 Sei chuckled and twisted her staff "Frozen flames, consume my foes...." blue fire devoured the dwarf's spell, then spread through the room, Sei looked at them "If it touches you, your skin will melt so fast you won't have time to scream.." the azure fire created a barrier around Sei and Edge as they left and went to where she left her dragon.

 Edge watced as the green orb flew towards him and was about to move out of the way until his master canceled the attack. "Excellent work, master." Edge said, his voice still rather dull.

Delaine was caught off guard by Sei's appearance. What more, realizing who she was, Delaine couldn't help but feel enraged by being in her presence. Seeing that the dwarf's spell didn't work she tried to remember the spells from her childhood. "Dangit..." She took her hand and began writing a spell. "Suiryu Shorai!" Water burst forth and extinguished the flames, allowing the group to move freely again. "Edge..." She ran forward to follow Sei and her friend, Zhirra on her heels. You idiot!!!

Sei glanced at the girl, "You just don't get it.." she flicked her staff and ice shot forth, creating a wall to prevent them from following for awhile. Sei brought Edge to her dragon, which lifted the two of them onto it's back then took to he skies.

((Aren't you forgetting someone? You ignored the ten soldiers entering the fort razz ))
As the woman exited the fortress, Bauchos and the Noswaldian squadron approached and immediately attacked in full force.
"Life or Death formation! See that she does not leave here alive! If the other interferes, kill him too!"
With that cry from their commander, the ten soldiers rushed in, swords and spears leading. Bauchos took aim and fired his revolver, a sure-shot that would wound the mystical wench undoubtedly.

Edge watched Delaine run towards him and although he was unable to determine who she actually was, he felt an attachment towards her. Still, he was about to draw his blade to protect his master. Once she had been stopped, he followed after Sei and leapt on to the dragon with her, looking ahead as they flew through the sky. He noticed the soldiers and quickly jumped from the dragon, blocking and dodging all of the bullets and other projectiles. He fell to one knee as he struck the ground, but stood up and began to kill the soldiers one by one.

Sei watched as Edge jumped to fight the Noswald soldiers, she gasped when a bullet hit her arm..she put her hand on the wound and told her dragon to go back down "Come back now Edge.. It would be good if you got injured." Sei pointed at the remaining soldiers, the dragon breathed fire at them so Edge could climb on.

Delaine was prepared when the wall of ice blocked her. "Kashin Shorai!" Another spell flew at the wall, but remembering little the spell didn't do much. Looking at the tome she placed her hand forward, trying to recall what she had studied hours before. "Fireball!" Fire came forth from her hand and Allouette held her tome out, allowing her Shining force to enter its sword form and using it to penetrate the ice wall. Looking up and seeing that she was too late she continued to hold the blade by her side and continued to run. "Dammit!"
Allouette then saw the Noswaldion squadron facing Edge. Swearing again, her anger grew as she went forward and parried Edge's weapon. "What the hell are you doing?! Edge!!!"

Edge stared at Delaine, vague of any form of emotion. He sheathed his blade and jumped into the air, landing on the dragon. He watched Delaine as they hovered over the ground, waiting for the dragon to take off.

Lieutenant Bauchos had already lost five of his men, but he was not about to give up. They would be victorious here or die in the process.
He took aim another time with his officer's revolver, aiming this time for the beast instead of the rider, and aimed for the large dragon's throat.
With a click and a loud recoil, the bullet shot forth from the gun and soared towards the beast's under protected skin around the neck.

When bullet hit hit the dragon's throat it let out a strangled cry, Sei cast an inferno at Bauchos in anger. "Let's go now.." the Dragon managed to fly out of range and headed toward Fyrlandt, leaving a bloody trail behind.[edited...]

((.... I had an entire paragraph ready for Klaudnir, assuming this was an actual fight, but since you seem to want the "I win" button, I'll leave it out. You're not supposed to be able to in a fight just say "and they got away" without any effort from those involved. It's a form of god-moding called puppeting. It's like saying, "I win, so there."))
EDIT: ((I'm miffed. Sorry. I've done too many advanced roleplay combat scenes that it's made me bitter when people don't follow the rules))

At that moment she stared back at him, wondering if she had reached him or not. As he leapt up all that Allouette could do was watch, unable to think of a spell that could stop his leaving without having the possibility of hurting him. Delaine then looked to Bauchos and recognized the uniform, analyzing the medals and uniform style to determine his rank. Lieutenant... She remembered. There was a possibility that if he saw her, she would be taken and forced to enter the draft she had abandoned years ago. However, she didn't care at the moment. "Frost Spike!" She said, spikes of ice rising to create a wall so that the remaining Noswaldian soldiers will not be affected by what was left of the inferno and bullet. Looking back up at the sky again she cursed, clenching her fist around the sword that she held.
