It's pretty easy, but it takes a few hours for it to set in a fridge. I'm making some tomorrow for a potluck Thursday.

Nice. I'd probably make it if I were a bigger fan of cheesecake. I mean, I'll eat it, but there are many, many other desserts I'd rather be enjoying. =O
