Aizen and Zaki are still in that since they became captains after it started and they had already posted in it. And since the mini-RP is separate from the main, they have to stay as-is in it.

To be honest I posed this question during my first few days here as well.
Just skip around from thread to thread and voice out your honest opinions. If you find something is missing then you may suggest it to be filled out, or you can fill it out yourself.
It's actually quite fun to be part of the crew once you get a hang of it. 3nodding

I was just wondering because I was looking around the forums and I saw that people were assigned jobs and that you assigned Ryota maru a job. I was going to focus on role playing and just adding my own opinion anyway but I will do my best to contribute to the guild.

The higher-ups are a bit busy so they haven't gotten around to assigning a specific job for you, but they will eventually. xd
