V just nodded his head and moved to stand next to Kirai. "Thank you. I hope the same for you." He took her hand in his and a glow began to form around her. "Remember, there's someone out there who is willing to go to hell and back for you. You just have to find him." With these last words he sent a burst of energy through Kirai's body and teleported her back to her room at the RCS building. As for V, he stayed in the cell. Taking a moment to sit down and contemplate his life, how far he had come from that first day in this hell hole. "One day Eliza..." He whispered, clutching the small photo of them in his pocket. "One day we'll be together again."

There was.. noise. voices echoing back and forth, people moveing around. Painful jabs crawled up her arms, each one leaveing a biteing cold behind in its wake. inside the creature a cry of dismay echoed as the warmth left her, her hand snaping up to catch someone's wrist just before they could slide another needle into her flesh. siting up she opened her eyes, pushing the person away from her before she started to study the twisted metal that had held her body to the lab table. nothing was familiar, her mind and memories blank as she looked around slowly.. noteing the exact number of people and where they stood in the room, acting and reacting on instinct.

The orderlies cowered in fear of this new creature. Massacres we're not uncommon here, they knew that they would be next if they didn't run for it right now. Everyone evacuated the room in a quick, horrified manner. All except for Dr. Warwick, who had just gotten here from his dinner with Gerard. He creeped up next to her, holding a sedative in slyly in his left hand, just in case she freaked out. "Calm yourself Genesis. We were just giving you some antibiotics, to make sure you don't get sick. How are you feeling?"

Zai stood outside the asylum, hidden in the tall grasses surrounding it from all sides, watching and waiting. After pacing the place a few times, she found the blind spots of the cameras that had been set up since she had last left. Running in her platform boots, she narrowly managed to reach the wall and duck beneath it in a small hole just as a guard turned the corner. Her gas mask made a slight sound as she breathed in and out, watching the man with her intense white eyes, which had been lined with a blood red eyeshadow. Just as the man walked past her, Zai climbed out of hiding, and covering his mouth with one fishnet covered gloved hand, stabbed a syringe into his neck. Almost as soon as she pressed down, injecting the grey liquid into his neck, he passed out, falling back on her. Holding his large, tall, muscular body up, Zai Hana cursed under her breath how heavy he was. Lowering him to the ground, she took all his weapons, and then, climbing up the wall, ran along the shadows, seeking inside the building as the doors opened for several nurses and a patient who were being transfered there, she guessed from another asylum.

Once inside, Zai Hana silently and completely unnoticed, climbed into the air vents. Knowing the passages by heart, she made her way to Dr. Warwick's office. Once reaching the vent above his desk, she looked down. No one in there, the computer sitting, turned on, at the desk. Down the system, will immediately recognize intruder, use disk, chance system over ride. No time to hack before file. Unscrewing the vent with a small tool, she had already checked and made sure that there was no security in the airway system. Slowly opening it so it hung open, Zai Hana lowered herself, staring at the door the entire time, before dropping with a very slight thud to the floor. Moving over to the desk, she crouched down out of view of the window on the door, and taking out a bobby pin, managed to pick each and every single lock on every drawer of the metal file cabinet within less than half a second of each other.

Pulling open the drawers, she immediately began flipping through the files, spending no more than half a second on each one, her eyes and her mind searching and processing very quickly to try to find and identify the missing file.

Dr. Von Kraus heard a clanging about in the vents and turned to his creation. "It appears we have a visitor. You need your rest my dear child. I will handle it myself." He didn't know what she would do once he had left. Given her mass strength she posed a real danger, but he felt confident in his work and ignored the thought. Following the sound in the vents he eventually found that they led to his office. Whomever this intruder was, they needed to be stopped now. The door to the office busted open with a loud bang and Dr. Warwick stood staring at the woman riffling in his file cabinet. "What the hell are you doing?" He questioned, drawing the sword from his cane and placing it directly on her spine.

Zai Hana paused only the moment that she felt the sharp blade pointed against her back. Slipping her hand into her pocket, it became covered with a white dust. Turning around quickly, her pale hand with the long pointed neon painted fingernails took a visibly firm grip on the blade. Zai Hana leaned forward slightly towards him, glaring at him with her almond shaped white and black eyes, like darts, which were surrounded and framed by a blood red eyeshadow. The blade melted between her fingertips, a putrid smell and fumes arising from between her fingertips as the metal turned into a darkened, molten material, and dripped to the floor. A few of her neon purple dreads falling past her shoulders. She breathed out through her spiked black gas mask, and said very bluntly in a monotone voice, not amused or even slightly impressed by his pathetic sword.... it had not even been chemically altered, and from the smell of the fumes, was a plain steel blade mass manufactured. "That loud, eh?"

