Ashy snuck around the back of a tree and almost tripped over Fauve. Sissa?... She gave a mental whisper that only Fauve was supposed to hear. She didn't know if Silva would hear it or not... she hoped he wouldn't, but if he did, and showed up, she wasn't going to let him hurt Fauve.

She handed Fauve the jacket that she had somehow managed to keep clean during her little trip, and the hair brush. Her eyes turned up in a smile. I figured you could use these...

Fauve stared at Ashy and grabbed her suddenly in as tight a hug as Fauve had ever given her. She felt suddenly very stupid, and very small. She had been so scared, not only of being lost, but that her sister wasn't going to be alright. She was shaking a little bit and trying not to cry with the wave of relief and embarrassment she felt. She held her sister for awhile before letting her go and accepting her offers gingerly with a quiet 'Thank you Ashirha, I do need these. I.. I was so worried about you.' She put the jacket around her shoulders to cover her dress and started running the brush through her hair. Fauve cast a look over at Ashirha and pointed the way she had come, silently asking if they should move, or just stay and wait for the rescue mission.

Merci right now felt about as foolish as one could feel, she'd managed to lose Fauve. The one responsibility she had, the one person she was supposed to look out for, and she failed miserably. Merci paused when Inathe swooped down and landed on her shoulder kreeling quietly and ducking his head down. She looked back at the other girls. "I.. I don't know why he stopped. She's this way I can feel her alot better now, we shouldn't be to far away." Her eyes glanced over to Ice and then to Pam, she hadn't even noticed that they had shown up or followed them. Heck she was so bent on finding her daughter that she hadn't seen much of anything. She tried to remember what Ice had said and then blinked "sorry.. Sorry Ice I didn't see where she went I was kinda... distracted." She didn't want to say more, waves of sickening guilt were washing over her. One thing was for sure, she wasn't going to let Fauve out of her sight like this again.

Fauve looked up where Ashy seemed to be looking. The trees didn't seem to hard to climb, the two could easily scamper up into the boughs. With Rade about it might not be a bad idea, course the cats could probably climb too. Her clear blue eyes travelled back down to lock with those of her sister and she nodded clearly in agreement that it was better then waiting on the ground to become supper. 'What mean old man from last night, Ash who hurt you? All I knew was that you weren't there, and then you were hurt, and I got... enraged. I... it's stupid but I came out here to hurt whoever hurt you.'

Fauve nodded a little bit accepting Ashy's hand and using it to help her pull herself up into the tree. 'I know, once my head cleared long enough to think about what I was doing... I felt really stupid, I knew I got into trouble. I'm just glad that your here now.' Fauve got her feet up under her and stood on one of the branches, she hopped a little bit testing it. The branch was thick and steady, she balanced herself on it and reached up higher to try and pull herself up onto the next one. 'People are coming to get us though, I think we'll be alright after all. I mean my guardian wouldn't let anything happen to me.' Fauve sounded like she had complete and utter faith in Merci and her ability to protect her. She paused though and turned to look at her sister again. 'I'm sorry our prank got you hurt Ashy.....' And with those words she turns back to her climbing.

It's ok Fauve. We weren't expecting something like that... but next time we can plan ahead for it. I did a little probing before I left, Haisyn was thinking about making a fence to protect the camp. I figure we can pitch in and maybe get the other kids to help make some traps beyond the fence. Loud ones. It might not be enough to stop something that really wants to get us, but it could slow them down and give us some warning. We can ask Io later... She scrambled up a rather difficult bit of the climb and then hung upside down with her legs hooked around the tree branch so Fauve could use her for a ladder. The branches were starting to get a bit smaller, she didn't think they would support a big adult Rade. I think we can stop here.

On her third attempt to get out of bed, Trivii succeeded in not becoming nausuous as she sat up. Breething carefulling, she tugged off the over sized tee-shirt that she had been sleeping in. Her body was one giant nerve ending and her head was starting to throb, so she pulled the fedora on and a little low to block out as much light as possible. Grabbing up her cargo pants and an over-sized sweat shirt, she put them on slowly, taking time to breath. She set the hat aside just long enough to put her short periwinkle locks back in a small ponytale, before resettling the hat low on her head.

Moving slowly, and relying heavily on the wall, Trivii inched passed the work station she shared with Aricin, and out the front door, squinting at the settlement, only one thought came to mind. "What the devil is going on around here... where is everyone....?" Her tail lashed almost violently for a moment, before calming as Trivii anchored it around her waist, and moved to sit on the ground with her back to the door...

(*Hugs Gee* perfectly alright with me. Heck the more danger the better as far as I'm concerned, makes it more fun.)

Merci's eyes darted to where Gee had pointed and she ducked down, the fear she had felt before doubled when she realized there were Rade in the area. It seemed bent on something, because it had passed up the group with a focused attitude.

The rade heard the sound of the twig snapping, and turned it's head to see a group of women. There were about five of them, with three of those masks with them. The animal made a low growl in it's throat and stopped it's companions, their mission in the forest would have to wait.

Merci pulled out one of her two pistols and held it expertly in her hand, more as a comfort to herself then to attack anything. She tried to keep her worry for Fauve under tight control, hoping that the animals hadn't been after her, a tastier and less armed morsel. Staying as low as she could she looked back at Kali, whispering in a quiet voice "Fauve ran off last night after the party, we're going to get her back. Ice and I guess Io went off that direction." Merci gestured with the muzzle of her gun. When Merci looked back up the Rade were turned, and their full attention was on their little group. She'd only seen three of them, but she knew as well as the others did that it didn't mean there weren't more of them out there. The red head narrowed her eyes and cocked her gun, this wasn't going to be pretty.

Fauve was careful not to snag her dress on any of the branches as she finally got up to where Ashirha was perched. These were very small branches, and they had a tendancy to sway in the wind. Wrapping her leg around it she got comfortable to wait for everyone to find them. 'Thank you Ashy, for coming out here to find me. Maybe it would be a good idea to try and protect our homes. A wall might be a good idea, and we could lay some boobie traps.' her eyes crinkled into a grin at the idea of boobie traps, laying traps and playing pranks was, after all. what she and Ashirha did best right?
