Simple, it's Dhaos from Tales of Phantasia.
Hmm... you need more gold down by the feet, as the reference pic I found showed him with gold detailing on his boots. I'm not sure if you can layer capes, so adding his black and gold under cape would be difficult. I'm not sure what the heck those gold things are supposed to be, is it supposed to represent a spell being cast? Or maybe his barrier? It's been awhile since I played the game, so the answer might be glaringly obvious and I'm just stupid.
Overall, 7/10 Not bad.

still the same 7/10.
What do you think of my new avi? I know the fox mask is a little random and out of place but it looked weird with a human face and I didn't have any other mask like items.
