Eulalia Danae As 538 walked outside he cam across general chaos, (though ED isn't sure if that would necessarily effect him or not). The hallways were crowded with people, some dead, some already on their way, and others running to find a way off the ship before it was too late. Lankin and the stone had supposedly already left and safely, according to what information was able to be passed around amidst the chaos. A good chunk of the commanding force in the Kore, however, were not so lucky. 538 pauses for a moment scanning to find his CO. He moves on when his commander isn't found moving to where he reported in early that day. none of the chaos seeming to bother him much.

Eulalia Danae Svarlena was quick to answer, "What's taking so long, Chase? Do you have my sister yet?" "Things went south, Svarlena. Bryne had her executed. I need to take control of this ship. If I can do this, I can ride this thing right into whatever cave he"s hiding in."

Svarly was quiet on the line for a moment before she spoke again. "Don't be an idiot, Chase. You can't fly this ship without at least four other people. And as much fun as a suicide run may sound right now, that won't do squat for Gautrine's memory. Get off the ship, your little Dialanche should be accessible with my card. I can tell you where Bryne is, and if you hurry, you can probably help Earth out with the war."

Das Steube ArynChris Yarold's eye twitched. "Your funeral," he muttered, turning away to help Haldri with the rest of the loading. "I'm not to blame when this all backfires, I swear..." "Never said you would be. If I die... Well, it's all for a greater cause, isn't it? The 'big picture'? I think I can die with that." Sahaqiel Haldri watched as Eric walked away, and then looked Yarold up and down. "You know, people who give you the okay to go ahead and confirm their orders with their higher-ups are usually defying them." He smiled and then shrugged. "But what do I care? As long as I'm obeying mine, I won't get shot." He turned from Yarold back to his ship and punched in the code to open the door.
They finished loading rather quickly and flew out before the virus starting affecting everyone.
((Someone else decide whether Yarold and Haldri are dying anyhow, I have no idea how this works.))

Svarly chuckled, "You won't need cover. No one is shooting people that choose to leave the ship at the moment, and I can assume you're well below the list of important things to accomplish the time being. I'll keep an eye on you if it makes you feel better, though."

I'll keep an eye on you if it makes you feel better, though." Eric paused, looking to to the cell with Pen in i. "I can't just leave you here.." After several minutes of awkward carrying, dragging and swearing, he had arrived at the proper door. Using Svarlena's card, the door opened, and a few minutes later, Eric had Pen loaded in the Dialanche. ((ED... PMs...))

Pen's chest wound still slightly smoked, and several of her braids were burned off at the halfway point, the blast having gone through her to burn into a part of her hair. She stared blankly, her eyes aimed at Eric, as if to say "You know I'm bleeding all over your ship, right?"
When Eric started moving, Svarly gave him a call, her voice sounding eerily similar to Pen's over the com-line, as sister's voices often do. "What took you so long, shorty? Have to make a pitstop or something? For a second I was worried you took another turn for the worse."
((Why do I find the image of Eric dragging around a dead Pendari, whilst swearing at the top of his lungs, and accidently bonking her into several walls and objects, so uproariously funny?))

Order updates filter through to 538 and he takes a detour to an escape pod which was empty so he simply cuts open the air lock with his beam thing and flies out into space heading toward a nearby ship landing on it hull. Grav boots doing their job and keeping him attached while he searches for an airlock to enter the ship from.

Pen's face seemed to be in a slight frown though it was more the lighting in the ship than an actual movement. But otherwise she stayed slumped, and rather dead, in the seat.
Svarly was quiet again for another moment, but came back with a clipped, "Good. I would have gone back for her later if I'd needed to. The body will be infective for another half hour at least, but by the time we get anywhere, it should be safe. So where are we heading?"

She deserves better than... Than sitting shotgun in this." He said, taking course to Thesys, "I'm overriding the master controls on the Jumpgates. We'll be at Thesys in about three minutes, Earth in ten." Away from the Kore ships, one of the many Bowdn Jump Gate arrays opened, a one-way ticket to Thesys. "Just follow me, and it won't hurt you."