"What an interesting compound." Warwick remarked, examining the melted remains of his blade. A chemist it seems, I'll have to keep a special eye on this one. Tossing the remains onto the floor, The Doctor clenched his fist and drove it down towards Zai's head. While he looked old, the muscle tissue in his arms had been altered so much that his fist had the power of a circus strongman. He loved to the the surprise in a patient's face when Warwick broke all of their ribs with a single punch.

Ducking out of the way, Zai moved back a few feet away to the side of him, in a fighting position, her left foot set aback, heel against the wall. To the left of him, Zai Hana simply remarked, "Child's chemistry." At this point, she was not sure if she had to resort to killing him, or not. Usually, she would not hesitate... but seeing as she now had a permanent alliance with the Ushers, and Lanius had not specified how much damage was allowed to be done, she would like to just take the file and get out of there alive. Hell... this'd be much easier if I could just blow this place up and kill'em...yeah. "Dr.Van Warrick, not impressed..." She said, shaking her head. "Great doctor, poor security, poor analyzation abilities... genius virus work. Curious, how'd ya live so long? Oy.... anthropogenesis? " Zai asked, actually not so much talking to him, as thinking out loud... this situation frustrated her.

"Vampiric DNA." Warwick replied, actually proud to mention it. "I isolated the particular gene sequence that gave them such long life." While he talked he started to walk over to where his desk was, drawing out the words to help keep her mind off of his actions. "I actually have a few leftover strands that I would happily give you if you just, walked away." Dr. Von Kraus didn't know much about this woman, so was unaware that it wouldn't really interest her. But it didn't matter, it was only bait that would buy him some time.

Zai Hana did not stop watching his moves, instead, only took a step closer. "Impressive, predictable... we're 'bout the same age." It was odd to her that he didn't recognize her, from the break ins, the talk amongst the inmates, anything... that, or she actually came to the mental conclusion that he was playing dumb. Either way, she knew for herself when a discovery like that is made, no scientist in their right mind, especially one in their wrong one, would act like this or be so 'gracious'... let alone to someone who, despite all things taken into account, looked as strangely as she did and broke into a closed facility, filing through every file.... he did not even know if she had taken anything yet, or what file she was after, for that matter. Her eyes shifted and didn't move away from his hands, as she put her own hands into her pockets. "Strange tho', I look better."

Warwick shrugged and slipped his hand into the desk drawer. "I was old when I injected myself with the strand. Thus I stayed looking like this. Sure I could make myself look young again, that would be child's play. But, I don't really care for appearances that much."Once his hand was in the drawer it went straight for the steroid injection that he kept for moments like this. It offered a temporary boost in strength that when added to his already powerful body would give him the upper hand. "So, might I ask what you are looking for? I'm sure if you tell me I can find it for you and send you on your merry way."

Zai smelled a change in the air, it was for a short moment, but a fume of sorts... Taking out her hands, one holding two vials filled with strange neon liquids, one homogeneous and the other with about ten separated compounds in it, she said in plain English, "I'd rather take the file myself and call it a day, and kill you if you don't stop playing these trivial games, old man. Even if you buy enough time for your little buddies to help you, I'll blow this whole damn place to hell, it wouldn't take much. One vial to kill everyone inside, two vials to reduce this place to rubble." She couldn't waste any more time... the longer she was here, the more likely she was to get caught.

Warwick finished with the injection and pulled his hand from the drawer. He couldn't afford to let her destroy the lab, not after he had just finished Project Genesis. "Very well. Lets stop playing games." His voice turned to a deep harsh tone as his right arm turned a very sharp black color. The fingers on his hand fused together with a sick, cracking sound and grew into a long pincher-like claw, giving off a bright shine similar to a polished shell. When the transformation was complete his right extremity had been replaced with a scorpion's claw. Dr. Von Kraus laughed and decided he would demonstrate his new power to Zai by lifting up the desk near him and chucking it at her. The desk flew though the air at an almost lighting like speed towards her torso.

Zai hardly dodged it, feeling it actually brush against the fishnet on her arm. Too fast! She put the vials back into her pockets, deciding it would be too difficult and take too long in order to make them worth while. Zai then though felt around with her fingers, both thinking and analyzing the situation in her mind, taking note on what possible ways he could have given himself this ability, instantly deciding most likely upon his viral strand technique, trying to read and predict his next move and other superhuman powers, and mentally trying to determine which vial in her pocket was the poison gas-

Dr. Von Kraus laugh manically, as he darted around the room and threw more objects at her. Tables, chairs, any item he could find. "Dance little child!" He yelled out as he squeezed a file cabinet between his pincers, crushing the metal like it was paper. He was rather enjoying getting to use this ability. It was part of an experiment he had preformed on himself a couple years back and had come very handy lately. He also couldn't help, as he sent the file cabinet flying at Zai's head, but laugh at the situation. The way she danced about dodging the projectiles. It gave him a pleasant feeling.
