Between bites, Serenity nodded and smiled at her host's pride. Next time she looked up though, she saw a shadow pass over his face and she reached out and gently touched his arm. "I don't mean to pry but...is everything alright? Is there anything can help with?" She hated to see anyone in pain, and being hungry was certainly secondary to helping someone in need.

Noel sighed and shook his head patting the hand lightly. I just felt.. A bit like something was missing.. It's alright.. It's something I'll deal with on my own.. His amethyst eyes looked like he was in pain, but he shook it off, pulling away from Serenity's touch. He turned away. I think.. I should check and see if the dessert is done..

Serenity bit her lip and watched Noel retreat in silence. A few distracted bites finished her bowl of soup and she finished it. Weaving back through the people, she stopped short of where Noel had exited back to what she assumed was the kitchen and lay her bowl with the other dirty dishes. She pushed herself against the wall and watched the rest of the room. She didn't have much of a stomach for anything sweet at the moment, but the innkeeper was bound to return. If he wouldn't tell her what was wrong, perhaps a bit of cheer in his presence would help.

Eve finished her stew and took a piece of bread. Even the bread, a plain food, was delicious. She felt happy here. After all of her travels alone and barely getting by. Perhaps she would stay here a little longer than she planned. She certainly didn't expect all of this. And the garden outside was absolutely stunning. She couldn't wait to go back and visit it again. She smiled and tucked a stem of her leafy hair behind her pointed ear. Then she rested her head on her hand in contemplation. She really didn't even know where she was going. And at that note, she decided she wouldn't leave just yet. But she frowned. She didn't want to be a burden. She felt like she had to contribute somehow..

Noel pulled out a tray from the ice box that contained an assortment of Water Chestnut Rubies that he had made this morning. They looked so good, but he knew that he would have a large amount of dishes to do..
Heading out to the dining room, he placed the desserts on a separate part of the table, where it was clear, and set it down, welcoming his guests to try it out.

"C'mon, c'mon, c'mon!" The bunny twilif twitched her nose and wiggled her ears at the elder girl she was all but dragging behind her. "Stop being such a stick in the mud!" She pushed through the door, friend's arm in one hand and balancing a clutch of flowers in the other.
Seeing the disgruntled look on her friend's face, Asako stuck out her tongue. "Look, you can hide away for the rest of your life thinking about him or you can get out and spend some time with me! Which would you rather do?"
Chiaki leveled a glare in the younger twilif's direction. "Is that a trick question?" she asked blandly, sighing when the dry sarcasm went over her self-proclaimed "friend"'s head. She clutched her lantern tightly as Asako's wild tugging jostled her almost into the door. "Careful!"
Taking a moment to look around, Chiaki shook her head. "I think it's dinner time," she commented. "If you insist on staying here, maybe we should come back later."
Asako bounced up and down, realizing how good the air smelled. "Oh!" She scooped up the flowers happily in one arm, dragging Chiaki with the other (much to Chiaki's chagrin). "Let's go! It smells good and I bet the person in charge will be back there!"

Noel heard a mini ruckus on the far side of the dining room and spotted two twilfs, a bunny and a more of a nature based one. He floated over to them kneeling down. Hello there! Are you two my newest guests? I'll be glad to let you stay as long as you have a flower for me!
Down the road that the inn faced, a loud jingling could be heard. A small twilf with a sack full of cooking utensils was skipping down the road, whistling a rather cheery tune. The little one was heading towards his 'big brother's' new inn, where he decided he would be the cook at! He was beyond estatic, because not only would he be with big brother Noel, but he'd be meeting so many new people!

Asako spun to see somebody kneeling and grinned. "Yes, yes, yes! I have flowers!" She thrust her armful of bright orange buds up at him. "Are these enough for me and my bestest friend? I'm Asako and this is Chiaki!"
Chiaki sighed and freed her arm from Asako, bowing back to the innkeeper. "I believe Asako means to ask if you have any room, first?"

Noel smiled at the eagerness the bunny had, and nodded. we will always have room for any traveler! And thank you so much for the flowers! It is more than enough for you two! He took them by the hand into the dining area. Now, would you two like to eat or go to your room?

Chiaki sniffed the air delicately. "I haven't eaten in a while. Would it be possible to eat?"
Asako looked around the room, gasping as she tilted her head back and saw a pretty winged constellation up in the rafters and grew starry-eyed. "Ki, Ki! Look!" She pointed up, "That constellation has wings!" Everywhere she turned, it seemed she saw another twilif or constellation...
"It's rude to point," Chiaki hissed, "And my name is not 'Ki'..." She turned to the innkeeper. "I apologize for her bad man- Oh, are those Water Chestnut Rubies?!"

Noel giggled and nodded. Indeed they are, you are more than welcomed to have as many as you like! He sat the twilfs down in chairs and placed the Rubies infront of them.

Asako giggled to see Chiaki relaxed, easily willing to munch on her favorite treat. "You're so nice!"
Bad mood apparently gone, Chiaki ate three before blushing. "I'm sorry, I don't want to look like a little pig... but these are delicious and I haven't had them in such a long time! Did you make these yourself?"

Serenity watched the two new twilifs come in and laughed lightly behind her sleeve. Casting her eyes up, she realized she had never noticed the winged constellation watching from among the rafters. Serenity knew part of her wanted to float up and share the unique vantage point, but she stayed firmly on the ground. Such were the consequences of preferring to wear a dress, and she refused to give up her dignity to a room full of people who would suddenly be able to look up her dress.
Her stomach suddenly turned over and she wondered about the effects of eating unhealthily fast. She wanted to retire to her room, but again stayed her wants. Noel seemed to be quite happy around the other tenants, especially the bunny twilifs, Serenity noticed with a smile. She suddenly wondered if the cause of his unhappiness was something to do with a bunny twilif...Or maybe he was just particularly fond of them.

Dominique just stepped by the little inn, but he felt something was different. He looked around and fell his face. The scenery was amazing and it made him calm down and feel relaxed after his terrible and tiring journey. He looked at the little inn, reading aloud Fátyol tó inn... and he felt something so familiar, something that reminded him of his home. He was just standing in front of the little inn not knowing what this feeling could bring to him, good or bad memories?
