Some Might Say... NAtalia rose on her hind legs and sniffed the air. Something big had just vanished from the world and there had been a massive surge of mana. She wondered what it had been. Her one hand reached to her side, stroking Natalia's fur as a small smile lit her face, just ever so faintly. "But I was!" she insisted. "I tried to hit you," she pointed out. She had, visibly once, mentally, she had wanted to do so a few times right then.

Synthic finally finished the potion that would help heal Jessica's injuries. She lifted the girl up to a sitting position and gave her the vial, "Here. This will taste like blueberries, so don't worry. It will help heal your wounds, but make sure you have a shower an hour after taking this," She said.

Renata shook her head, not going to argue thing even though her stubborn side said she should. But really, it wasn't worth getting in another fight over. Seriously. Anyways, she leaned back against the wall and listened to Synthic's voice in the back round. "The... I think... the Angel Eclipse was... destroyed..." Ren said at last. Daniel...

Jessica's mouth was naturally open allowing the liquid to flow down her throat. It took the pain away but it didn't change the issue that she was still injured and barely conscious and aware of the things that were going on around her. She shouldn't have ever left her bed with injuries like she had been granted by that big gorilla. She coughed slightly from within her chest, there was no blood from her mouth though, meaning there was no internal bleeding at that time. She just wanted to curl up right there and sleep, her body was begging her to do so and she wasn't one for resistance.

Synthic noticed Jessica's drowsiness. She figured it was not really a side effect of the medicine she was giving the girl, but more like the girl's already existing exhaustion, "Don't worry. I'll bandage your wounds again while you are resting. We're not going anywhere without you, so just try and relax for us okay? Renata's worried about you," She said with a soft voice. She used to use that tone of voice on some of the more frightened test subjects in the Academy. She wanted them to go insane instantly, not gradually. She didn't want them to suffer any more than they had to.

Jessica faded into the realm of sleep almost instantly at Synthics words. Her breathing was still slightly shallow and there was a slight paleness to her skin that was unhealthy compared to her normal slight tan. There were no dreams no thoughts just darkness, never ending darkness.

After a short while of sitting there, and making sure Jessica fell asleep first, Renata moved a bit closed. Brushing the girls dark hair from her pale face, Ren tucked it behind the girl's ear gently. She wasn't why terrible things happened, but as she looked around she gave a small smile, not forced. She at least had, some people to fall back on. What normal people and people like her alike would call friends. "Sleep well Jessica," she whispered in her sing song like voice.

Synthic sighed a little. At least when you're asleep, you can't feel pain as much. She moved closer to Jessica and slowly started to remove her bandages. She needed to get fresh ones, but she didn't have enough on her, "Renata...May I make a wish for this one?" She asked. She didn't like making wishes, but if it's to help a friend of hers, Synthic figured Renata would oblige. It wouldn't be nearly as huge as wishing the Angel Eclipse back.

Renata nodded, "Of course," she said watching Synthic curiously as she went about removing the bandages from Jessica's slender body.

"I wish I had some gauze pads and peroxide next to me," Synthic said. She figured that shouldn't cause too much stress on Renata, but she couldn't help but think she was abusing power. She didn't like that. She never liked that, even when she was the top scientist at the Academy.

There was a rather gigantic bruise and then there were also a number of burn marks and places that seemed to have been open wounds that had been sealed shut in a rush. There were other smaller bruises but none near as large. It was surprising that such a petite girl could take so much and still find the energy to move. She remained in a silent sleep though not uttering a single word.

Renata just nodded, feeling the magic bringing forth those things Synthic had asked for right beside them; and what seemed like the perfect amount for the job. She didn't. These were her friends she was talking about, not strangers holding her against her will or anything close to that. Hesitating, she decided to ask Synthic a favor as well, "Could you.. make sure she has good dreams too?" she asked with warm eyes lifting to look at Synthic.

Synthic looked surprised. Renata wants a wish granted. Of course, she is a normal girl supposedly. Her surprise eventually softened and she smiled, "Of course. I wish Jessica has some nice dreams. She deserves it," She said and popped open the bottle of peroxide.
