Azyre did not usually act out of wierdness. His behavior on occation might seem queer to others, but often were grounded with a definate purpose. Urcaquary was an angel the dryad had longed to see freed for a long time, and he hoped the incan summon might be able to stabalize the relationship between Azerim and Dark by forming a triangle, a pyramidal shape known as the most stable, and one the aztecs employed for their temples.
Reaching out, he accepted the coinpurse from Dark with a smile and casually dropped it into his own pocket. Retreating back to his desk, he sat down and pulled out the paperwork again, to fill out that Urcaqary's summon had been sold, and to finish his taxes.
Audric meanwhile was engaged in a very heated snowball fight with Azerim.

Azyre's ears perked at the sound of the front door swooshing open. Fresh air flooded the shopfront, chasing away the faint smell of chopped vegetables and alfalfa. For a moment, Azyre stared at the door, as the girl's head stood just below the counter top, and he couldn't see her. Knowing full well the door wouldn't open on it's own, he stood and noticed who had walked in.
His first and only shoplifter.
Still, children were known to not be the most rational of creatures, so he could not fully blame her, and Azyre was not the kind to hold grudges. So, he put on a polite smile and walked around the counter to greet her.
If he recalled correctly, her mother came buy and acutally bought the ring the girl had attempted to steal, and there it was, glittering on her ring finger as it had the day she tried to take it. Azyre had seen the glitter on her finger as she attempted to shove her hands into her pockets and stopped the twins, phoning their mother.
"Hello again." He said, cerulean eyes sparkling. He'd watch her more closely this time, though hurt was clearly scribbled all over her face.

For all Azerim knew, he had failed. Audric just could not be beat in a snowball fight. More or less, it was his element. Azerim giggled as he jumped out of the frosty stuff. He then herd footsteps from outside the fridge; though his feet hit the ground at an angle and he ended up back in the pile. Not knowing for sure, Azerim looked toward Audric and smiled.
"Wanna go see who it is? Maybe Melek's come back!"
He lay back in the frost, waiting to see if Audric would try and help him up. He wanted to try something...

Audric would only really be pressing his advantage if he used his natural control of the element to cause Azerim's frostballs to wave way off course. It would be the same if they were throwing rocks at one another, though admitadly, it would hurt a lot more.
The blonde oni stood at a distance and watched Azerim lay in the frost with a hidden expression. His cold eyes once again distant. He didn't really feel too...alive. He himself felt isolated and alone with himself. It was a thing that went with being cold. Heat was what created life, heat was what sustained life.
Yet Azerim lay still. Did he want assistance in standing? For a long tense moment Audric and Azerim stared at one another, Audric increasingly looking lost and Azerim with his trademark dreamy smile. Eventually, when it was obvious Azerim would not stand, Audric pulled his hands into his sleeves and grasped Azerim's arms, pulling him to stand.
With the barrior between them, Audric did not freeze Azerim, nor did Azerim's aura pull Audric into another fevered hallucination.

Azerim couldn't help but smile wider as Audric helped him up.
"Excuse me if this voice doesn't sound anything like the character --" he giggled. Reaching out with both arms, Azerim snared Audric in a hug once again. And speaking in the monotonous robotic voice that is Darth Vaders, Azerim said with a smirk:
"I have you now."
Remembering what happen not too long ago, Azerim only held it for a second or so. He desperately stopped himself from holding it out any longer. Azerim had a feeling he wouldn't be able to do that for a while after they left the fridge; thus his quick hug. Pulling away out of fear Audric would go into another fever, he stood there for a while looking into his eyes.
Did he make Audric happy? His gaze was always saddened, almost every time he looked into them. He tackled this feeling with the happy thoughts and feelings he had towards Audric. Azerim wanted to make him smile again.

Audric was confused. Character? His confusion was only increased with anxiety as he was pulled into another hug. He sure did walk right into it, didn't he?
Even the small extra contact left Audric flushed and dizzy, and a listless grin drifted over his face.
As his rationality returned, the grin faded and Audric felt the urge to swack Azerim for being so reckless. There were many facets to Audric's emotions, including the profound loss he felt knowing his happiness was doomed to be temporary.
He wanted another hug, but with it came his own destruction. To keep Azerim from searching his eyes and finding his guilty want, he turned to face the door again and pushed it open to reveal who was walking about.

"Eh." Great, he was talking to her. "I-" Kori opened her mouth to speak, but the door opened once more, causing a rather nice distraction.
"Kori! I told you to wait for me. I just needed to tie my shoes!" Her twin gave the slightest frown (it was not nearly big enough to be considered a pout) and then wrapped his arms around his sister's waist. It wasn't creepy, they were twins and best friends. At least, that's how Tsurara thought of it...
...But to Kori something about the hug felt so right, it felt different than when she hugged her mother or stuffed animals. This one filled her with a calming warmth, a warmth that slipped from her grasp as her brother receded his arms back to his sides.
She tried to continue her forced apology to Azyre, but unlike a knot of hatred for him was lodged in the center of her heart. He was the one who stopped her, and just for that she was never going to like him. Her mother had spoiled her (even if it was by accident) and the feeling of being told "no" didn't appeal to the young girl. With eyes filled with more rage than a young girl should feel, Kori clenched her fists and gritted her teeth together, "I'm sorry."

