Rhys hugged back, smiling. Exactly as planned, he thought. He jumped a bit, startled at the press of her finger against his monocle. "This? Well..."
Frankly, it wasn't helping the vision in his left eye. It made things all distorted, and if he'd kept his right eye closed he wouldn't tell the difference between one of the black-clothed musicians and a black wyvern. However, it did seem to have the effect of enlarging Amelia's chest while looking down at her face, so it wasn't a total loss.
"It's for the sake of beauty," he answered, sliding his arms around her waist. "I just thought the monocle would look cool."

Amelia leaned into his arms, shifting slightly before resting her side against his chest. She smiled, adjusting the monocle just slightly against his eye. The band went into a high-paced swing dance tune, and Amelia tapped her foot in time with the beat. "It does," she reassured him. One hand went up and idly played with the fringe of hair that swept over his forehead, eyes closing as she listened to the music, comfortable against Rhys' warm chest.

Melethia found a bottle of Vodka. It was so cleverly hidden. She was wanting it so badly now. She opened the bottle and started drinking it.

Ed twitched her head mildly to the sound of alcohol. "Oh goody, just what we need at a party," she yawned, twirling her Aegis sword in her hand. Everyone appeared to be having a blast here. So why wasn't she?
Oh yeah. Battle gear and lack of a memo.

Melethia was a bit drunk now. She stummbled a bit around the place. She made her way to Amelia and Rhys. "Aw....and that purdy?" She said and took another sip of her vodka.

Amelia paused and looked over at Melethia, staring at the bottle the dragoness held in one hand. "Uhm. Where did you get that?" she asked, looking up to Melethia's face. "You shouldn't have any more of that."

Amelia reached over to take the vodka from her. "In any case, you shouldn't be drinking any more of this stuff..." She sighed, wondering where she could have gotten the bottle. Did FD bring more of his own alcohol and stash it somewhere...?

Ed jolted slightly, only to see it was a good friend of hers.
"Hey, no problem," she replied with a dismissive wave of her hand. She rubbed her eye again. "I've been out training all day, so I'm not really paying attention."

Colm walked through the door hoping no one would see. it was a party and well, Colm just never did parties, also he was worried for the fact it was a host club party. Usually people would humiliate him for going to such a party, but he heard it was such a fun time and had to try it out. Standing by the drink section like a nervous guy looking for a date, he sat on a chair and drank some tea.

Zelos wandered out of the main area, looking for Abel's scruffy brown hair. Seeing a figure resembling the boy sitting down off in the distance, Zelos walked over.
"What's wrong, Cloud? Did I rain on your parade?" He mockingly said, planning on a response.
