At the moment, no clue... some of the crew want 1-2 years, some want 3 years. It all depends on what's voted on I suppose. We'll figure it out soon.

@Zent0s: No, it just means that the Nara techniques don't require an element affinity XD Like the Yamanakas' (mind control) and Akimichis' (strength increase and techniques using their bulk? o.o)

Okay...curiosity...I've just waltzed into Kirigakure RP wise...with the time skip being so recent, my character is 9 at the moment. Depending on how many years the time skip is...how do I do the Academy training?
Also...I have a silly question...I see the post action - d20 deal. All I do is click the option? I figured I'd learn from a kid up on how the training thing works....but I'm really confused cause something isn't clicking in my brain. Dyslexia + numbers = Possible Mistakes.

I think you start after the time skip and your character will not be part of the time skip. That's for your first question.

Ah! Wonderful! I was worried cause I didn't want to skip over something essential to my character's story. Such as friends, enemies, neutrals...influences...etc.

If the RP permits it, continue RPing academy (we won't get a lot done though) whilst writing the time skip story. after the time skip, your chara will have completed his academy time and become a full fledged genin. =) You might have to discuss a bit with the people you've RPed with to establish friendships, enmity and whatever.

Would the timeskip affect him or would I just role play as he is at present after the timeskip.Because Ame doesn't open until after the skip, you won't be starting you character anyway. I personally don't think characters that just got into the academy should be promoted to genin so soon. The whole point of the academy is to make connections and learn the system, going through the skip mean you completely passed up an importaint stage in character development.

That's true >< But Andou will be leading the genin team in the future so I will just have to make the beginning of their adventures together cool more new-to-the-system-friendly. If you guys are worried about that.

If you guys are worried about that. Alrighty! But funny thing is I don't know anyone else RP wise other than Andou and Nurse Mayumi. XD Very limited RP time considering. But it'd be super fun to try and figure everything out regardless. I'm still flaky on the system in general...but should be interesting to see how Ren will develop. Granted with the time skip he'll grow even more feminine like a girl...even choosing to dress in girl's clothes because he finds them beautiful. I wonder how that'd affect others perceptions of him. Like...will people think him a kunoichi, if he looks like one? XD As far as friendships or whatever, I'm still trying to figure out someway of figuring out how he gets along with everyone and actually gets stat points considering if he jumps to genin on the off chance I need to figure that out. Plus with the training factor...I'm a wreck trying to comprehend it. So...keep me posted Kouri-chan?

@Kouri: So if your already in the academy right now, when the timeskip happens you will be a genin. Did I hear that correctly lol??
@Claven: You could rp with me. I got a academy student in Kiri. And I could also help you with anything about the system so Kouri-chan won't be bothered rolleyes