Azyre watched the rolling dislike build in her gaze as she fought to apologize for a reason she didn't believe was justified. But why not? True her mother had bought her the ring after all, but true as well she had attempted to steal it from right under his nose. If he hadn't have discovered her at the shop before she got away with it, he could easily have followed the energy trail back to her home, and perhaps an even more ugly confrontation.
Still, kindness shone in his cerulean eyes as his calm smile never wavered. "Apology accepted." he said, though her begrudging apology didn't seem in the least sincere. He didn't need to ask why she was mad at him, but the anger was misdirected.
"Can I ask why you did not simply ask for it? Why did you venture to just take it?" He ventured at legnth, perhaps to see if a little self introspection would leave her with a little more light. When the little being inside the ring manifested, she'd no longer be able to so quietly perform a theft.
"Oh," He exclaimed quietly, looking to Tsurara. "Please accept my apologies as well, I didn't mean to cause you such grief."

Azerim put his hand up to his chin, and stood in the freezer pondering deep thoughts. Audric seemed so edgy, as if he was avoiding something. He knew Audric had a bit of an issue with his element; and with this though realized that it was probably effecting everything else inside of him. Sure, ice was a bit unstable and could very well "kill" most things. Though, Azerim slipped even more into his own confusion with the fact that: Ice, water, H20, that sort of liquid/solid; without it nothing could have come to be. Everything links back to the ocean at some point. Without water. Without ice. Nothing could be. Without the Earth under our feet -- Azerim could not understand why Audric seemed to act like anything living he touched would instantly die. Too much of anything can kill anything... right? Too much stone and it smashes you. Too much oxygen and it pops you.
Azerim just could not understand. A chill snapped him out of his confusing thoughts, and he sighed deeply. Audric had to learn sooner or later that his element was in no way any kind of burden at all. He wanted to comfort Audric, make him feel all right; but he knew the second he touched him, Aduric would turn away out of fear from hurting him -- heh -- and the fact that he also gets really hot. Azerim giggled at the thought, but more or less held a depressed looking face, and walked to the edge of the fridge to see what was going on in the other room.

No one was in the store room, but noise could be heard from the shop front. Audric gracefully strode to the edge of the freezer and stood still, his large clear blue eyes closing. The ice demon sucked in a breath through his teeth, a slight grimace overtaking his face. Cold air from the freezer seemed to pull outward past them, congregating around Audric. Frost began to collect on his clothes, but a bridge started to extend from his feet, sloping downward to the floor, creating a solid slide composed from the very water evaporated into the air.
Turning slightly sideways, Audric pushed off with his back foot and coasted down the slide much like a surfer or skateboarder. He turned and faced Azerim once he reached the bottom. "It should be sturdy, if you wish to follow."

Melek who had been missing from the shop for some time now was finally going back. Dressed for the cooler weather he was perched on Darius shoulder, having a little chat with him a not so innocent glint in his eyes, yes he'd grown to show an intrest in being naughty as Kitty had so nicely put it.
" Now Mel your going to behave right?" Darius asked trying to be strick. " I know you think it's fun and sure your pranks have been harmless but it's your first time back here in a while."
" I'll behave, I promise." Mel said as he poped from his place on Darius shoulder to into the boys pocket, just long enough to get his bag. " can you open the door?"
Darius nodded and opened the door looking up as the bells jingled. " I'll come for you later, behave Mel."

Kori folded her arms at his question. What? He was asking her why she didn't ask for the stupid ring? Absurd! He didn't deserve an answer from her, and so she was not going to risk giving one. This same thought played over and over in Kori's mind, and it time she had just gotten angrier. The truth was, she had no idea why she hadn't asked for the ring in the first place.
"Huh?" Tsurara gave the man a worried look. Why was there an apology for him, he didn't do anything wrong, right? "Um... It's okay... but you didn't do anything bad." The boy paused for a second before pondering a little thought to himself. "What's grief?"

"I didn't mean to make you cry. To have grief is to become sad." Azyre said to Tsurara. For the moment he left Kori to stew in her own sour mood, and instead smiled toward the young boy. "You see, what I meant was inside every single artifact you can find here at the store houses a little creature." He said, not trying to sound absurd or superstitious. "The chinese food boxes don't have food in them."
He laughed quietly at the thought, "If they did, most of them would be old and moldy by now, don't you think?"
The green haired druid curled a finger thoughtfully around his chin. How could he prove his point? Well, Audric and Azerim were still in the back room, but lo!
In came Darius with Melek on his shoulder. He dropped off the small imp on the counter and immediately left. "Melek! How good to see you! How have you been?" Azyre said enthusiastically, motioning the children to look at him. "Kori...The ring you have now houses someone just like Melek here. You must take care of it."
