Rios had left for a bit to talk to some people but he walked back up and saw the battle ensuing. "So that b*****d is still here." Rios eyes were now white pupils and pitch black Irisis'. He watched what was happening and he stood there. "So you had come back after all this time. I never thought that you would be seen again after what happened. Dad!" Rios had yelled the last part for Gento to hear.

"I guess I could help here...." He saw the battle outside intensifying. Seeing as how they were in a small barrier, he didn't think it would hurt. Touishiro makes a hand sign then says"The body runs cold, the sins clear in the liquids cold reflection. Judgment divine. Bakudou #17, Ice Prison!" he then stomps his foot on the ground, ice pouring from it and striking up the walls and finally devouring the ceiling. "That should make it harder for him to get in here..."(The ice is about 4 feet thick, meaning toushiro put a LOT of reitsu into it.)

 Seeing the Cero coming, Daven stood and threw his arms wide, completely opening himself to it. It hit him full in the chest, and the next one, and the next one again. His clothes vaporized as they burned away in the cero hit. But when the smoke cleared, there was no damage to Daven. The black Reido had wrapped around him and completely blocked the strike. With black fire shooting out of his eyes, he attacked again.

Daven kept the pressure up. Every jump from the Arancar was matched by Daven, staying right near him, close enough to just touch him. "See your death yet? Feel that cold hand of fear coming for you?" He had an insane grin on his face. "DIE!" And Daven really started punching him. There was a high pitched shriek as the punches started landing, so fast that the eye couldn't follow them individually.

Razil stood on the fround, wondering waht to do. He sent a mental message to Daven, him being so close made it easy.

The Arrancar dodged as much as he could but an occasional hit would get in and he would become slower with each hit. Eventually he jumped back and landed a few yards away.
"I know when to call it a game, Daven you are truly a fierce opponent, I will take my leave and I will be back."
He powered up his hind legs and massive energy gathered at his soles of his feet and he began to dash off at an incredible speed.

Feeling the power coming from the battle, Ryan simply closed his eyes. If anything stray came out, he was going to be the one to take it. He did not use anyone below him as a shield - he would protect his fellow shinigami to the death. Either way, though, he could feel immense power coming from Daven, and something told him that this was only the tip of the iceberg. This is power beyond power...this lone arrancar can't be enough to warrant Captain Daven's full power. There's more...a lot more there. Ryan knew one thing - he was never, ever going to get on Daven's bad side. He didn't want to be on the receiving end of whatever Daven was doing that was causing that shriek.

:Suri finally composed herself enough to speak now that Captain Daven had chased the arrancar farther away from the cathedral.
"Don't tell Captain Nagi how useless I am," Suri muttered softly, barely registering that it was Captain Ryan who was still pressed on top of her.
She quickly withdrew back into her self, her thoughts ricocheting with memories and the current situation, trying to separate the past from the present, and her old nightmares from reality. It was all jumbled at the moment, strangely against Suri's normally organized nature with strong mental discipline. Of all things, why did the one thing she wanted to forget the most have to come haunt her when she had begun to open up more?:

As toushiro felt the arrancar's presence leave, he put his hands up in the air and the ice melted and evaporated simultaniously. "Looks like we'll live to fight another day..." toushiro said to himself, while looking at michiko.
