No, They're all modeled into the mech.

Yes... That model took me aroun 4 weeks to finish, and longer to plan out. And that's noob compared to what I do now. smile
I'm working on another mech but it's top secret

The difficulty isn't way (about a 9 on a 1-15 scale) up there for mechs, but the dedication for all those faces, and detail is definately impressive.

Modelling the basic shape is easy, but it's defining it, and modelling all the details in that makes it tedious.

Gah, the only 3d program I somewhat know how to use is 3dsmax. All I did on that was make a little monster movie where this thing rampaged through a crappy city lol.
