but why would you want to help some weird bunch of oddballs in the middle of some forest?" Althenna asked, genuinely curious.

Nalken merely shrugged. "Because, perhaps, were our fortunes reversed, I would hope that you would do the same for me. Shall we go, then, before old elf Woods decides to throttle us?" He grinned.

"Go freaking figure. We find a good samaritan in the middle of the freaking woods." Althenna mumbled to Valora as they continued on.

"If I'm not mistaken then it's not far from here," Anduril said."I've only been in this place once before."
