 Having little room to manuever for fear of letting go of the webbing, the tentacles slammed into Spider-man's chest and neck. The impact of the tentacles against Spider-man caused him to slam into the wall, creating a small crater of sorts with the wall crumbling behind him. As soon as the tentacles struck him he couldn't hang onto the web any longer and the chunks of the ceiling fell to the ground. Luckily by this time the innocent civillians were out of the way, but some were still trapped inside the bank. One tentacle was pressing up against Spider-man's chest while the other one his neck. Spider-man had one hand on each tentacle, trying to hold it back or push it off to release some of the tension at the very least while kicking and squirming. "Okay Doc... No more Mr. nice spider..." he said as he flicked his wrist out to fire a webline towards Doctor Octopus's head...

Octavious smiled as he continued towards the Wall Crawler. A free arm shot in front of his face and blocked the webbing. "Really Spider-Man, how many times have you tried that. Do you really think I'd be blinded by your webbing so easily?" he said as continued towards him. He stopped a few feet away and stared up at him, being sure he was far enough that he wouldn't be kicked. The two arms that weren't already clasped onto Spider-man turned towards him and each grabbed onto his wrists, pulling them away from the other arms and against the wall. "And do you really think I'll allow you to do it again?" he said in a venom dripped tone. One of the arms that held Spider-Mans wrist began to twist and tighten, trying to crush what it could. "Let's see how well you do without the use of your hands." he purred.
Octavious was so focused on Spider-man that he didn't see or care that more of the civilians had shot past him to escape. Nor did he notice one of the few security guards that was still in the building stand with his gun raised and aimed at the not so good doctor. The man didn't bother to say anything, but simply shot at him repeatedly. The first few shots went through his coat, another grazed his side, and one successfully landed in his arm.
Octavious grunted and whirled towards the man with a scowl. By reflex, a tentacle that was holding Spider-man's arm released and shot towards the guard, slamming him into the wall.

 ENTER from Fisk Towers Venom landed on a nearby building and shot a symbiote web line at Scorpion "Don't attack yet, let's watch this first, it should be fun." he said with his tongue hanging out of his mouth as they stayed in the shadows, hidden. Spiderman's spider sense wouldn't work for him but Scorpion he didn't know about.

scorpion smiled and grabbed on to the webbing. He hung there smiling. It had been to long. "I won't be able to get close without a distraction anyway." He said smiling satanically. Oh, how he wanted to annihalate spiderman.

[I'm taking Agent's characters until he gets back.]
Spider-man shot a web strand at Octavious' mechanical arm, grabbing it before it hit the man "That's a bad Octopus, bad!" he shouted in joy as he ran around the doctor while the web held onto his arm, making it wrap around him.
Venom growled in disdain as he looked at Scorpion "We'll be right back." he said as he crawled along the wall to go somewhere.

Octavious cursed under his breath and he sent his other arms to try and slam the wall crawler into the ground. Whenever he was shot, his arms must have loosened their grip on Spider-Man when he turned to the guard..

Sapphire made her way across the buildings until she thought that she was far away enough from the fight. She glanced around, trying to find some place she could leave the girl. The police station was too far away for her to get to at the moment, but a hospital might do just as good. She could leave the girl there knowing she'd be safe, and someone might be able to help her get home. She slid down the wall of the building until she landed on the front doors of the hospital.
"Ok, you go on inside, alright? The nurses in there will make sure you're taken care of. Might even be able to help you get home." she said as she set the girl on the ground.

The girl held onto Sapphire as they slid down the side of the building and smiled a bit. It was kind of fun to fall from buildings like she did. She let go and looked up at Sapphire as she put her down. "O-ok. Are you going to fight that scary looking guy?" she asked.

Sapphire slid off of the doors and onto the ground, glancing back the way they came. She didn't see Riku, but she knew that he was following her. "Yes, and I need to get back to the Bugle to try and help the others. Just another day for a super. she replied turning back to the girl. She patted her on the shoulder and nudged her towards the door a bit, urging her to go inside.

The girl started for the door and opened it to walk inside. She stopped in the middle of the doorway and turned back to Sapphire. "What did he mean about his parents?" she asked, fiddling nervously with the sapphire necklace she had made for her. "You're not bad, are you?"

