((It is time for a small time skip in the story. This is so the story will move to the main parts and get more active. It is just going to skip the journy to the next town and will pick up around sunrise the next day on the outskirts of the town. TY))

The sun had just started to peek over the horizon when the town of Strket came into veiw. The group had been walking all night to get there and Enzeru was happy to see that they had reached their first destination. "Well, it looks like we made it here on time. When we get into town, are we resting first, getting supplies, or talking to the man who has the horses?" The question wasn't aimed at anyone in particular. She was more or less thinking out loud.

Katara thought over the questions quickly, before saying, "I vote getting food and resting for an hour or two. Then some of us go shopping, some of us go see the man was the horses. Then we can have lunch and be off again. But, that's just my vote." She smiled

Gilbert smiled weakly. "Thats a good idea katara..." he yawned thickly,streaching his arms over heis head as he did so, his head pointed to dusty pink sky.

and then the magical potatoe monkeys sprang from teh sky demanding everyone's feet and threatend to throw feces at them if they did not comply.
"Eeeeeek!!! wannannana eeeeek ugggga mistoq!!!" the lead potatoe monkey screamed out...it translated to something along the line of 'feet or feces!!!!'

Darek thought it over for a moment. "I agree with most of that but we might need more rest than just two hours. When we leave we will make our was direcktly to the moutains. We wont be able to take time to stop and rest at any of the villages on the way and we may have trouble sleeping outside at first. So we should get all we need today, as Katara segested and have one full nights rest and leave at daybreak." He segested wile surveing the town from afar.

*I walk up next to Darek and clear my throat.* "I thought we went over this didn't we Darek? Well just try saying 'I think' or 'maybe we should' or something less commanding. But I like the suggestion. A full night would be fantastic." *I waited for a death glare or a little lecture from the would-be soldier.*

Katara sighed, her hands running through her hair, picking out a leaf that fell into it. "Has anyone noticed how the guys fight over it, and the women lay down the line and ask suggestions while the guys go and pout and agree? That's getting sort of old; and so, my thoughts are this. Instead of arguing every single time we need to make a decision, lets all put our ideas forth-that is if you have an idea- and vote on it. You've all heard my idea, so while you guys battle it out, I'm going over here." She said, walking aimlessly towards a spot and sitting down. Her hands laid on the grass and gripped it, but soft enough so that the grass wasn't broken. She breathed in.

Enzeru was starting to get annoyed. She didn't like the fact that they were waisting time over a stupid matter. "How about you guys just stop your bickering and deal with the fact that Derek is going to have a leader like position since the old man told him what needed to be done up until we reach the mountains. After that we can all be equals, but until then, he's the only one who really knows what to do."
