I think her name is Reezebaife Stridberg or something like that. Knight of the Holy Church. Sort of like a weaker but more noble version of the executioners that Ciel and Kotomine are a part of.

Nasu himself said that if Shiki fought Shirou, Shiki would probably win as long as his eyes don't kill him.
