"I should hope. Also if I makes you feel better Ed I don't like that one either." Salazar said putting the claw back on his left hand. "I still think his hamster is dead."

Edward was by her side in an instant. Picking her up, he sat her head in his lap. "Kirai, you over did yourself." He whispered to himself. "You need to feed." Edward sliced his arm open and let the blood drip into her mouth.

"Yep, I'm just full of laughs tonight eh?" Salazar said taking a seat on the ground. "See now my question is why we just can't stab him in the face. Stabbing in the face works pretty damn well on everything else. Claw, face, dead. It really ends up being that simple." He sighed and continued. "In other words how do we kill this little lab rat?"

"No, things became so peaceful, the RCS has not been active, nor needed in the least, for several years. The condition it is in now, Mimicry and others are working on it. If we can get those people together... which we will, we need a direct attack. Salazar." Lanius turned his attention to Salazar, stareing at him. "If it was that easy... Kirai could of done that. I could of done that. Mimicry, Jonas, or anyone else, could of done that. We are dealing with something much more than just an avarge, or even a terribly powerful, lycan or necromancer... Avarice, I can say with full honesty..." Lanius' face was calm, he looked like a perfect aristocrat with his cape over his shoulder, his long dark hair, and perfect pale and dark black features, and he spoke with a voice of calmness, melancholy, control and deep thought. "Avarice is the most powerful creature, no, monster... to walk this earth." Turning around and taking a step forward, looking up at the moon, he added. "I wish I had killed him long ago, when I was in charge of the RCS and we discovered what he was... I should of had our forces go after him more than they did." You could not see his face, but his voice sounded dark, angry, deep, and bloodthristy. "That mistake shall not be made again..." He turned around, his eyes ablaze and dark, standing with perfect posture, half his face in shadow from a cloud casting over part of the moon. "We show him no mercy. Monsters don't deserve mercy, take that matter of fact from a man who himself deserves no mercy for what he has done."

" You forgot something." disliking being near the group Tornim had moved to stand just outside the ash ring, saying softly. " The idolians. Both branchs are strong.. and have lasted almost longer than the RCS and the wolf clans." pulling her glove on tighter she flicked a glance over the group, her gaze lingering on Salazar as she smiled at him. " Wash that cut ok?" turning away from them she raced down the hill, another figure joining her as she passed from their sight. " you were watching..?"

" Yes." Nike pulled the hood from her head, her too old gaze studying her as she mused. " Not wise, draging us into this.. Asa is uninterested in non-idolians.." shaking her head she led her friend away, saying softly. " He will be upset enough when he finds out she is the one we hunt.."

Edward glanced at everyone. "When Kirai is well enough I will travel with you guys to Haven, where we can talk about this in greater detail. Also we will need to clear out the mountain side, and utilize the cave network." Edward looked down at Kirai who's head was still in his lap.

Edward smiled, "Its fine. Are you well enough to travel, or do you still require some rest?" Looking around quickly, he just decided to tear off a piece of his shirt to bandage his arm.

Edward stood as well. "Alright then. Am I to assume that Haven is where we are off too now?" Knowing better, Edward decided to stay close to her just in-case. Giving that much blood for anything, caused serious weakness in every being.