"Yes, she is!" Chaos shouted as he swung at her from a building, kicking her in the ribs as he jumped to the ground, glaring at Octavious.
Spiderman looked over at Sapphire flying past him and looked at Chaos "Chaos, what are you doi-" he was cut short by Venom jumping on top of him.

Sapphire was about to answer her when she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her side and was knocked her off her feet. She landed in front of the large hole that used to be the banks door and rolled to her feet. She held onto her side as she glanced into the building. It was that black guy again. And Spider-Man and Doc Ock. She grimaced and turned back to the girl. "Get inside!" she called. She might not have brought her anywhere safer than before.Octavious watched as Venom suddenly dropped in on top of Spider-man, and used his other arms to free himself of the webbing. He glanced out the doorway and seen Sapphire Spider standing outside the building, as well the symbiote boy. "So it was Sapphire they were talking about." he said to himself.

Venom's tongue hung out of his mouth as it wrapped around Spiderman's neck and began to choke him.
Riku only glared at his great grandfather with disgust as he kicked him away from Spiderman "We may hate Sapphire but we hate you just as much!" he shouted to Venom who landed on his feet and glared back at him.
Spiderman took the chance to switch his regular web cartridges with the one's that had Pyro's fire in it, staying hidden while he did.

Watched as Riku attacked Venom and sighed in relief a bit. Not only would he not be after her the entire time, but he'd also help them with the bad guys a bit. Still having her hand on her ribs, she cautiously made her way inside to check on Spider-Man. "You alright?" she asked as she bent down by him, keeping her eyes on everyone else.Octavious raised an eyebrow a bit. They may have more of a problem with this boy than he thought. He turned his attention back to Spider-Man and Sapphire. He'd let Venom deal with the boy. He wasn't about to get involved with their little family quarrel at the moment. Not if it gave him more of a chance to take care of the two spiders himself. "Well, seems I have two spiders to deal with." he said as his arms turned towards them and hissed a bit.

Enter from Marvel UniverseWar Journal #4038... 1 day ago. "Hey Dimitri, it's your turn to take shift! Get out here!" shouted a rather burly man. A scrawny looking russian mafioso came walking out as he lit up a cigarette. The two mingled long enough for Frank to make his attack. The two thugs were startled when the headlights of a van suddenly blinded them from afar. Frank reved the engine twice and then hit the accelerator roaring in their direction as the two men popped off misguided shots. The force of the van crushed the two men through the wall and gave Frank an entrance to go through. This wasn't a stealth job, this was punishment. "VLADIMIR ORLOVSKY! YOU ARE OVERDUE ON YOUR OBITUARY DATE!" shouted The Punisher brandishing dual pistols from his leather trenchcoat. A few men fired some pop shots from around the warehouse while Frank took cover behind his van. He squeezed off a few rounds in their direction before he took aim and blasted the oil barrel near them, causing an explosion to ravage their bodies with fire while the rafter they stood upon collasped on a poor sucker below it. Next, a foolish goon tried to sneak up on Frank with a shotgun. He immediatly dropped his pistols to take control of the crook's 12 guage, while kicking him to the floor. "Hey man! I'm-I'm unarmed! C'mon man! Let me go!" pleaded the thug. "Go. Now." grimly replied Frank as the criminal pretended to run off, he reached for the grenade on his shirt pocket but was shocked in terror to see Frank holding the pin in his hands. "NOOOO!" shouted the man before exploding into smithereens. That left one man for Frank to kill. But he needed some information first. He marched up the flaming stairs and kicked the door open to be met with a grapeshot to the kevlar vest. He cocked his 12 guage as Frank played possum long for Vladamir to step closer. Castle then blew out Vlad's knee caps with one strategic blast. As the crimelord fell to the ground, Frank picked him up for anwsers. "Who hired your people to rape and kill my neighbor? She had no ties to your gang. Talk, or I'm going to start pullin' teeth.""It was Fisk. She was was about to testify, so he promised me more weapons in my trade since we don't work together since they could'nt link us together.""Good. Now open your mouth.""What?!""That's what your goons said when they violated her, Punishment only seems neccesary. Now Open." Frank demanded with Vlad closing his eyes, and then having a shotgun placed in there instead. Frank pulled the trigger leaving the small warehouse as nothing more than an incenerary chamber.
